      Worst customer service ever!! My new service was to start August 25th and it is September 21st and I still haven not had one minute of working internet. I have been hung up on by bots and disconnected from live chat so many times I cant count they transfer you around in circles and all there reps say is I cant do that. Worst worst worst business to deal with and they seem proud of it

      I don't even know where to begin with this company. Not a single person working there has any idea what they are doing or where to send customers. I had a hellish time getting set up because they apparently work off of two different systems. I have literally spent HOURS on the phone with them just to get internet set up at my apt....first it was that Fiber is available so I go through the hoops of getting that apt, only for the tech to come out and say its not...back to square one we go. Every single time I call I get a person who has no idea what to do with me, so they terf me to different depts. who also don't have a clue. I've never seen a company so mismanaged with what they train these people on. Now a year later I'm trying to cancel my service and AGAIN, I'm getting terfed around. Can't even get someone on the phone in under 30 minutes. This company is ridiculous. I just want to cancel my service, yet can't get a single person who knows how to cancel my account. So disappointing because the internet (Fiber) was actually great, but the company itself is awful.

      **************** very poor. Technicians is a no show on appointment time. Unable to contact customer service blocking phone number. Very disappointing for service that has been paid for.

      ZERO Star. Been a 40+ year customer in a "Legacy" (meaning 25+ year old) community. Unfortunately, the technician informed me that the cable to my house is damaged. Rainy season here causes electrical shorts with constant off again/on again internet connection. Was informed that the cable needs replacing but my community isn't on the next 2-year list for replacement. Was told to pay my full bill each month and accept it, or cancel phone and internet with CenturyLink. Seeking other options.

      Not even a one star. I had Centurylink for years and the service always shut off when it rained. Their techs never showed up on time. I moved in April of this year and tried to move the service. It never turned on - called and they said it had been. You would think the tech who came to the neighborhood to flip the switch would have knocked on my door to verify - but that 100 feet must have been too far. Due to that I called and cancelled altogether and found a new provider. Just yesterday - a full 5 months later I get a cancellation text and email due to non payment. I spent hours on the phone cancelling - and about an hour today. They told me there were no notes regarding cancellation. I requested they pull up the recorded conversation - since they always say the calls are recorded and they refused. I then asked them to pull up usage. It would show no use since I cancelled. Again they refused. They expect me to pay for 5 months of service I did not use. Note - I had to give it a star in order to submit this.

      I havent had internet connectivity for 4 days. Tried to contact customer service. I was hung up on twice. They had my number in case we got disconnected but I never heard back from them. It takes forever to get someone to speak with and then still cant get the problem resolved. **************** is pathetic. Stay away from them.

      THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY FOR A SERVICE THEY DON'T PROVIDE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! WE NEED TO UNITE AND START A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THIS CRIMINAL COMPANY! WHEN THE INTERNET GOES OUT, THEY WILL NOT FIX IT BUT WILL KEEP CHARGING YOU! BUYER BEWARE!!

      Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!! Their equipment is outdated and in constant need of repair with no intentions of making necessary upgrades. My service is down approximately 50% of the time. When you call to have a technician come out, it could be 3 weeks before they show up - then they cancel the appointment and don't come out to fix the issue. They use off-shore call centers with no understanding or comprehension of the customers' needs. USE ANOTHER PROVIDER - do not use this company. You will be sorry if you do.

      I decided to go with CenturyLink fiber because they offered a Gigabit speeds for $65/month. They were unable to give me an install window other than 9am-3pm.... so I waited at my new home with no furniture all day. They eventually showed up at 4:30pm. The installer was unprofessional, he saw some weird black box already connected to my fiber, and left it there, not connecting the fiber to the new router that was supposed to be provided by CenturyLink... but rather simply using this as a wireless router (rather than a router/modem combo). They neglected to set up the router with the proper PPP/OE credentials... or even inform me I needed them, so I ended up waiting another 24 hours to talk to someone to get that fixed.CenturyLink only has support via chat on the weekends. They have hold times on the phone during the week of like 45 minutes. Once I did get everything going I did some speed checks and I did not get anything close to gigabit (I was using wifi6, 3ft from the router... and able to get gigabit transfers across my local computers, so It wasn't the wireless connection). Rather my best speeds were about 400Mb... but more frequently 150Mb-250Mb.On my final call I tried explaining what equipment I had, but the tech representative kept telling me to make a wireless connection to a box that didn't have wireless. She refused to transfer me to someone more knowledgeable, she refused to transfer me to her supervisor, and now I am on hold waiting to cancel my service as I write this. I've been waiting 20 minutes so far.
