2 starsI placed the order and paid for my shed in full (almost $9k) on 2/25/23 from the *************** office. I also paid for the permit service that tuffshed offers. I was quickly sent a sales contract via docusign and a PDF outlining what to expect. I signed and returned the sales contract and other requested documents (plat, survey, etc.) immediately. 8 weeks later and seemingly zero progress has been made on the project. Tuffshed claims that they are waiting on the county environmental health office to come out and do an inspection to make sure the shed wont interfere with my septic drain field. After many attempts to get an update from tuffshed went ignored, I called the county myself to see what was going on. In fact, tuffshed never sent payment to the county, and therefore they dont even have me on the schedule for a site inspection. I understand that these things take time, especially when dealing bureaucrats in local government, but the extreme lack of communication on the part of tuffshed is unacceptable. My most recent contact with tuffshed was first thing in the morning via phone on 4/14. I was told by my permit tech that she would get on it immediately and have an update for me. Its now 4/23 and not a word since. What kind of company operates like this? Im truly at a loss.Review fromEric T

5 starsI had ****** and ****** install a tuff shed today and I have to say I dont leave reviews ever but I have to for them, A+ customer service A+ attention to detail A+ speed A+ product knowledge A+ professionalism they walked us through the install process and how to use everything when they were finished, fast clean install I could not be more happy with the results, 10 out of 10 and I will be referring to friends and family!Review fromKevin B

1 starTerrible Company. Dishonest sales People. Anything for a sale. Buyers BEWARE. Management extremely unhelpful. Do not waste your money with this company. I live in ****** ********** had my shed installed December 28. Salesman told me price was soup to nuts and with a very high credit rating over 800. I am now in collections for $377 because of a lie the Tuff Shed employee told me. Management *****. They stand behind liars. Please do not waste your money on this company.Review fromBenson R

5 starsTop shelf quality. From start to build very detailed oriented. Installers top tier quality and man are they fast and efficient and very easy to work with. 1 starWe went to the show room for our ***** on ******** *********. The installer didnt follow directions on where we wanted the ***** and built it at an ***** so the door now opens up into our firepit. Called ****** service and sent out pictures still no word back. We had install on 2/13/23 its now almost 2 months later and still nothing. The installer also painted the trim after it was built so now we paint drips all over it looks like a kid painter it.Review fromsherry f

Very poor customer service. I had a shed built in my backyard. The people who came hit my landscaping wrecked. It ran into my car hauler. Put a scratch all the way down it when I called ***** they told me. Oh youre just looking for a payday I think they should pay for the damages that theyre guys did when they installed my shed.

2 starsBUYER BEWARE!I cant review the shed because we paid it in full on Nov 3rd 2022 and as of today March 20th 2023 we still not received ANYTHING. Husbands calls at least once a week and all they do is blame an incompetent employee that did not submit the proper paperwork and the ******************* for dragging their permits issuance process. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. They should be calling ** keeping ** updated, apologizing, working on it, offering something but not peep unless ***** calls them.Review fromDavid S

Our ***** Tuff Shed rep ****** is awesome and 8 months ago built us a functional and ascetically pleasing 12x12. However, whenever your build anything youre going to have minor hiccups. They did meet every request, resolved all challenges and provided every needful thing. They dont mind you watching the work, and they answer all your questions through the process. Im a hands-on person and found them extremely helpful, professional, and they stand behind their work! My experience *** have been so positive because of my engagement in the workers, sales rep, back office, and I thanked them for their service, and tip them accordingly. Its a tough business, requiring very physical labor, not anything Id want personally do, but really appreciate the skill it takes to do it. My end result has added real value to my home!Tuff Shed, Inc.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would!!!I purchased a Tuff Shedd from Homedpot. The guy called me the same day as my purchase and told me his assistant was going to follow-up. I received a call from her and email to sign a contract and I told her I would pull my own permit (which it took only a few days). I sent the permit back and was told it would be installed on 03/14/2023 and the installer would be at my home between **** AM. After not hearing from someone, I called customer service at 10:00 and the rep told me she would call the installer to inquire about the time. I called back at 11:15 and was told the installer wouldn't be able to install the shed because of the rain! I spoke with the manager, and I told him, it started raining the night prior! Why didn't the company call me to reschedule? I took off work! He made so many excuses and was very unprofessional! He even laughed at me on the phone! I was not happy that I had to call to check the status of the install only being told it was cancelled for today. This company needs to really learn business ethic and integrity. A simple phone call would have resolved the issue. I called Homedepot and requested my money back! Why would I allow a company that was disorganized come and install my shed. If the company lacks communication, I know the services is just as horrible!Tuff Shed, Inc.

5 starsI just had the latest shed built and have had several from the ******* ** factory. All were well built and installed a 12 x 18' building in less than four hours, the door and windows were quality and seem to last for several years without repair. ***************** from the Las Cruses ** store was very helpful in the details. Thanks again
