      Okay so I am livid! My fianc and I called and paid $65 on July 22nd and we scheduled a tech to come out and set us up with internet. Received two emails:the first stating the tech was on the way and the other stating that a tech has arrived and would let us know if they needed to enter our home! After 2 hrs still NO **** internet!!!! Im pregnant and had to postpone a appointment the least they could do is SHOW UP!!!! So fianc calls same day to see what happened and was told the wrong apt number was givenUM NOPE!!! We have emailed PROOF IT WAS GIVEN CORRECTLY!! Our mistake was deciding to give these unprofessional idiots another chance so had them scheduled to come out again today between 12 and 2. I received an email at 11:18 am saying they were on their way..no follow up email and its currently still nobody showing up at 2:21 pm! Wtf!!!! This company is the worst!!! Save your money and go elsewhere!!!!!! Extremely disappointed at how unprofessional these people are!!!!

      CenturyLink, gag---gag!!! Internet Repair for **************************** zip *****, is atrocious!! Called every Day for over a week, they say Oh yes repaired---but it keeps going out-- green to blue to green to blue. No internet, no wi-fi, no computer. Fix good permanently???I hope.

      This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen! I am a *** customer. But since ******************** claimed they could offer fiber internet service, I decided to order their service. After ordering the service, The sales person told me that a technician should come to my house, and they gave me a date three weeks away. They also told me to make myself available from 8 am to 4 pm because the technician has to come into my house. So I took a day off and waited. NO ONE SHOWED UP!At 3:45 pm I called Century Link, and I was tossed around between customer care, tech support and billing (I don't know why), and no one knew where my tech was. But they promised they were going to page the technician and call me back. no one gave a callback. So the next day, I called again, and the story repeated itself. The customer care person also got the audacity to sell the Dish network TV package for my inconvenience. Unfortunately, no one knew what happen to my technician and as a solution, they were trying to reschedule my order to mid-August. This is not acceptable to my needs. Long story short, after wasting a total of four hours of waiting over multiple phone calls and missing one day of work, I decided to cancel the order. If they are treating new customers like this, I wonder how they treat existing customers!!

      Did a little digging and found they are the telecommunications carrier for the scam artists who keep calling me--Senior Aid Helper. Just received my 20th call from Senior Aid Helper this week and it's only Wednesday. I am on the Do Not Call list; I have told these people to stop calling me. I've tried blocking numbers, but they just get new numbers. And who gives them these numbers to assist them in their fraudulent activities? Level 3 communications. Why don't the vet their clients? Because they just want the munty, hunty. Time for a class actions law suit against the telecommunications companies that allow these scammers to prey on Americans.

      Service is spotty a best. **************** is a joke. They advertise something and do not follow through with it. After repeated calls, I was told my problem was taken care of and it still has not been corrected. Each person I dealt with told me something different. I would never recommend their service to anyone ever.

      Do not recommend. **************** reps do not help. Internet is constantly going out all day during different times. Call in and nobody wants to help other than charge a tech fee if they come out when your services dont work from day one. Two modems in not even a full month. Its ridiculous.

      The worst company in business. I can not count the hours that I have spent on hold or talking to their "chat" person. The state needs to do something about this ASAP as they are never available. Please put them out of business. I would not even give them one star and I have never done a review like this in my life.

      We live in a rural area and have to have a land line for phone service. Have issues every few months. This time our phone has been out for 3 weeks. Had a tech to come out last week and said the problem is in the line and not in our home. A week later and it still hasn't been repaired. Have been trying every day to contact someone on their website but it's a joke. The only thing this company is good for is getting your **** to you on time

      Been with CenturyLink for 5 years now, (a lot of outages) but no choice of ours...since we live in an area with limited available services. We don't recommend CenturyLink, It seems service is getting worse, most days now, there is always something wrong or outages....smh **************** doesn't really seem to care about their customers, and not a single rep there knows how to fix any problem you're experiencing. Not only that, half of them don't speak English, or don't know how to follow a script in English (I see it a lot with their chat service, a lot of misspelled and repeated words where they don't belong, like they're using voice messaging) The reps are so frustrating to work with, I'm surprised anyone can keep their cool with them. They also leave you on the phone for hours, should you make the godforsaken choice to talk to them. If we had a better choice, we would leave CenturyLink.

      I would give no stars if I could. I work from home and my router got damaged so I decided to call them in order to get it fixed. I admit I got upset when they told me they couldnt mail one out for 5 days and couldnt send out a worker until 8 days from now but this is my livelihood, I need to have internet to work. The worker got nasty with me for crying (I dont get paid for days I dont work) and started telling me that she couldnt help me sooner unless I paid them $200. I was actually planning to call already today because they play this game of switching what day my **** is due every month. No consistency like its not the last Monday or on the 28th every month, it will be Tuesday the 27th one month and Friday the 31st the next. DONT CHOOSE CENTURY LINK. I will be switching internet providers very soon
