    NTHERM KEEPS CALLING AND PRETENDING TO BE WITH OUR UTILITY COMPANY UGI AND TRYING TO GET INFORMATION FROM OUR BILL AND CHANGE US TO THEM AS OUR NATURAL GAS SUPPLIER. I HAVE TOLD THEM WE AREN'T INTERESTED AND THEY CONTINUE TO CALL AS THEY HAVE IN THE PAST AND AS YOU CAN SEE THERE ARE MANY OTHER COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM FOR THIS VERY THING. VERY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES.

    Ntherm called me and lied. The woman that called tried to switch my gas supplier and would not take NO for an answer. I told her I was not interested and she kept trying to force me to say "yes".

    I have bizarre charges on my electric bill from this company. I think they have been slamming people. I want all the charges removed with no fees and refunds to happen. I never signed a contract with these individuals!

    NTherm has called our school district for months (although my letter does reference weeks, it was increased activity at the time) for more times than I care to count. They have been asked repeatedly to stop calling and told we are not interested. Asking this company to stop started out very kind and polite, although the person on the other end of the phone call was anything but. I recently sent a cease and desist letter for the district and we still continue to receive phone calls. There is no tact with their representatives, they are rude, yell, and often demand to speak with "the business manager" to discuss an account that we don't have or want. Today, I asked ***** to speak with her business manager and she put me on hold to never return back to the call. She called from ************ and gave me an call back number of *********************. This business uses different phone numbers to call from and does not take NO for an answer. Our phone lines are important and being tied up with NTHERM is the last thing we need. The letter I sent was clearly ignored. Based on how this company talks (- or lack there-of), how they handle themselves and speak with our office, I can assure you, we will NEVER have business with them. I have attached the letter I had sent certified back in February.

    Numerous calls by this company, to multiple employees, attempting to get information about our utility accounts and trying to sell us discounted utilities. Despite telling callers we are already under contract, do NOT desire their services, and please put us on the "Do Not Call" list, we continue to receive calls, and the callers are increasingly rude.

    Entherm has called constantly over the last year even after they were told to stop calling, we are not interested. Today 3/27/24 they have called 10 times in a row. As soon as the call goes to voicemail they call right back. They have different people call, from different numbers, trying to trick the person they are calling. They have bothered our counter help, who are busy helping customers, to try and get me to take their call, claiming the call is urgent and someone needs to find me to take the call. The employees at this company are rude, bothersome, and they need to leave businesses alone. I need them to stop calling and remove the number from their list to call.

    These crooks call you and lure you into there low variable rate. I even asked will they keep it low. The girls responds, "How do we stay open if we don't trust in out prices". Don't trust these crooks as they then raised my gas price to 8$ /MCF when other suppliers are at 4$. They lure you in with 20% credit rebate everything about this company is a red flag. DO not fall into there hands. Stick with a fixed term and not these variable rate crooks.

    Im not exactly sure how this company is in business. Over the past 4 or 5 years, they have called hundreds of times. I know its been hundreds because I found that our work phone can block a maximum of 300 numbers, and Ive used every single one to block NTHERM phone numbers after they call. *** also asked them to remove our number from their calling list many times. They claim that only the owner of the business can request that they stop calling. This doesnt sound correct, but I have zero knowledge about phone laws and such. One of my primary issues is that after I hang up on them, they call back immediately with a serious attitude. *** had supervisors cut in on the call to ask me what is your problem?. They get increasingly condescending, and everyone has been nothing but rude. Im fairly certain the callers are trained to conduct themselves in this manner, because without fail, all of them end up being mean and nasty. Ive even taken it so far as to tell the caller that Im aware of their business practices, and how many terrible reviews they have. The typical responses to this are denial of the reviews, or tell me that there are new owners that have nothing to do with the way NTHERM used to be. I have noticed that the name NTHERM does not come up on the caller id anymore. I can only assume its because they know that after one call from them, no one would ever answer the phone again. If anyone has a way to get them to stop calling, I would love to know.
