      I feel like I'm being harassed by the office. They towed my car for no reason. They put a tow tag on it cuz it had a flat tire, thats fine, but i go outside and fix it, i aired it up, and drove it forward, left my air pig next to the car so I could see if I could plug it or just replace the tire and they still towed it, after I had pit air in the tire! Trying to violate me over a small inch of my mini blind being broke while there's is nothing in the lease about having broken mini blinds just that blinds have to be natural color. Nothing about broken mini blinds. There's nothing for the kids to do play at in the park and you can't have any play toys in your yard, the "amenities" pool is always closed. They don't check your water meter every month like they should my water meter has been the same for 3 months straight which shouldn't be right, it's like they picked the highest usage out of 6 months and kept it at that.

      The ************* in our town (******* **********) has not paid the trash which we pay via our lease agreement for well over 6 months. That is over $20,000+ unaccounted for. The trash company has confirmed they have not paid. The local trash company did not pick up trash today and states the office cannot be reached to work this situation out.

      Terrible place to live. My kids cannot even have a swing in the tree. The MAINTANCE at this place is even worse. They literally used cocking to fill in a hole in my roof. Not to mention they stated how they had a pool and it is advertised but it was never open nor fixed. Instead they just got rid of it and put in benches. They dont allow homeowners to have fences. When it comes to fixing things they procrastinate or down right refuse. People around say how nice it is and I say yeah thats how they get you. I then tell him about everything. I would never recommend someone to live in any ************* owned places. This place is down right terrible. They do not take care of the people living her at all.

      I stay in the ******* estates community for one year. Sign a lease on may ******* upon moving in that next day I walk into a home that was not move in ready! Was told we moved in to early multiple things needed to be fixed again was told *** ******** in maintenance we moved in to early and that they would come and fixed things, no one came out until October to fix things had to bye my own blinds and eyes for the stove ok no big deal no k**** on counters still not a deal breaker, in September my faucet in the bathroom tub broke while my child was taking a shower couldnt reach anyone in maintenance so the fire department came and shut the water breaker off was told by ******** in maintenance after sereval hours that I should not have done that!!! Upon from that incident found out the bathroom and my daughters room contained had water damage and mold maintenance came out fixed the floors in both rooms thats it! My family dealt with the issue bc we didnt want to break our lease. Still having issues sent several maintenance requests with them coming out to do the bare minimum while collecting rent every month, upon us moving out we had signed a paper stating our move out day with ******, which was for April 30 few weeks later received an invoice for 2500 for damages at the property have tried to contact someone since to see why I have video proof the day we left the property looks the exact same other then normal wear in tear! I would not recommend yes community to anyone I had a horrible experience ******************************************* contains mold in EVERY ROOM the refrigerator barely worked and various animals live under the home!

      Was looking into renting a home in a ************** It felt like they were trying to get me to buy instead of rent as I had to say multiple times that I wanted to rent and not buy. I finally filled out the rental application, which was more extensive than any application I've ever done. I linked my bank account and each individual rental payment of $1575 for the last year, as well as each individual income deposit for multiple months. My income is more than enough to pay the suggested rental price of $1000-$1200/month. The leasing manager was very frustrating to work with. I had to keep getting in touch with her weekly to try and find out about the progress on my rental application. She kept saying that underwriting is requiring proof of employment. I had already given proof of employment. Then all of a sudden she said that I'm not approved because of my debt to income ratio. I've been in the same rental home for 8 years without a late payment and paying $1575/month. Of course, this was after another week of not hearing anything so I texted to ask. She said, "Oh, I'm sorry. I thought I already told you that you were denied." The whole experience was so unprofessional and frustrating. After looking at reviews, it looks like I dodged a bullet with them.

      Inconsistent Communication and Abrupt Lease Termination I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way Yes Communities has handled my lease situation. On March 17, 2025, I received a letter outlining my options to buy the property, renew my lease, or go month-to-month. However, just a few weeks later on April 2, 2025, I received another letter stating that they wouldn't be renewing my lease and demanding I vacate the premises by June 30, ******* a resident since March 2020, I feel like I've been treated unfairly and without consideration. The initial letter led me to believe I had options, only to be told abruptly that I wouldn't be allowed to stay. The lack of consistency and transparency in their communication has caused me significant stress and uncertainty.I hope Yes Communities will review their processes and consider the impact on long-term residents like myself.

      Run don't walk in have been living here since January and my oven went out in February I have not been able to cook at all and I had surgery and I can only eat baked foods how can an brand new stove break down and the can't fix it right away but keep saying parts are coming I have lost so much weight that expected cause I don't use a microwave or air fryers I need my oven this is a sad community the office staff don't care but when rent is late the call you but don't answer the phones in the office half the time I also have big holes in my yard were they ran my water wrong when they put the house down the kcmo says I don't have a bill coming from them cause they mixed the lines up under my home I will be call the news room today I'm so tired of this and my rent money will be going into an escrow account until all this get fixed if I have to get an attorney I will

      This was the worst move I have ever made. DO NOT RENT HERE RUN!!!!!!!!!! How do you make a tenant pay $40.00 to get a mailbox key. They never put storm windows in my trailer and now my heating bill is through the roof. I had to keep the heat on 85 just to keep my fingers from freezing. They never cleaned up around my trailer before I moved in and there was 2 black trash bags full of cat p*** in my yard. Worst company ever to rent from. I've been a property manager for the past 30 years and never in my career have I had to deal with such **********.

      I really don't see how this company has an A plus rating. It's mind boggling! I've lived here less than a year and I have had nothing but problems. I bought my home, cash money. One lump sum and from that moment on I have been harassed about everything under the sun but none if that even compares to what began on move in day, My sewer was completely stopped up, nobody would help me for 9 months, While I was fighting that battle on my own in raw sewage and infested with sewer flies they were giving me problems about everything they could nit pick about. When I made a threat about turning them in they finally called out a plumber and billed me for it! I've never been late on my lot rent and I don't cause problems for other people and I just don't get it. I have been told they make a practice of slapping bandaids on houses to sell them and when the buyer figures it out they pick at them to make the person want to move or in cases like mine they kmow you can't move your home so they evict for some piddly reason. At that point you might get them to buy back your house but as I was told by management, I'd get pennies on the dollar for what I paid for it. If that isn't an option they'll store your house and when you still can't move it or pay, your home is deemed abandoned. I don't know how they operate in other states but in ******** the online reviews speak volumes. I have a large binder FULL of information I'd like to share with you about this company. The binder contains just my dealings with them but I;ve read so many similar stories. This is the most unethical, unprofessional, greedy, lowdown company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, This link is to a new group on ******** that will be growing quickly, My story and others fill this page and they're all too similar to be coincidence, this is the way they conduct business.
