    i love this pillow!! so comfy! i was expecting something different but i think i just need to my pillow research. helps a lot if you have neck and back pain!!! 10/10 would recommend getting one or 20??

    I received my pillow on time. I like it but its softer than I expected, requires more fluffing than I anticipated. Im going to keep it anyway and hope *** get used to it but if I order again I would go for firmer

    I bought 2 pillows fir me and my husband, but after getting them, I realized they weren't what I needed so I gave them as a gift to my sister and her husband. So I was pleased they could be used. They love the pillows!

    I love my pillow. I am a side sleeper and it is so comfortable and has just enough give and still gives the support I need. It never seems to loose its shape and fluffs up nicely. I slept on them at the hotel and loved them then but it took me a year to justify paying the price for it but now Im glad I did. It makes it even better knowing this is a veteran owned business, I am involved with the **** my dad was a WWII veteran and they have a special place in my heart. Thank you for your service.????

    I purchased 2 sets of pillows and 4 pillow cases and the soft pillows are completely flat after only a week of use and the firm and more like a soft . I paid $300+ for this for them to not even last a few weeks

    I really want to support you and your business, especially with you being veterans.However, I have tried the pillow with the pillow cases for about a week, and the pillow is just not acceptable. It hurts my neck significantly, and it becomes so hard that I wake up multiple times through the night trying to fluff and soften it.

    Second set of Best *************************************** at my home, and a set to my daughters family last Christmas. They are amazing. If you stay in a hotel and live the pillows, take note of the brand.

    Terrible and misleading, they try to redirect you from making an exchange and then tell you you cannot make an exchange because the 90 days is up. Even though I had called repeatedly, and NO ONE answers the phone, I left messages, and NO ONE called me back. I started the complaint about the pillows well within the 90 days, but an employee told me to try a different method to make the pillows work better, so I did, and it didn't work well at all, so I called and again NO ANSWER, NO ONE RETURNS CALLS, so I did the online chat and was told - my 90 days were up a week earlier so they would not except my exchange!! They are a SHADY organization, I spoke to a manager, and she did not stand behind the fact their employee misled me, they refused to honor the fact that I had started the process of exchange within the 90 days. They are a terrible company and DO NOT have any regard for the customer.
