This company has called my place of employment several dozen times in the past couple months and have asked to speak to everyone from the owner, director of finance, person who pays bills, person who handles ******** *** account, blah blah blah. I have expressed several dozen times I am not interested in switching suppliers due to multiple reviews. I hang up, they call back sometimes up to 4 times in a row. Today I threatened to fill a police report for harassment and slammed phone down. Hopefully that will be last time hearing from this company and all of it's rude workers.nTherm, LLC

i called to complain about thembeing my gas supplier and they said it had been authorized over the phone and there wasn"t anything they coulddo about it except give me a newer lower rate which would be more than half of what the current rate is that they are charging me. i NEVER authorize anything over the phone. i am still stuck with paying a gas bill that is almost 2 1/2 times higher than what it should be thur my cities aggrigation program which i think i was signed up for. i cancelled them.nTherm, LLC

Hello. We are sorry to hear you had some trouble with our enrollment and rates. Before we're able to service any utility accounts we require the customer go through a third party verification (TPV) call. This is done by three way calling a third party verification service. Then a computer ask the customer a series of questions. These questions confirm their consent to enroll and that they are an authorized party. Based on your claim it sounds like there may have been someone else that authorized us to service your account. Will you please give us a call or send us an email? They will not stop calling my place of employment. I know they're not affiliated with our current gas provider even though they imply they are. The salespeople are blunt and pushy. Incredibly obnoxious!nTherm, LLC

An extremely rude and pushy salesperson called acting as if she was already our provider for natural gas. Luckily I knew better and sent her on her way. If this is how the company is training their sales team, theyre very unethical and not trustworthy. Buyer beware.nTherm, LLC

I signed up for what was supposed to be a non-promotional variable rate for natural gas in ****. The reasonable, market rate lasted for only one month. Unfortunately, I didn't check the rate after the first month until a large bill caught my attention. I then discovered that after the first month, Ntherm had been charging me a variable rate that was almost double the market rate although they continue to advertise a reasonable variable rate to lure in new customers. I complained to Ntherm but to no avail, so I discontinued service with them.This is an unscrupulous firm, avoid doing business with them. I would have given them a no star rating if that were possible. I've also filed a complaint with the ******************************** which I hope but rather doubt will cause them to clean up their act in ****.nTherm, LLC

Agree with other reviews. Ignored 3 calls in a row from them. Finally answered the fourth one, and they were very pushy asking me to check my energy bill. I asked them to mail information to me to look over. After hanging up, they called back again and my wife answered and they were very pushy with her as well.nTherm, LLC

A rude sales person from this company just phone our office 4 times within 15 minutes. Upon answering the phone all I heard was "Owner please". When I answered "excuse me" she then wanted the office manager in which I told her she was not available and then she asked for the manager. I then put her into the voice mail of the office manager. She then called back and demanded to talk to the president of the company. After her nasty behavior, he did opt to take the call and tell her not to call our establishment ever again and that he would not buy anything from her. He ended the call. She had the audacity to call again and the president took the call and hopefully made himself clear about her company's business practice being rude and aggressive. If you have to sell something this hard, you know it is a scam. They do not deserve one star.nTherm, LLC

ZERO STARS! They will robodial you until you pick up. If you do not answer they leave just a person's name and number to call back. This is tremendously obnoxious, rude and disrespectful when you are at work and they call you 10 times in a row! I have told them we are not interested and have requested they remove us from their call list. I was told today by "*****" that they will only remove my number if I give them my husband's number and only after he calls them back. She then proceeded to hang up on me immediately. I see a Class Action suit against this company!!nTherm, LLC
