It is important for me that contractors do what they say and when they say they will do it. ******** and ****** did exactly that. They worked hard and long to ensure my project was completed by the projected date. Also, it has the highest quality of performance. From the sales staff (*******), the business aspect of the paperwork (******) through the completion of the project FIRST CLASS.

Tuff Shed uses inferior subcontractors to build their sheds. They built our shed with wet 2x4's that warped and twisted in the heat. They also installed a skylight with to long of screws that you could cut your hand if you weren't paying real close attention.Tuff Shed, Inc.

1 starIn October 2023 I Purchased a tough shed. I told the sales rep that I wanted a 8 x 10 he replied no problem when he wrote it up he wrote it up as a 10 x 12. We signed the paperwork without paying too much attention to the size ( our mistake ) when they came to deliver. My wife showed them where it was to be installed. I came home about an hour later and discovered that it was a 10 x 12 not an 8 x 10. I attempted to contact the sales rep, but he was no longer working there. Probably too many mistakes. The installer said he would have to tear it totally down and re-order it, we said go ahead and install it, we checked the paperwork and we did pay for a 10 x 12. We had to add 2 feet of cement onto the edge so it would fit properly so the installers pushed the shed up against the fence. Neighbors complain city of Oakdale was not real satisfied , we did tell them it would be moved after completing the cement we called for them to move it back into place which the installer said that they would do at no charge. After calling them they said it would be a $300 fee to move it over 20 inches . I explained to them all the problems they said OK we will do it for $200. It was tough sheds mistake in the beginning and they will not stand behind it. Their warranty and customer satisfaction department really stinks be aware and if you have a option, other than tough shed, take your option , this is not my first one and will it be my last. I need to replace three other sheds for my rental houses, but you can bet it will not be with a tough shed because of their lousy service. Be aware.Review fromKATHY R

5 starsOur installer, ****, arrived at 8:30 this morning to build our tuff shed in our yard. He was very proficient backing up his trailer loaded with everything necessary to complete the project. It was just him - no other helpers. He had EVERYTHING done in 5 house! He was so methodical of how to assemble all the pieces he brought. The colors were as ordered and the product looks great. **** was so prideful in his work which made us very comfortable knowing the setup was going to be correct. The door function and window functions were great. We want to compliment **** on his expertise - he assembled a quality product for us. We are looking forward to many years of good use of the 8x8 Tuff Shed building we bought.Review fromRobert S

5 starsWe love our Premier Barn. The sale was easy & informative, we were told what to expect so there were no surprises and the build only took 1 day. We've never had a problem with it. Doesn't leak, paint still looks great and we tell everyone how good our Tuff Shed is. We're going to get another shed and I'll only go to Tuff Shed. btw, it's my wife's "she-shed" and she uses it for crafting and whatever else she wants to do. I'll get my own "man-cave" this Spring that I'll be using as ***********. The store in ****** is great.Review fromLindy M

1 starZERO Stars!10 months for a $45,000 dollar garage that will not pass city inspections, looks horrible and their customer service agent should be fired!They left paint for us "to finish"-multiple city inspection fails (they charged us for all city permitting)-Hole in the new man door -weather proofing material torn -scratches, black marks scuffs etc -didn't include electrical in permits *****************Review fromJoleen/Shana B

1 starI would give it 0 stars if that was a choice. Ordered a floor model shed with upgrades from ********** to be delivered and set up. Paid in full. Then was told they couldn't deliver the floor model and would give me a brand new one with the exact upgrades as the floor model for the same price. They built the base model instead. I needed what is called "House Wrap" basically a vapor barrier. They didn't install that. Windows were missing and the door was placed in a different spot and was smaller. I called ******************* the ************ manager and all he wanted to do was give me $200.00 refund and install a window. I would have to hire someone to take the shed apart and install the vapor barrier as well as purchase the vapor barrier. This is NOT a solution. I ordered and paid for a shed and they delivered something totally different. **** refuses to send me the correct shed that I ordered. He said, "it won't happen." Tuff Shed is a well known company. I would expect this from some ******************* operation but now from this company. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED ****. Send me what I ordered and what I paid for not a cheap substitute and then try to make me look like the bad guy. DO NOT BUY A TUFF SHED FROM THIS COMPANY. It's the worst experience I have ever had with a company. ********** should step in and reprimand this rep. and send me what I ordered. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME ON THIS SHAM!!!!!!!!!Review fromMaria B

1 starI wish i had looked at this review site before making the purchase. I spent over $10000 on a new shed to be built 12*18 ft. When purchasing i was under the impression it would *********** weeks to be complete. It wasn't until I had started questioning why it was taking so long that i was given time frames for the process. I was told it takes 2 months just for drafting and calculations which i thought was ridiculous and would never have made the purchase had I known they take so long just to get started. I made the purchase in September and it is now December and I still don't even have a date of when they are going to have it installed. I will never recommend Tuffshed to anyone and I would detour anyone from going to them.Review fromGantman H

5 starsFANTASTIC EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END. FROM THE ** SALESPERSON TO THE PROFESSIONAL BUILDERS WHO DID A FANTASTIC JOB IN LESS TIME THAN EXPECTED. I RECOMMEND TUFF SHED TO ALL SEEKING THIS PRODUCT. REMEMBER YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.
