this company continually calls us harassing us to give them a duke energy bill i have repeatedly told them to stop calling and we are not interested in there services however despite may requests they continue to call and harass us and will not take a no for an answer this needs to stopBusiness Response

1/8/2025. Called repeatedly. I answered one of the calls, said I needed to leave and to send me the information via email or mail. She went into the sales pitch anyway, at which point I told her I was no longer interested and hung up. She called back, being rude, and I told her to quit calling and to lose my number. Today, November 26th we received another call from NTherm from a ***** who was rude and insisted on talking to the Finance manager/treasurer. This has been continuing for the past 4 weeks and is very annoying to deal with the lack of courtesy and harassment on the phone line for our church.Business Response

I received three back to back phone calls and one voicemail from this company on November 12th, 2024 at 2:26 PM EST. ************ called again today (November 15th, 2024) at 2:08 PM EST and I answered with the intent to have my number removed from their call list. As soon as I said Hello, a woman went into a sales pitch about saving money on an account that I do not have. I told her I did not have an account and to please remove my number from their list. She said Yeah but and repeated her sales pitch. I repeated my previous statement and request and instead of doing as I asked, she started talking about how my phone number was on an account. Please remove my number from your call list. I do not have an account and I do not want this companys services. Teach your employees to not harass the people they call.Business Response

This business has repeatedly called me over and over again trying to get me to switch from our local gas/electric co-op. They promise better rates but all of their reviews say otherwise. They somehow got my direct line, and find a different vanity phone number to call me every month or so. Today as soon as they told me who was calling, I said "Please take me off your call list, again, we are not interested" and hung up. They proceeded to attempt to call me THREE times after that. I've blocked numerous numbers but they keep finding ways to call me. Horrible business.Business Response
