I purchased a subscription for one year from this company. I go there web page and they r going out of business. I didn't receive the full year. I just want a refund of my money that is owed to me. They will not answer any emails and have never had a phone number that I know of. I am afraid they are going to keep everyone's money that is owed to them. On January 7th, 2021, I purchased a 3-year box subscription for $600.00. Everything was going great, and I received my boxes each month thru September 2022. In early *************************************************** thru email and ********* They have since shut down their ******** account. I have not received nor heard from the company since the beginning of September 2022. The last box I received stated to send a communication if you feel you have received duplicate items which I did and have not gotten ANY responses. I am extremely frustrated. I have emailed 2 dozen emails thru their Instagram account, thru their website and have not gotten a single acknowledgement or reply. I have called their number at ************ another dozen times and have left messages as it only goes into voice mail, I have asked for a refund of $300.00 for half of my subscription (October 2022 thru April ****) since they have only fulfilled 18 months of a 36-month obligation. as apparently, they are not fulfilling their promises and responsibilities. They are still advertising on their website for new customers but are NOT fulfilling their obligations. This is very misleading and criminal in a way to take money and not fulfill your contractual obligations. They claim to be Christians, but I wonder.........If you can get my money back and get my subscription cancelled, I would be amazed or at the very least shut done this company for fraud, file a lawsuit or whatever you can do to resolve this situation. thank you in advance for any help you can give me or my money back.Initial Complaint

2 yrs ago I purchased a lifetime subscription to Gods Glory Box. Initially it was such a great experience but in the last 6-8 months they have not sent product on schedule and often not at all. They quit communicating and have closed the ** site and went only to instagram. I thought they had gone out of business but they are still accepting new subscribers so they should honor what was already purchased previouslyInitial Complaint

I started with a 6-month subscription in March 2022 and got my subscription boxes for those months. On August 7, 2022, there was a $132.00 automatic charge withdrawn from my bank account without permission or any advance notice. Since then, I have contacted them on the following dates with "zero" response. I have requested for the $132 refunded and cancelled my subscription. They stopped sending me the boxes as if they accepted my cancellation request, but never refunded the $132 despite my numerous attempts to contact them. I also believe that they've blocked me on ******** as well as I can no longer pull up their page. This company claims to be a Christian ********* but their actions show otherwise. I subscribed to a monthly gift box on July 29, 2021. I received each box as promised. On June 25, 2022 I logged into my account to cancel my subscription. On that same day my credit card account was charged $288.00. My account with them shows a status of Pending Cancellation. Around August 1, 2022 I attempted to contact them through their website to let them know my credit card statement was not credited and I have not received any product. I attempted to contact them again on 9/5/22 through email and received a Submission Confirmation but still no response from anyone about a credit to my account. I did the year subscription in November of 2021. They never sent me a notification to renew and I had planned on canceling before my year ran up in Nov of 2022. They changed my credit card for 284 dollars in September 2022! I went in my account and canceled my order when I saw they charged my card without notice! I also emailed twice with no response! I want my money returned on my credit card that they charged in September 2022 when I wasnt given the option to renew or cancel! What they send in those boxes arent worth it. I seem to be having the same problem others are having. I agreed to a subscription of God's Glory Box in September 2021 st half price. The boxes weren't that great mainly because you would get the exact same things lots of times. I intend to cancel my subscription but they renewed my subscription early in July and automatically charged my debit card $288. I emailed the company a few times and have not received a response. I did cancel the subscription when I was charged the money and expected to get a refund but that hasn't happened. So then I emailed and said if they weren't going to refund the money to send the boxes for the year but not to automatically renew it. Still NOTHING! I would like a refund.Initial Complaint

I subscribed to God's Glory Box in 2020. I received boxes for one year without issues. Then in 2021 I was charged again ******. I emailed them and told them that I had cancelled and was charged. They offered it at half price, $144.00. I agreed and cancelled again for 2022. I again was charged $******!!! I have email them at least 6 times over 3 months without a response AND have not received one box! To have such a name "GOD"S GLORY BOX" they sure don't represent the honesty that should follow the name!!!!Initial Complaint

I ordered their Super Supporter subscription box in December, which I paid $300 for. The subscription came with 2 GGB hoodies and a one year subscription for a friend, which *** never received either of. They failed to send me the April box to which I had to reach out to them or I wouldnt have received it. I have sent many emails over multiple months to cancel my subscription. I even sent messages on their website but also on ******** since their website said to go there for immediate assistance. There FB account, though, is no longer a valid account anymore. This has been a terrible and frustrating experience bc they have refused to honor, or even acknowledge my questions concerning what they offered me as a new subscriber and have yet to receive, but also bc they simply will not even respond to my inquiries. The monthly boxes themselves are very lackluster and the last few have had the same items from previous boxes in them. I do not wish to receive anything further from them and certainly dont want to be tied to them for another 2 years. I just want to be refunded.Customer Answer
