  Salesman was great. Designed and paid for the shed in one visit. In hindsight, I should have only done a deposit and held final payment until I was satisfied with the install because; the install was atrocious! Structural damage done by installers, roof improperly installed, loft improperly installed, door improperly installed, items I paid extra for were not installed at all, the list goes on and on. Sloppy work all around, basically undoing the quality of the prefabd sections as they worked. Had the build crew superintendent come do a walk around of the shed to see all the problems, they took notes and made promises. Sadly, the warranty manager called me shortly after the walk around to ask me to confirm the details of the repairs the superintendent did not make a report or even mention multiple issues we spoke about during the visit, even left out issues that were the initial reason for the visit. Was basically asked to create the repair work order for the required repairs myself as the superintendent couldnt be bothered to do it or relay his findings and promises to fix everything. While the warranty manager is trying to remedy the situation, they are being fed bad information from their crews and superintendent. I am confused as to the purpose of the walk around visit if not for there to be a report filed with the warranty/repair department and document the lack of quality in the install. Perhaps retrain or remove the crew responsible from the rotation. All and all, this has been a terrible experience and I cant wait for the repairs to be completed so I can put it all behind me. Also hoping that once the long list of repairs is completed I will not have any more surprises down the road. What good is a warranty when you dont trust the company to perform quality work or communicate effectively. Never again and never recommending this company to anyone. Will do quite the opposite in fact.

  TuffShed - Horrible horrible customer service. Un-Professional. It felt like I were dealing with a group of thieves who just wanted My money. They are Rude and disrespectful. I thought I had got caught-up in a scam. I regreat I wasted my time dealing with TuffShed people, however, I am glad that I took time to read reviews others have left. I can identify with them. This was such a humiliating and daunting expierence which created additional hardship and circumstances for me. Mainly problems for me. The loss of valuble time, additional cost, and unnecessary stresses, anxiety fear, the feeling of being threatened and or violated. There were no business ethics in practice at all. Adding to that, The business (TuffShed) did not represent themselves in a proffessional business like manner. There was never a ***************************** person to speak with, only persons who called themselves a Market Sales manager and a District manager, who nither one understood **************** or how to resolve an issue in which they created. You just got what you Got. TuffShed is an affiliate to a bigbox store in my area. Well, **********, has a broken system when their affiliates have possible ways of obtaining my credit card information. And that is exactly what happened. I feel Congress needs to look into creating and adopting new regulations that increase penilities for cheaters like TuffSheds. The incident makes me concerned of the fact that so many people can be taken advantage of if you dont be cautious. The whole expierence was about a lot of different people who call themselve managers obtaining my personel information from HomeDepot. TuffSheds put through 2-3 orders on my credit card without permission from me. Then a manager called me from TuffShed out of control, angry shouting and screeming at me because my bank had advised me of the Fraud on my credit that needed to be canceled. He actually ask me to call the CC company back and make up a lie to them.

  First off, I would probably give a no star review except that they've agreed to fix the problems caused by a quick install process. The guys who came to install were very nice and worked very hard, however, one spoke no English and the other spoke very minimal English. It was difficult to communicate with them. They brought no water with them and asked me for water. They drank a half a case of water. Really Tuff Shed? You can't even supply your workers with water?? The first door they brought was the wrong color. They exchanged for the correct color, but it was a left hand outswing instead of a right. I just let it go because I thought it was too much trouble for them to go back and get another. They got paint everywhere. About 25 of the roof nails were hammered sticking out and bent. They spent a good amount of time trying to put on the door k*** on the residential door. After they finished, I noticed I couldn't lock the top lock unless I pushed hard on the door. I made them fix it, but when they did, they split the wood on the door jamb which would make it really easy for someone to break in. After inspecting the shed, I noticed nails sticking out all over. They missed repeatedly on the last beam holding my loft. Broken screws on the hinges. Paint on the window screens... Here's a notice Tuff Shed! You really need to stop pushing your workers to finish fast. The job is SLOPPY!! I will never buy another Tuff Shed again because of this. Overall, your products may be good, but what's the point if they're not put together well. Money is not everything!!! Have a little common sense and treat your employees better so they provide excellent customer service. This is just sad.

