      So, I have Lived in Bella Villa ******* in **********, ** since February of 2014, I know this because It is were I moved after I got out of the Military. Since then, the rule on Street Parking has changed over 5-6 times since then. Over the past few months, the Community has been towing their residents vehicles. Some of them have been just people coming to visit, and the vehicle was only there for less then a hour. Over the past 3 months, they have done significant damage to the populace of the community, during a time of Huge inflation in this country, and unemployment. I have been one of the lucky ones, and have not lost my job and am able to afford. The company that is towing the vehicles is 1.1 miles from this place, and they are charging up to 400 dollars, for not even a day in the impound yard. While I was at the towing company, another Resident had her car on a Sunday, and it cost her over 900 dollars to get her car out of the impound yard. According to ******** law, For every ************************************* a towing sign, This is not been implemented, and they are regulating by enforcement. While breaking State law, I have spoken to the ******* manager, and she states it is private property, while having a City ordnance enforcement sign also posted. So which is it. When I confronted this management of this company, I was met with Verbal abuse, Yelling, and constant interruption, when I started talking about the Law they were breaking, and the damage that they are doing to the community. It was very similar, to when you catch your child in a lie. I have spoken to the Chief of police regarding this issue, and I will be bringing it up at the ************ meeting on Nov 7th, When does a corporation community agreement supersede State law. This has been a ongoing issues, and to my estimation has done at least *****k in damage to the populace of the community. Greedy evil people

      Literally DONT EVER MOVE TO ****************** Office employees harass people! They never answer phone calls, texts or emails. They change my lot rent price every month!! And they charge me extra. They say i dont turn in my money orders, so i go back to give another one just for them to tell me they found the one that was missing. And its constantly not just one time. I got my yard hydoseeded recently and ****************** employees ruined it by driving over my yard. Been over a month no call no email no resolution.

      We moved into The Breakers in November of 21, haven't had many issues until really recently. We always pay the lot rent as soon as the bill comes out. On the *** bill it states that we are paying water, property taxes and other fees. This month was no different lot rent was paid Sept 27th. All of a sudden in the 6th of Oct my bank account is negative so I called the bank they tell me that the Breakers tried to take $50.40 out. Yesterday I go to the office to ask why. They tell me it's because I haven't been paying water, property taxes, trash other fees for months. Well if it that was the case you should've notified me because that isn't what you're Portal says. I get told to call in each month to get true total of my lot rent. They are Also supposed to be having property managers call me but haven't heard anything yet. They can't even maintain their employees let alone the property. Do not move into a YES! Community!

      I really don't know where to begin. First off we lived in a place called Brookwood. Everything was fine until yes took over. At that point they were on us about our trailer while we were trying to fix it. The only redeeming thing was when the roof collapsed they let us move into one they were going to tear down. There are two key words there Tear down. Then when our family had a falling out my fiance and I moved early letting his mother stay there till July. We paid rent for two of those months. Then when she moved I got a call. Told them we all moved and that ******'s mother was taking care of julys rent. They hounded me for a few days and went silent assuming cause it was taken care of or our lawyer was handling the situation. Nope cause a few days ago I got a letter in the mail saying we owed 7 grand for back rent and damages to the house. On this letter they said they contacted me on the 16th of September. Which I haven't had a call or email. They are trying to file damages that were already done to the house mostly subfloor damage. That the park was informed about. Last thing they lied to me about keeping deposits. Oh well like I said our lawyer is handling it from here. Yes community get your act together. This isn't how you treat people.

      Charged me a fee for insufficient funds after taking my money out earlier than scheduled now won't let me pay the amount of my rent without paying the insufficient fee as well. They sure do us dirty every chance they get. Even when you schedule a time for rent to be taken out they do what they want to. Will never live in a yes communities park again.

      There is a dead tree in the lot next to mine I was told it was going to be cut down a branch hangs over the middle of my home so now they said it's my responsibility they need to change the name to no communities because a lot of people are moving out

      My family and I moved into our home in 2016 and in 2019 Yes Communities bought out the property. Since they have taken over we have experienced many different issues that management and cooperate seem to brush completely off. The largest issue is the flooding problem. In *************************** overnight and our home, plus multiple others were completely surrounded. Our home was surrounded by 36'' of standing water. We lost all of the contents of our shed and 2 total losses on 2 separate vehicles. They contracted someone to come in and fix the problem, but we still experienced numerous flooding issues. No matter how much we complained nothing was done and it took months for the contractor to 'finish' his original job. In 2021 we had another storm overnight and wound up loosing another vehicle due to our home again being surrounded in 30" of water and again, all the contents in our shed were ruined. I contacted corporate about this and they said that a file was never made and they couldn't do anything and refused to take my complaint any further because it was a 'event based on natural disasture'. At this point, we've taken the financial burden of loosing 3 cars in a matter of two years, replacing all 3 on our own, replacing all the contents of our shed with the help of homeowners insurance, but nothing from yes communities, not even a plan of action to prevent this from continuing. To this day, we are STILL experiencing flooding issues and are being charged an outrageous amount in lot rent for a lot that is dangerous, under maintained and poorly managed by the community.

      Worst place to move in ..abusing and taking advantage of middle class families after 7 years on time payment they send a letter for not renewing the lease..they want me buy the trailer and keep paying lot fee and bank loan ..,maintenance team just working to make the office look nicer ..Company Dont respect environment and peoples living in this communities

      My husband and I moved into our home in April. We live in *********, at The Crossings. We looked at three different properties, before we were lied to and forced to buy the more expensive option. After getting the run around from the leasing manager about what days we can close and making it more difficult than it needed to be, we finally closed after we threatened to call cooperate. ******* is extremely unprofessional. She will constantly ignore calls and emails, then when she finally get back to you it's always an excuse about how busy she was. The home that we bought was the leasing office prior to us purchasing it. There were a couple of issues, like the toilet constantly running, or a broken fridge. These two issues were blamed on us. We have been living here for our months now, the address for the leasing office is still on the ******** page is still our address, same with ******* We constantly have random people coming up to our home at all hours of the day. We have tried to express this to ******* and we are ignored. The calls are never returned and emails go unanswered. The other main issue we have is workers coming on to our property to trim trees at 08:30pm on a weekday. I look at this as we rent the property and we should be given a notice about workers being in our yard. There are many other issues that I have with ******* and her horrible work ethic.

      I would not receommend them. The Park that we were in had over 5 different property managers. When I put in my ***************************************************************** have not legally told me why i cant have the deposit. The property manager that checked me out, 3 weeks later was no longer employed and no one will answer the phone. In the winter I went with out water for 44 hours because the pipes froze. When i called the office over 7 times to get someone out as we could not use restroom, ****, laundry etc. They would tell me someone was on the way. Hour later i would call - same answer. They have restrictions for some tenants and not for others. Need to cut grass weekly however some people grass would go to seed before mowing.
