      Absolutely TERRIBLE company. I have been dealing with billing issues with this company for over two years. They apparently keep automatically generating a bill for service I HAVE NOT HAD FOR ALMOST THREE YEARS. I got a call from a collections agency today attempting to collect over 2k for this company. My account (which they have issues finding because it was CLOSED even shows the cancelation in December of 2022) I have had NO correspondence for YEARS. No bills etc. No way of knowing this was STILL an issue almost 3 years later. Can never speak to anyone that speaks clear English OR talk to any supervisor or corporate heads. This company is *****.

      The level of customer service provided by their supervisor ********. She literally does nothing but aggravate already frustrated customers. The fact thats how a supervisor is handling your business is more than concerning and makes me weary of being a customer of quantum fiber.

      I switched from Century Link to Quantum Fiber on 3/31/25. After receiving a bill from Century Link, I contacted them and they said I should disregard that bill. After receiving another bill, I called again and was told the charges would be removed. Then I received a bill for late charges, plus more late charges for not paying the late charges on the bill I didn't owe. I called them again today, 6/16/25 and was told the charges are deleted. We'll see if they bill me again. Meanwhile, the Quantum Fiber charges are automatically being taken from my bank account. I fear many people are paying these excessive charges without questioning them.

      It is too bad that less than one star is not an option.I have had issues with unreliable service from Century Link/ Lumen. I decided to go month to month with the billing until I changed providers. I contacted them for a quote and was told someone would be contacting me. It didn't happen. I disconnected from Century Link and cancelled the service. Eventually I was finally contacted and was quoted more than twice the price for half the service that I am now getting from *******. I was then informed that I owed over $2000 for 4 months of service. Lumen believes they should be able to continue to bill months after cancellation. I told them I would be happy to pay for 1 month but 4 is absolutely out of the question.

      I can't leave a star rating, only advise to not use this business!Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My business has been without phone service for over a month! Each time I call to check on the repair, they give me a 48-hour time frame and it will be fixed. After that 48 hours I call again and get the same answer. I've called 7 times; tried to escalate to a manager, tried to speak with a legal department, was given information to call another 'phone tree' line. They say they will follow up and no one calls to be responsible or own to resolve the issue. No one can give me a specific reason as to why this line is not fixed. I run a charitable business that benefits ******************** and **********. We have no phone contact with our customers and are getting complaints. ********************** will not give us a credit on our bill until the issue is resolved, advised us to pay the bill and look for a credit in the future. There have been repeated long intervals for repairs since I started managing this thrift store, in June of 2024 the same issue happened with a line down. After 5 calls it was fixed. I've spent hours on my phone with these people and get no straight answers, can't get details, can't speak to a technician, can't get a call back on status.I'm having to switch to a new provider - what a waste of time!

      If I could leave a 0 review I would. ** had CL phone and internet since 1994 in Nv and subsequently used CL for internet in 2 additional homes in **. Years ago we were pleased ..customer service was great and servuce was good. Unfortunately CL is not able or willing to upgrade their internet speed and reliability. Internet down numerous times..trying to reach customer service means hours on the phone only to get connected to *****..no US reps *************** the lack of communication is ridiculous. I attempted to cancel both phone and internet service but CL could only cancel one service per ticket at a time. Phone was ported to new privider on Thursday but CL wouldn't let me cancel till following Monday. Then I had to request my internet to be cancelled..even though I haven't had internet connection for a month...CL is supposed to credit me for 3 days if no service...** wanted to charge me $100 to come out even though I have insurance with them to cover outside and inside repairs. They confirmed the tech to arrive between noon and 2..almost 2 wks from my initial call and then the night before I get a text their arrival would be anywhere from 8 to 5..which we couldn't possibly make as we were in transit and hundreds of miles away...which was throughly explained on my initial call.. In addition to not keeping up with their internet service...higher speeds are not a luxury any longer, their use of foreign employees to interact with customers show me they don't care about problems..I spent days trying to reach help, weeks getting a repair tech to come out and over a week trying to cancel my account. I am also going to have to wait for a refund since my payment due date is June 9th but service is paid till June 17th. I am so glad to he done with this company. They used to be a great US company ..no more.

      One of the worst customer services experiences I have ever had called for a technician set up an appointment technician came out, closed. The ticket said it was fixed, went from having static on the lines to not having Phone at all instead of coming back out and fixing it rescheduled for another appointment three days out.

      The level of **************** has severely declined over the past few years, prices are WAY Too high for a simple phone line with Internet and the late fee is just outrageous!! Can we bring back justifiable prices and better customer service what happened?

      STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN This has been a horrible internet experience. They dont have any offices to go and talk with anyone. Overseas chat support is a horrible experience. They just end the chat and dont help. They have now tried to charge me $315 every two weeks for equipment I dont have or never had and are making my account overdrawn because of it and offer nothing to help correct their mistakes. Have to wait ten days every time to get money back. Going to have to sue them for this cause I cant keep having them falsely charge me and then some guy named ******* assure me this wont happen again. Yeah right! Good thing I have an attorney. Two weeks from now Im afraid this will happen again. Complete scam. How are you in business. Well they arent a BBB rated company. That explains it. Youll be hearing from my attorney!

      Live in appt complex advertised with instant Wi-Fi access with Quantum Fiber/Century Link. Turns out modem/router isnt properly installed. I had to speak with at least 3 different people to fix problem. My address is listed incorrectly in THEIR system. I absolutely entered my address correctly but their website automatically converts my correct address to the closest incorrect address thats established in their system. Ive had to explain this three times. Never got a refund for the initial payment to set up. Just unprofessional people as well who have no idea what they are doing. A service tech actually tried showing up to fix it, but was zero notice at and during times I had to work. *****************.
