This company is stealing money from me. I am being charged a 50 fee a month for using the shed that is on the property I rent. Its not included in the lease, but when I get my **** for rent its added there. Also, yes communities informed me that it is my job to keep the trees trimmed when they grow on my home and blocks my back door or grow in a way is hard to cut the grass. They said that is not their job even when I was told that the trees would be removed because 80% of the trees are dead.

To whom it may concern I am writing this because we have reached our stressful points. We was with ********************* on Desoto area for 4 years plus at address **** ***** Drive(Site#****), without missing not one payment nor late ones and all Mrs. ****** the community manager can say was either buy or leave and not that we didnt want to buy just that Dynamic didnt have double wides so we came across The ********************** on ****** and we are here now. I also dont understand and dont think its right that $1,400(rent) was taking out of our account after we had already moved and one of the ladies from the ************** called my husband(**************) to tell him Dynamic is keeping part of that money that was taking out plus all the deposit we put in when we first moved, also been charged for vinyl issues that arent on us and I can prove that cause we had put in a work order with pictures and it never got fixed. We are desperately confused just that this dont sound right nor seats right with us and I would like to just speak to corporate and let them give us an explanation on why Dynamic took money out of our account after moved out and keeping some without our consent plus the deposit. Sincerely, ******* M

I believe we were discriminated against because we are not married and disabled. They dont seem want unmarried couples with a child living there or with an Emotional Support Dog. Any time we would bring up having a child or when we brought him with to view the places they disregarded the fact a child would be living with us or gave us looks of confusion or disgust when talking about the child. They kept talking as though we would be living in all separate rooms and kept talking as though no child was going to be living there even after telling each person several times we would all be living there. We feel they intentionally didnt finish 200 ******** and then they raised the rent price on us. The 200 ******** trailer is still available to rent at the original price of $1059 before it was raised to the $1200 and took our deposit. We then looked at 100 ********, they quoted us $1059 but when we got back to the office and said wed take it they raised the price to $1299. They insisted we give them an answer right then and there because they had other people that were interested in the trailer. As of todays date, their website indicates the trailer is still up for rental and available. We are still waiting for the return of our $1200 deposit that we put down on May 18th, 2022. Apple Valley would offer a trailer to us at one price and when we would accept it they would raise the price or then decide it was no longer available. Now almost 60 days later and $4000 in moving costs in Uhauls, a Climate Control storage unit and lost wages we are still without a permanent home and our $1200 security deposit.

I have been living at *************** for 15 years. When we moved in the home was infested with cockroaches. The porch was falling apart. The ac unit never worked right. The company outright lied to us to get the sale of the home. Now after 15 years we have paid off the home only for them to threaten to take it from us. They are forcing us to reside, replace the porch, and reskirt the home even though they sold it to us under those conditions. Still even though we don't have the money we started the attempt, but now they say we aren't moving fast enough. They say they are family friendly but they threaten my kids repeatedly. Ohh and after replacing my front door I discovered there is no outside walls to the place, so heating cooling and keeping bugs out is impossible. I beg anyone reading this don't move to *************** in *************. You will regret it.

What was my brother thinking of buying into this dump of a place that Yes Communities calls a trailer park? The minute I heard that our house that we had to buy was falling apart, I wanted to move immediately. We was supposed to be moving down to *********. But our plans fell out because of the housing markets and we just didn't have the money for it right now. I am gonna warn any future tenants and buyers. Don't live with them. They're the laziest, rudest, whiniest laughing sack of associate who's working for them. Instead of addressing the problems, they rather write out bogus a** violations, and yell at us because we all voiced our opinions about them on a third party App. When all we complained about was our garbage not being picked up because we didn't have better communication, and what can we do to access the violations the park gives us. If you do purchase a home with yes communities, make sure that you have it moved your own land and not in a crappy HOA. By the way, we've lived in our home for almost 5 years. They been carrying on a lie about us getting carpet for years. Well, their so called work orders that we're on lives in the back of their heads. Rent Free The one star I give them because the only thing that counts is the thought. Not the promises!