  After the long wait I finally got the shed I thought I wanted. I spoke to the sales person early July and told him the size I decided to go with and what I wanted out of the shed which was a storage loft. I am a mechanic and by no means a *********, the roof is only a 4 pitch which he told me that a lot of customers install lofts in their sheds if I were to install one in mine it would give about ***** inches of space not nearly what I was looking for when I specified I wanted a storage loft. I thought I would be able to lower the loft height to get me more space but the walls are not 7 feet, they are actually 6 7. There is a lot of misses when it came to the nails, including one poking out of the front of the work bench. I had a friend thats a ********* come and check it out he noticed that the drip edges should have been folded at the corners and the boards at the end of each peak are short. I feel like I was just pushed through the sale process just for him to make another sale, I feel that with his experience I should have been told if I wanted to install a storage loft I should go with a steeper roof pitch and I should have been informed the walls are not a true 7 because I would have opted for the taller version knowing that. My shed was installed yesterday 10/27/23 the builder sent pictures throughout the process which I thought was great and he was really nice. Im giving a 1 star review due to the fact that I told the sales rep what I wanted out of the shed and instead of him altering or telling what I should change to get what I want I just got a yup a lot of people install lofts in their sheds. For $8500 I feel like I should have gotten what I wanted instead of something I dont even want on my property as of right now

  I wish I could leave a 0 star review. This was the absolute worst customer experience Ive ever encountered. The first installer did not bring enough material to finish the job. Took a month before the second installer came back to finish the job. When the second installer painted he did it in the rain so the paint streaked all over the side of the shed and all over the windows. Tuff Shed requested final payment, when I asked to speak with the sales manager, I was not even given the courtesy of a phone call, I was threatened with a collection agency, or that they would come pick the shed up for failure to pay. When I tried to explain that their poor service resulted in me having to delay other work around my home, I was told they cannot control the weather or other circumstances. Just overall a horrendous demonstration of customer service. Stay away from the ********** branch, youll be treated like you do not matter, and not even given the opportunity to discuss with someone.

  Tuff Shed in *****************, ** was an amazing experience the Salesman that walked me thur the Entire process was *********************. He was easy going and did not pressure me to get a sale. He was the nicest down to earth guy I have meet in sometime. He worked with multiple times helping me to achieve everything I was looking for in a storage shed. Even after months of problems from permitting and waiting he was always there to give a helpful hand in anything I needed. Along with the great staff in permitting department. Even thou it took sometime to achieve what I was searching for the amazing help that he showed I will never forget. I will say Tuff Sheds you have an amazing Sales Force that is Top Notch. Along with the friendly staff that comes to put up your shed I can not say enough they were so friendly and nice they were so pleasant to work with and easy going. You truely have a great group of people working for you hands down. Even as far up as the ***** in the ******************* He came thur with everything he promised me thur my problems and more and i will always be thankful for that he is a man of his word. Again I am so thankful for your amazing staff at Tuff Sheds and I recommend anyone looking for a shed to come see this great group of people you will not be disappointed with this great group you have working from the *****************, ** Office. Again Thank You So Much For Full-filling my Dreams from start to finish. I will never forget the people that help me along this journey.

  We are very happy with our Tuff Shed. ********************* was very helpful *** patient helping us choose just the perfect shed for our needs. The installation crew was excellent. All went very smoothly.

  Had my 2nd tuff shed installed. I love the workmanship. The only thing that was very frustrating was that neither one of my installers spoke or understood English, thus no communication. Had a couple of issues that they had to come back to resolve, which if we would have been able to understand each other, there would have been any issues. But they do make a great shed and I would reccomend them, just maybe take what I said into consideration.

  horrible! failed the roof 3 times and inspector finally got on roof and did the job himself! $13,000 and production boss gives $300 off shed. That's insult to injury. fired first installer after poor work, failed inspections and leaving my house littered. Fallon in ***** was awesome handling my issues, even getting the new installer. But then all the micro management starts with other people calling me asking questions like I work for them. after all that, sent me a bill for $293. less than 2% of what I spent. I would not recommend Tuff Shed, I waited way to long and for the money I paid I could of had it done much sooner, or paid half and build it in the same time by myself. I bought in March and signed off completion in October.
