    This business keeps calling my place of employment and my cell phone. They won't take no for an answer and will proceed to yell at me on the phone when I won't take a message. They are spamming my employer's phones with so many calls.

    We have repeatedly asked to be removed from their call list. We are not interested in their service. The excessive calls to our administrative offices are disrupting to say the least.We have multiple numbers listed in the phone directories and want all of them removed immediately.

    ****** who called from this number ************** is rude and obnoxious. He called yesterday and told me husband he was from METED. He is not. Today 3 phone calls in a row to our business line to try to sell ** energy. Initial call, I tried to talk and he kept talking over me. I told him we are not interested, take us off his list. Ended up hanging up because he wouldn't stop talking. Called me back immediately, and again I said not interested do not call me back. I hung up he called again with the same results.

    NTherm calls our company at least 10 times a week. (all using fake phone numbers) When I politely say "no thank you" and hang up; they immediately call back again and again. Getting Rude and beligerant. We are not interested

    Repeated phone calls, several times in a row, even if we do not answer. ********* phone calls and harassing employees trying to get to owner of the business.

    A man who identifies himself as *********************** calls from the number ************************ on multiple occasions - most recently on 06/05/23 around 11:50 am. He insists that there is a problem with our *********** bill and then proceeds to badger our staff, raise his voice, tell whomever he speaks with that they clearly don't understand how things work, berates anyone who tells him that we are not interested, will not allow the call to end, and generally is extremely rude and a bit threatening to everyone he speaks with. We eventually have to hang up everytime he calls because he just continues to yell that we have done something wrong with our *********** bill.

    This company calls numerous times daily between my personal phone and business. They are rude and demanding to the staff. Portray themselves as **************** I have told them numerous times that I am not interested, blocked multiple phone numbers and they continue to call. Sometimes four to five times in a row. This is completely unprofessional and very misleading to the consumer.

    This company constantly calls my personal cell phone and leaves extremely rude messages insisting I call them back. If you ignore the calls they will just keep calling back-to-back. My phone number is on the DoNotCall registry. I do not even have natural gas where I live. The numbers they call from do not match the numbers they insist you call them back on. They called from ************ and told me to call them back at ************. They also call from other numbers including fake ones to make it look like a local call. Will be reporting to the BBB and FTC.

    For over 2 years we have been trying to keep our gas provider of choice, but over and over Ntherm, LLC and ************** and Gas have hacked our account. I am sick of it. I should be able to select and keep the provider of my choice. We did not give these other companies the right to replace our choice. I am hoping ************** will continue to keep our contract amount for which we re-signed up for 3 months ago on a 3 year contract. Ntherm has replaced ******* as our provider on our account. I am trying now to switch back.

    This company will call, then you tell them you're not interested, then will call repeatedly IMMEDIATELY after you just got off the line telling them you're not interested
