This company will not stop calling me. They call multiple times within a minute and have been unyielding in doing so for weeks. I have heard their spiel, told them no. *** asked to be taken off their list and they act like they cant. This is harassment and not a good business model. Even if what they had to ask was good I wouldnt continue to their business as their model is horrible and their employees must hate their lives.nTherm, LLC

Continually harasses you with unsolicited phone calls. Even after asking them to remove you from the calling list they insist they will continue to call as if they have a right to do so. Someone needs to file a lawsuit against them for phone harassment.nTherm, LLC

All of a sudden they were listed as my provider without me changing anything. I called to confront them and the guy was very nice. He guaranteed their rates would always be better than West ********** so I agreed to give them a chance. He said I could personally call him if I had any issues. Their rate is supposed to be ***** but I was just charged *****, and my bill doubled! I realize it says variable rate but I was dumb and believed the salesman. I am a single mom and cannot afford to have my bill doubled. Shame on them for taking advantage of me. Watch your statements to make sure they didn't somehow attach themselves as your provider!!!nTherm, LLC

Just like all the other negative reviews: pushy sales people, won't take no for an answer, called more than 5 times and tied up the phone lines for our business. They even called back AFTER I specifically asked them to remove our number from their listings and DO NOT CALL anymore, violating the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).If anything, it solidifies my decision to NOT do business with/support this company moving forward. If they, as a company headed ** in ******, **., cannot abide by federal regulations, I cannot trust them to have integrity in the service/billing they promise to provide.nTherm, LLC

This company Ntherm has the most rude and obnoxious customer service representatives I have ever encountered. They call into my company several times per week and sometimes several times in the span of 5 minutes. When I kindly tell them we are not interested, they get very verbally abusive and say awful things. It is amazing to me that they can sell anything or anybody would say yes to people like these. I have asked multiple times to have us taken off of the call list but that only seems to make them call more. Ask them for the company they are calling from and they are very deceptive - so beware. Seeing that there is well over 100 people commenting the same things about these people here on the BBB it is amazing Ntherm is still in business. I would like to speak to the ownership group to see how they feel about their representatives and how their company is perceived by the people who don't want to be their customers due to their customer service rep. practices. Just plain terrible. PLEASE STOP CALLING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!nTherm, LLC

Terrible call practices. I had 3 calls from this company less than 2 minutes apart. And this was after I told them not to call me or my elderly mother back when they called her one day and I happened to be there. Preying on the elderly to sign up for something they have no idea what they are signing up for! When they call me back after my mother told them to call me they were rude! Unless you want ooor customer service & an inability to follow simple instructions do not use this company.nTherm, LLC

I expect the same copy and pasted response they have given to the previous hundred reviews over years regarding the same issue. Don't let me down nTherm. As a business owner that makes sales calls on a regular basis myself, I do not understand a company out who consistently calls after request are made to stop calling. Beyond that, their representatives are rude to my staff, demand my personal contact information, and will call 3-4 times in a row week after week. Requesting to be removed from the call list doesn't matter. They have done nothing to change the culture or expectation to harass potential customers (evidence based on years of reviews with the same complaint and same company response on BBB).nTherm, LLC
