    This business calls my place of employment. When asked to leave a message the lady INSISTED on speaking to someone & said it was in regards to our account. I answer the line & when she starts her statement I interrupted her & told her that her insisting to speak to someone was ridiculous and for no good reason bc we are not interested in their services, we have been telling them this and told them not to call again and hung up. She IMMEDIATELY called back to say that I "misunderstood why she was calling". I almost felt bad until I googled their company. No, I am 100% correct in what they were calling for. We are not interested & want them to STOP HARASSING US!!!Where do you find such impossibly rude & aggressive employees?? They must be rejects from absolutely any other company that does want RUDE employees!!

    I keep receiving multiple calls from NTherm each week regarding a bill, and I've asked them to not call, and they continue calling. The calls often happen back to back - 3-5 calls in a short time frame (5 minutes or less). They come through on my computer, disrupt calls I'm having with clients for my ACTUAL job, and seem really spammy.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Even though I received notice of my do not call request back on 7/25, I still continued to receive phone calls over 72 hours later. The calls come three at a time and are very disruptive to me both when trying to conduct business and when trying to parent my young children.

    To whom it may concern,Our business (NuTech Logix) has received numerous and harassing calls from a several representatives at N-Therm and are trying to get us to switch our electric company ( ************ and go through them. The problem is, we do not receive an electric bill from Duke because we lease the office space and it is already incorporated into the lease, therefore leaving several voicemails a month stating they have a copy of our electric bill is impossible. They have called and harassed my staff in order to get in touch with me and we need them to stop calling our corporate number immediately!The number they keep providing is ************, however their corporate number is **************.

    Called our business on 6/7/24 and asked to speak with the owner. I asked what it was regarding and she said, "Tell him it's *******." I asked her number and she said, "This is far too important for a call back." I asked what the issue was and she said she could only speak with the owner or president or someone in management. I said I would need more information before I knew who could help her. She asked if I had an accounts payable department. I transferred her and she told her she had information on lowering utility rates. She said we weren't interested and asked her to remove us from her calling list. ******* said she would call back and ask for the Controller. I called the number back and asked to be removed from the call list and the gentleman, ****, said they didn't have a list but were just calling Nipsco customers about their rates.

    First, pestered by NTherm for months about switching electric account to them. We had at least 3 different people call about it.Second, Today 05/29/24: Received a call from G (NTherm) this morning. She came at it a different way. Started switching and remembered we were in a contract for electric until 10/2025. Only switched gas to them, NTherm. This afternoon, called **** back to cancel (I was told I could cancel at any time). She started throwing a sales pitch at me. I said I just want to cancel. She continued. I became annoyed after saying I just want to cancel multiple times and started yelling to just cancel. She told me there was no reason to yell at her and to call customer service. Obviously, I needed to yell. It was the only way I got anywhere. I cancelled with customer service. I will be watching to see if NTherm's name shows up on our bill.Last, NTherm's methods are deceiving, sneaky and underhanded.

    I have been receiving calls twice a week from this company since December of 2023. The calls are all the same with a woman asking if she can speak to the business owner or if he or she is available. Our business owner does not live in our state and does not operate in our state. When I have asked if there is anything I can help or assist with she simply states that she will send an email for a callback. When pressed further she states that their system found mismatched information and they needed to correct it. However, on a couple of occasions i have been able to get farther with a different person only to find out that this is just essentially a scam energy provider middle man with 16 pages of complaints on here already. Recently, I have asked twice now to be put on the do not call list to which the woman said she would. Yet i just received a call again this morning. Please. STOP CALLING OUR BUSINESS WE ARE NOT INTERESTED.

    ******* w/ NTherm called on 05/13/2024 @ 9:45 am wanting to discuss changes to our AEP and ************ accounts. I advised her we were not making changes to our accounts and to stop calling. I then hung up the phone as she would not take "no" for an answer. ******* from NTherm then called back at 9:48 am after being told to stop calling on the same day stating we were disconnected. I advised her we were not disconnected, and I proceeded to tell her again we were not making any changes. I specifically told ******* not to call back and remove us from the list. We have had issues with this company once before for over a month of calling us using different people for every call and changing the caller Id to show different phone numbers. As an emergency medical service, we do not have time or resources to be harassed by this company. We are hoping someone can put a stop to this. Thank you.
