This property management company, like many others don't care about it's tenants. We've reported multiple times about squatters unit under us, people doing drugs in front of kids, the 10 times my car got broken into and after calling security, they still did nothing. This complex has issues with getting any questions answered or any info on what will be done about the complex issues. The manager on site never has answers to my questions about the squatters that are constantly moving things in and out of the unit. NO ONE is supposed to bo in that unit. On Friday September 30, 2022, they finally did it. They set the complex on fire, the alarm siren is no where near loud. He basically set the apartment on fire and took off, with no regard to the lives there, 6 kids, ************************************************************************** charge of saying I don't know, over and over again. This management company is only in it for the money, not for making a place livable. The complex looks ran down, the improvements they are making are slow and using low quality carpenters/work. The security company on site, after making multiple calls never showed up. This place is a mess and I need questions answered .

My apartments have redone the roof and when I came home all my pictures and things were broken on my floor. Another time they pressure washed my back porch and my living room was wet inside. Now they painted my back porch and now my back beautiful patio table is missing. No notice was given before they did these things. Now Im missing a table I treasured for years.

On or around 3/18/22, my partner and I booked a tour of ****** Apartments (managed by Grand Peaks) with ********* (who was very kind and welcoming). After touring the place, we selected our apartment, were issued a quote, and were instructed to each apply online (we would both have to pay application fees and we would split the deposit). On 3/22, I registered and paid my fees. That same day he registered but was not allowed to pay electronically. We put in repeated calls over the next few days without response.Unfortunately, the quote was only valid 24 hours, it expired before we were able to reach office staff. Once reaching the staff, we were told the apartment we had selected was no longer available. We received another quote, which again expired after we were not able to reach office staff to assist with the online process.Ultimately, we decided to go with another company who provided better service and requested a refund. I was refunded only $150 for the "Administration Fee" but was not refunded the $100 Application Fee. We had full intention of moving forward but their customer service did now allow for a successful process. I would like a refund of the $100 Application Fee, please. To support this complaint, I have attached the receipt for payment, the request for refund, and my phone records. I have also attached the original quote. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
