This company is pushy, obnoxious, rude & will not take no for an answer. They will not take you off their call list, when told. Like others have stated they repeatedly call over & over again. They are threatening and the continual harassment is very unprofessional. If you say your not interested and hang up they continually call back. Very unprofessional. Zero stars. They continue to harass with calling repeatedly. They try to make it sound like they are calling from your own natural gas provider. I've told her multiple times NO, but she persistently calls. She even called me AGAIN after I told her very specifically I would never sign up for their services. No, take me off your call list. No Stars. They aggressively and repeatedly call, ignoring that you have declined their services and asked them to stop calling/remove you from the calling list. They are pushy and rude. When you finally just hang up, they call back immediately.nTherm, LLC

They call to harass our controller. When he tells them he is not interested they just keep calling. we signed up for this years ago and we saved NOTHING NOT ONE RED CENTnTherm, LLC

They signed our properties up for their contract without our approval. We started receiving letters saying thank you valued customer. We never wanted to be their customer, and when trying to cancel the contracts they hung up on me twice before I was finally able to contact a new person who cancelled our contracts. Now we have no idea which addresses and utility companies they set up contracts for and they're telling me there's no way to look it ** in their system which addresses and utility companies they have contracted for us.nTherm, LLC

I just got 3 to 4 calls within a 2 minute period. All calls were from nTherm. They finally left a message because I wouldn't answer. "This is ****** calling from Ntherm, please give me a call back today at 866-***-1460 thank you."nTherm, LLC

Will not stop calling after being repeated told that they are calling a business and to remove ** from the call list. Actually calls BACK if you hang up. After hanging up on them today they called back and left a message with a phone number that is not the same one that the call originated from. This is a daily problem.nTherm, LLC

Our office has been receiving calls from this company NON STOP. They call multiple times per day, and will call back even if you tell them you're not interested and end the call. I even had one rep call back and SCREAM at me over the phone that I shouldn't have hung up on her and that it was an important phone call. If they need to harass clients and use shady tactics, I would never want to be their customer.nTherm, LLC
