      I have been in ************** ******* for 4 years, renting for two owning for two. We have been through two park managers both are abhorrent humans with no respect for personal space. But I was sold my trailer with the promise of repairs, that I am now being told would not be completed, no inspections were completed etc. and the lot rent continues to go up yet I have not had drinkable water for 3+ years

      This community is neglectful to its residents. I have been living in the community for the past 3 years. When I moved in the lot rent was approximately $650 and now it is also $800 a month, while the cost of the home that I live in is separate. For the cost of the lot rent we are provided with security gates that do not work, yard maintenance that is insufficient, dumpsters that are always full, and poor community maintenance. The trees in the community are almost all dead and they consider it our responsibility has the "home owner" to maintain the trees. This is an abhorrent ideal, when you consider that we rent the land that our home is on and the trees are not apart of our home. On top of all of this, the community managers are never available and are consistently changing. It is apparent that even the employees hate working for Yes! Communities. Do not move here and if you do, DO NOT PURCHASE ONE OF THESE HOME!!

      Have had multiple times when home has been entered without my permission or knowledge. When trying to talk to anyone in the office all we get is a run around. Took 6 weeks to fix a faulty fire alarm in a child's room. Wasn't even provided with a fire extinguisher when was told we should have one 6 months later. With an exposed outlet under sink by pipes with running water. Constantly harassing my dogs when they enter with me not present to the point my dog growls at them

      I was not shocked to see the bad reviews. I should've looked before I decided to buy. I'm 6 months in and have realized they don't care about people with disabilities. I've been trying to get a wheelchair ramp for my child's chair as well as an accommodation to have a child safety gates on MY deck. I have been denied because of my dog. They don't want my dog that bothers no one on my deck sleep in a chair. I feel that they retaliate against you once you complain. I made them aware that my child had a disability BEFORE we decided to buy and that he would be accommodated. Now I have to carry his wheelchair up and down 5 steps each time he needs it. Needless to say I don't use it a lot because it's quite heavy. So sad. I felt like they were forcing me to surrender my dog to get approval for the safety gate for my child. I went to ****** Police and they are going to the office tomorrow. It's ridiculous that I have to fight this hard to assure that my child won't run off the deck and get lost. Dogs have to be on a leash at all times and you can't tether. They don't care at all. The absolute worst decision I could have ever made. I cannot wait to set and get out!!!!!! I'm currently seeking legal counsel.

      I see now the problem. Your Yes! Communities headquarters is in ******** so I will assume you are all HIGH. I am sure this complaint will fall upon deaf ears as it is a mobile home community I am here to report. Yes! Communities completely has wrote off *************** in *****, **. This place is the absolute worst when it comes to the basic necessity called WATER. WHY IS THERE NO NOTICE OF WHEN WATER WILL BE SHUT OFF? AND THIS NEW FOOL MANAGER LAUGHING WHEN I ASK WHEN IT WILL BE TURNED BACK ON WITH NO ANSWER ? What a joke? Why is this basic need seemingly looked at as a perk of living here?They do not notify when water will be turned off. Who's going to replace all of the messed up washing machines and dishwashers now that were running when they shut the water off without notice? It's pretty dumb you'd rather do that then one time fix of everything. The water is unsafe and will always be until they replace the all of the pipes. Stop being LAZY AND CHEAP YES! COMMUNITIES! KARMA IS REAL YOU GREEDY ASSHOLES!

Communities website- requesting urgent resident assistance *8/13 called ************ (******)*8/15 emailed ******* screen shots of bank statement with rent in account. 8/15 at 9:33 PM ******* texted- assured access to our account tomorrow*8/16 AM texted ******* *8/18 Texted ******* requesting follow up *8/21 general inquiry mayde on YES! Communities website- requesting urgent resident assistance *8/23 Texted ******* (2x) asking update *8/27 called ************ (******)******* left 5 mins ago to come to ******** office *8/28 forwarded original 8/15 email to ******* *8/29 general inquiry made on YES! Communities website- requesting urgent resident assistance *8/29 husband spoke to *******- said she would request to take late fee off but could not refund any other fees- requested the contact info of the manager who could and was given your email.Lakewood estates/************ in ********* **** Charged my bank account $29 due to uncollected rent bringing my balance to $759 (bill was $580.10) because there was no manager to process/authorize my autopay for the month now theyre trying to charge me additional money on the unpaid rent (because you cant pay a different balance than what the portal says and you cant pay with a check or cash or money order or anything now) But theyre placing 4 new trailers in the park and literally no one is employed here???? PLEASE HELP

      I just wanted to start with LOL because gosh these reviews are sad but totally in comparison with my review on there sub contracted Oakwood forest ( if thats the word basically they OWN THEM) anyway im going to write this reviews in regards to there sister company because I know those people have no control over what yall push down or how ever yall run your business in my opinion shady so far anyway (PSA STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE ANYTHING TO DO WITH YES COMMUNITIES YOULL RUN INTO YOUR OWN SET OF ISSUES WITH THEM ) I found evidence of mold I contact management hey really bothering my sinuses and I have a child -a week go by Im forcing them to care I call , I go into the office. Finally someone comes to look to get measurements I get nothing back another week I send them proof of mold in the AIR from a test kit I purchased. Finally I get a respond and they send someone the day or day after I forget they buy the stuff and took a week just to rip out dry wall and put it back in with two people they didnt even finish the job and left it for 3 days we heard notice from property lady to come talk to her she gives us three options 1. Rent this other house 300+ more then what you pay 2. Deal with construction of removing a whole wall 2 weeks 3 get out in 21 days. I was told it was newly renovated and ready for tenant. Then this happens ohhh Im new I had no idea not my fault. They took no accountability on the matter and I left because both those deals were in there favor regardless. They would probably take more than 2weeks to finish that job. Theyre incompetent from my perspective on just one week to rip max 7x5 dry wall. Anyway not my point. This company has no morals , dont believe there mission statements , charming ads, or even the property manager because at the end of the day I learned from them ITS YOUR FAULT lol take care and always do your DUE DILIGENCE and EXTRA. Im grateful it happened the way it did , no one deserve to live in that dump anyway

      **************** has terrorized us for the 8 months we have lived here we have 2 disabled kids and I'm high risk pregnancy and they have harassed us about our service animals. We own our trailer, we are never late on our payments with the mortgage or lot rent and they are trying to evict us and we have had our trailer broke into multiple times and filed police reports, they claimed they worked for westbridge and I sent them an email telling them that If they came into my residence unannounced since we own the trailer I would slap them and I'm allowed to defend my property and I have informed even the higher up people only to be ignored. Now it is going to court and even the feds are involved since they refuse to drop it even after everyone had told them they don't have a case.it was self defense and the law says it is self defense even homeland security has gotten involved
