Terrible business that likes to harass the people they are calling. They asked to speak to a hire up, when told that there was not one in the office and being asked SEVERAL times if there was something our receptionist could help them with, they kept asking for a manger. We hung up on them and they called back several times and left a voicemail. In the voicemail they stated they wanted to speak to us about our *************** Account, which we do not have since we are renting a space. Sounds like a scam and they should NOT be allowed to blow up peoples phones as they are.nTherm, LLC

There business practices are high pressure....(you can hear it in the voices of the people who call you). They Tell you to agree to having them as a supplier and THEN they will send you out the terms of the agreement. You have 30 days to review but it is obvious (from their hesitancy to send out the information in advance) that their hope is you will forget about it and just keep them as a service provider. Deceptive. Just look at their responses to the complaints herein.....alll standard boilerplate which indicates they don't really look at them.....nTherm, LLC

Hello. We are sorry to see you feel this way and have come to those conclusions. We aren't sure where your statement of 30 days to review are coming from as we don't lock our customers into contracts like many other suppliers do. Our offer doesn't have any type of cancellation fee so our customers can easily come and go as they please. It's also worth noting that sending out our terms of service after enrollment is a standard practice in this industry. Although we can't speak for any other supplier, we do know this is how at least the majority of suppliers operate.
We are also sorry to see that you feel our response are boilerplate. We take our time to understand everyone's concern(s) and address them accordingly. Our responses are never copy and pasted and always handled by a dedicated team member.

*******, the representative of NTherm called in regards to my company's electric bill. She tried to trick me into signing up with them for lower rates and a rebate. She indicated she was not a telemarketer and that this was "real." That information about them was on the front page of my bill. All lies in an effort to get us to give her our information and change our supplier to them. When I told her I wasn't interested and hung up, she called back and continued to argue with me and tell me I was wrong. I again said I was done with the call and not interested and hung up. Her supervisor, *** then called twice. I did not pick up as I had already called MetEd to make sure there was no change to our service/supplier. From reading the other comments and concerns, I see this is just their general way of doing business. Must be quite the training program for customer service personnel.nTherm, LLC

Representative called and left a message, then called again within 2 hours and was pushy about asking for information off our utility bill. When we said we were not interested she responded "maybe you are used to getting a lot of telemarketing calls, i'm following up on information that was mailed out on your utility bill". This is 100% telemarketing and no, we don't want to switch our natural gas service. Stop calling.nTherm, LLC

Their so called customer service is horrible they are pushy and rude demanding to speak with someone. Even when the person they are asking for is unavailable at that time, will only leave a msg when you hang up and they call back.nTherm, LLC

HORRIBLY ANNOYING CALL CENTER!!!!I receive no less than 2 calls per week from them despite despite telling them to remove my number from their call lists. The callers are rude and will not kindly accept the fact that I do not wish to speak to them. They keep pressing the issue and will not listen. They all repeat the same dialogue that "I hear what you are saying" but they fail to listen to what I am saying and do as asked. The fact is, the more they annoy me the less I will listen.nTherm, LLC

I repeatedly told both the initial caller and the supervisor who got on the phone I was not interested. I was very polite. They continued to call back. I entertained their sales pitch and again said not interested. Called back again. Finally told them I was hanging up. They called again and I didnt answer. I have never been harassed this much from an energy sales company.nTherm, LLC

Have called our offices more times than I can *********** "an existing account" that we do not have. Being pushy and rude. Even tried saying they have called several times in the past few days, since I have staff out and I have been handling the phones, I know this is false. Cannot get them to STOP CALLING!
