      The roofing material was great and the roofing crew did a good job. The gutter crew broke a valuable pot and snuck away without admitting it. They also attached the new gutters in newly drilled holes, leaving the old holes uncovered and now there is leaking behind the flashing. Our contractors were not great communicators and have not responded to requests to get the problem fixed.

      Took 5 days for a 1 day job. They were suppose to show up at 8 AM on first day and final arrived at 3PM. never showed up when they said they would. Sales person missed several meetings some no call no show. Clean up was good but took another 2 days to complete. They ran out of shingles and had to wait another day to complete. Billing was a joke. They would never give a price only saying insurance would cover it. Te original contract stated that the would charge $85 per board if the needed to replace any decking. It was so long between when we signed the contract ( about 4 months) I had forgotten the price thee gave and when the said that several boards needed replacing the said the cost would be $150 but the would give us a break and only charge $100. they had us sign a new price sheet for the decking and we did not remember the original price so we signed it. When I asked them in the end (after we pulled the first contract they stated that the first guy gave us a better price but because we signed the price adjustment there was nothing they could do. (our fault for not remembering but poor customer service) Nobody communicated with each other. When I would call the office they did not know what the rep. was doing. When we talked to the rep. he knew nothing that the office said.Final bill was paid but two weeks later they said they made a mistake and we owed more. When I saw the insurance request for adjustments they had added services they did not do such as gutters for just 1 example. The work was OK. No one on the actual crew spoke any English so the was no way to talk with them about concerns.I would not recommend them. Shady with only OK work.

      Interstate Roofing *************** ************************* *************************************************** I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by your company during the recent roofing project at my residence, located at ****** ******** *****. I am compelled to address several significant issues that have arisen, undermining our initial agreement and causing considerable distress.1. **Mismatched and Old Shingles:** The roofing job was not completed to the agreed-upon standards, as my personal old shingles were utilized, resulting in a noticeable mismatch. This has compromised the visual appeal of my property.2. **Incomplete Touch-Up Paint and Wood Repair:** Despite assurances, the promised touch-up paint and necessary repairs to the wood attached to the roof were never completed, leaving the project incomplete and exposing my property to potential damage.3. **Unfulfilled Referral Gift Card Commitment:** As per our agreement, I was promised $250.00 in gift cards for referring five people to your company. However, despite successfully referring the specified number, I have not received the promised gift cards.4. **Billing Discrepancy:** The billing statement I received indicates an amount of $27,432.78, which starkly contrasts with the agreed-upon amount of $17,447.25. This discrepancy is highly concerning, and I request an immediate clarification and correction of the billing error.These issues collectively have caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I have attached supporting documentation, including photos, correspondence, and the original agreement, to provide a comprehensive understanding of the outstanding problems.I insist on your company taking immediate action to address and rectify these issues. This includes completing the touch-up paint and necessary repairs, replacing the mismatched shingles, fulfilling the commitment of the referral gift cards, and correcting the billing error.Sincerely,Crystal K

      Lived in our house 25 years and never had to use our insurance *************** hail storm. So I was clueless how insurance worked. RobR with Interstate handled everything. Took care of scheduling not only the new shingles, but also gutters and everything else hail damage related. Took care of all the forms needed with the insurance, the claims adjuster and kept us in the loop on everything. When the insurance questioned something, he made sure they had everything they needed for answers and approval. He also did our neighbors on both sides of us and across the street and sounds like they were as satisfied as we were with RobR and Interstate. I would call him/them again in the blink of an eye but, fingers crossed, I won't need them again.

      Interstate Roofing, and in particular their project manager, *************************, was great! I needed a new roof, siding, gutters and some interior repair due to water leakage. It had been several years since I made a home claim and ******* was extremely helpful in navigating the whole "new" (to me) insurance process including the appraisal process with insurance to get approval for replacement of the siding. Although the process took some time, once approved, the work began immediately and was completed very timely and professionally and looks GREAT! The best part was that the entire job came in well under the original total estimate so I would recommend Interstate with ************************* as project manager to anyone needing home hail damage repair...in fact I already have!

      ***************** is the BEST! My brother has worked with **** before and insisted I call him after a storm resulted in a huge tree branch fell on our roof, puncturing it. **** was able to get to our home within a day and after assessing the damage spent time covering the hole safely to prevent any water getting in. He met with the insurance adjuster and was always very helpful and responsive. I didnt feel like I needed to stay on top of any aspect of the project because he was on it. The work was done quickly and well with no extra clean up needed by us. I would whole heartedly recommend him and by extension Interstate Roofing!

      Were on the final stage of roof replacement with Interstate and our experience with our sales rep * ******************** has been fantastic. He has literally been available ****. He went above and beyond to ensure we got the shingles we wanted and has been attentive and available throughout the entire process. We definitely recommend him and many of our friends and neighbors have used **** for their replacement.
