      I would rate a zero if I could. I was on the line for an hour. Then they hung up on me. That' messed up. They installed a modem and fiberoptic today. Within an HOUR is wasn't working. I called. Waited on the phone for an hour. Then when someone finally answered, they hung up!!!! I'm cancelling. Getting a refund. I freaking hate this company.

      They will deliver service to the perimeter of your home and not inside your home upon original installation. What service provider does this without being very clear about that fact? What service provider even does that? Once installed, they want $200 bucks to install a ***** I installed the **** and service would not work. Cancelled service since I could not get it working. Company will not dismiss the charges. It has not worked since day one. It just doesnt make sense. It is painful to have to even give them 1 star!

      My mom passed away a year ago and we are still trying to cancel services. I was told it was cancelled then continued to get emails. Wasted MONTHS on hold trying to cancel and no one answers the **** phone. I talked to the online message help and they send me to someone else....then I talk to another representative that sends me somewhere else. The next step is to get an attorney involved.

      They ****. We have had their service for 23 years. In the past 2 years we have not had service more than we've had service. It's either out or there is so much static on the line you cannot hear. We've made repeated calls to no avail and then they want you to pay the monthly cost, but you had no service! We finally went a month with no service so we just dropped them. The inability to have competition in this space is a travesty.

      I have been trying to close my mothers account and return her modem. she passed away last month. the phone number they give me to call is no longer in service. There is no place to drop it off here, and I can't speak to anyone. I tried to get information on their chat. they keep referring to me by my deceased mother's name and they want her SS# which I am not comfortable giving in a chat. so I still can't close her account

      Zero rating would be to high. I live around ************* **** block of North West **********. Internet has been off since Sept 3rd 2022 Saturday 3pm approximately. Ive called and chatted on thir chat line. Ive chatted with several different levels of supervisors. Or so they say. I was informed I had a service appointment. While I check today there is no appointments made or mentioned. So since its a holiday. Still cant get anyone in person. My bill is paid in full before due date Im not sure how the *** can allow this type of company to continue doing terrible business practices to us. ******* is not available at my address just yet. Im not sure whom to go with next. Actually I feel like Im in a 3rd world country North ****** citizens have better internet than we do. Completely Discussed yes I am JLR ***********. *****

      CenturyLink may be cheap, but thats because all their help is off shore and their techs are lazy. Their call center is a black hole. They have no power outside of scheduling an appointment and read from a script. No effort into actually helping you. Here is my timeline:August 18th: Fiber optic line severed. Scheduled appointment for next day.August 19th: Technician unable to complete because neighbor is not home (utility pole is on neighbors property). Rescheduled for next day.August 20th: Technician does not show up.August 22nd: 6+ hours on the phone to reschedule. Technical issues prevented them from scheduling and was told they would personally follow up. No one does. August 24th: I call to follow up. Agent schedules me for August 29th. August 28th: I check online to see my appointment but it does not exist. Agent verified I have no appointments and reschedules for Sept 1. Sept 1: Tech arrives looks around and tells me he needs to grab equipment and he will be back. He never comes back.I still have no internet.

      Zero stars. I called and confirmed a technician appointment and waited home all day. They never showed and never called. I had to get on the chat and they said they paged and someone would call in the morning. No one called this morning so I got on the chat again and finally a technician showed ** in the afternoon. Horrible customer care and communication.

      I have been a Quantum Fiber internet customer since July 15, 2022. Since then, I have not received the service I am paying for. I pay for 940 Mbps and am consistently getting ******, which means that my internet is slow and often does not work at all. I have called customer service 7 times. Out of those 7 times, the call has dropped 3 times and no one called me back. Technicians have been scheduled to come to my apartment 3 times and I have taken off of work to wait for the technician; not once has anyone shown up to fix my internet. I have worked with the sales representative who works with my apartment complex and she stopped responding to me after I let her know the technician failed to show up. I have also worked with a customer care advocate who has stopped responding as well. I am disgusted with this service and am quite certain this organization is engaging in fraudulent behaviors and criminal theft. I am paying for a service that I have not received. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be filing fraud charges with the ****

      They are a fraudulent company. Their services are not what they promise. Their customer service doesn't exist. Their technicians never show up. They keep saying nothing is wrong when there clearly is. They even tell people there's no reported outages even though people are reporting them hourly. This company is a fraud and shouldn't even be allowed to exist legally.
