5 starsAfter our hailstorm in May 2023 I called *************** with Interstate Roofing because they replaced our roof in 2013 after that hail storm, they also replaced my Uncles roof in ******.RobR has been extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process especially communicating with our insurance company. **** has really gone out of his way to answer any and all questions I had for him. 5 starsI highly recommend Interstate Roofing for your roofing needs. A severe hailstorm hit our neighborhood while we were out of town, and we didnt know about it. An Interstate rep knocked on our door, explained about the hailstorm, and asked if we wanted our roof inspected. *************************, our Project Manager, showed us pictures of the extensive damage, and recommended a new roof. He handled all aspects of the project flawlessly, from the inception to the final payment. He worked with the insurance companys inspector to make sure that all the property damage was identified. When it was time to make the claim, I called Nationwide, our insurance company, identified myself and the property, and placed the phone on speaker. ***** handled all the dealings with the claims adjuster. I gave permission for him to deal subsequently with the adjuster, and I never heard from her again. Our home is **** square feet, and the roof went on in one day, approximately two weeks after the claim was accepted. ***** managed the entire job. It was a flawless operation. ***** carefully explained how the depreciation worked, and the final payment included everything that he explained. Three weeks after our roof was completed, other companies are finally getting around to roofing our neighbors homes. From prior experience I had dreaded the hassle of working with a claim adjuster, but ***** handled everything perfectly.Review fromTrinity L

1 starTerrible experience. Gutters were damaged, some completely removed during roofing and no one ever came back to complete the job. They sure wanted their payment though. Several people from the company called every couple of months to promise they were coming with no one ever showing. The removal of the front gutters caused sinking cement on top of all of this. After a couple of weeks of trying to get them to acknowledge they were at fault for the damage, along with being told they will take me to court and they consistently asked for the paperwork from our insurance company, I had to settle for $1k off my bill. *************** an attorney on this matter currently. Do not recommend this company at all. Very shady.Review fromScott B

5 stars*** was great with communication and everything he agreed to was completed in a timely and professional manner. *** helped us to get a hail claim completed by our insurance company with only my deductible being due at time of completion. We bought a house in July 2019 a year after this company redid a roof and siding due to hail damage. In 2021, we had a leak into the kitchen, we had them out and they claimed no roof leaks, so we tore our master bath apart which was right above the kitchen. We found you could see outside from around the vent pipes going through the roof and the windowsnot sealed. Fast forward to a couple days ago in June 2023 and there is a leak in **********. We inspect the roof and siding to find no flashing and the roof and siding not installed properly. Now a less than 5yr roof and siding needs to be redone.

5 stars**** was amazing to work with. He got our roof covered after 3 adjustments. He knows how to win against the insurance companies and is very easy to communicatw with. We had 2 other contractors fail at getting it covered. Interstate Roofing and RobR installed quality products and our house looks very modern now. We recommend him and his crew highly and will absolutely work with him and Interstate Roofing in the duture if need be.Review fromSandra C

2 starsUnlike these other reviews that were PURCHASED by IR, I'll tell the truth. I have a 5 year warranty on the new roof I had done in Oct 2020. (New boards, tar, shingles) now have a slew of new leaks. Been trying to get Someone from Interstate R to get back to me for 4 working days so far, and I've talked to at least 4 people in their office. No call back yet, no email response, and I am still waiting to hear from them. They could do better.Review fromJason V

5 starsRobR and the whole Interstate crew were very professional to work with. He and his crew did a quality job when we needed our roof replaced due to hail damage. He was very responsive and easy to work with.
