Wyatts towing towed my 2012 ****** Prius without a flat bed and damaged the under side of my bumper. This is a brand new bumper and this damage is undoubtedly a result of this non consensual tow. The entire bumper cover has sustained damage and no one from Wyatts has responded to my complaint. I filed a complaint the day of. When someone did email me, they never mentioned the damage done and didnt respond again after I asked about the damage and insurance.

On November 25th, 2022 I traveled 12 hours to ****** to load my daughters belongings to move home. Upon arrival at the ***************** my daughter purchased a parking permit for my vehicle. This was at roughly 10:15 PM. We loaded personal items for a half hour. We then went inside to box items to load and took them out at 11:00 PM to find that my truck had been towed by Wyatts towing after we purchased a parking permit. This is grand theft auto. We called the ************************ and they said this is not a criminal issue in their mind. We then drove to Wyatts Towings impound lot where the lady working there told us that my truck was there and that it was indeed towed after we paid for a parking permit and that it would therefore be a zero dollar tow because they should not have towed it but they would not give me my truck back and that I would need to return at 8:00 in the morning. This was at 1:30 AM on November 26th. I have this entire conversation recorded on video. So as of this time (4:30 AM, November 26th) Wyatts Towing has committed grand theft auto by stealing my truck. In addition, my heart medication has been seized by Wyatts Towing as well, and I will not get home in time and will miss at minimum a days work and wages.

Moving out of my appartment, girlfriend came over with her car to help me load boxes, it was 830 pm and we were on our final run out to bring the stuff to our new place, come to find in the 5 minutes we were upstairs grabbing the last boxes her car was stolen by ******* towing, she had her trunk open with my boxes ready for final load and wasn't even there for 30 minutes, so they had to have shut her trunk and gone forward as sneaky as they could. We saw him leaving the complex with her vehicle and tracked him down, but as we were behind him they shut off lights and we're going well above 90+ mph, this is theft and should be held accountable for predatory business practices, absolutely shame and disgrace of a company, we need a refund

On November 14 2022, ******* towing went above the law to tow my vehicle from an unused parking spot as I was in the process of taking groceries inside. There was no 24hr notice, there was no waiting outside until I returned. When I called the office, the receptionist was so rude and hung up on me multiple time until she just never answered again. So I went to the website to file a complaint and it's currently down and unavailable. So I had my fiance call and she answered and my fiance asked how much to get the car and she let us know it would be minimum $356 to get the car out tomorrow and the offices were closed overnight so we have no choice but to wait and pay the increasing fees. I went to ****** and seen the terrible reviews and the amount of unlawfully towed vehicles with no consequences. Now I'm wondering how this business is still running and continuing to break the law.

So on 10/16/22 sometime in the ** my car was towed from a Private under ground garage at my residence. Earlier that day I went to the store and upon returning I took my handicap sticker off my mirror. (I just got the handicap sticker about 5 days prior.) So where I normally park is not handicap parking. Well because somehow my parking permit that hangs on the mirror must have fallen when I took of the handicap sticker. And my vehicle was towed because of that. My complaint is that last year ***** towing illegally towed my vehicle and the property management had them release my car with no out to pocket cost. Last month a neighbor and I notice the tow company always wait for someone to come in or out of the garage to gain access in the garage. Yes they do have a contract with the property management but they don't have access to the garage. My neighbor and I spoke to the driver and he was upset that we said something. I believe at this point this is harassment because when they towed my car prior I had the perming hanging from the mirror for a total of 4 yrs now they know I am a resident of this property and do have a permit to park in the private garage. This has resulted a tremendous of stress added on to my critical illness that I have been diagnosed with in Sept. 2022. The cost up to today for the retrieval of my vehicle is now $357.64. I was non my way to the pharmacy when I discovered my vehicle was STOLING by ***** Towing Company. Yes I say stolen because they know I live here and have permission to park in the private underground garage. ***** towing has been in the News for their unprofessional behaviors.

On 10/13/22 I was towed from *****************************'s guest parking without notice. I had to pay Wyatts Towing $340.53 to get my car out the next day. Upon retrieving my car I noticed that the back passenger finder had been damaged. I completed their damage claim submission form at the time of the vehicle release (while still in the parking lot) and received an email from *** a "damage claim specialist with Wyatts towing" on 10/14/22 denying my claim. He attached a VERY grainy photo of my car and stated the damage was present prior their contact with my vehicle. This is NOT true and a blatant lie. There was a scratch in that area of the car however the siding was completely in tack prior to their contact. I have emailed *** back twice and received no reply. The damage claim for my case is ******. The woman on the phone when I called to see if it was towed was also not forthright about the charges to have it released and failed to mentioned a "notification fee" of $75. This lack of transparency and misrepresentation of the cost is NOT fair and is an unethical business practice. They have people over a barrel and take advantage of that position.

Saturday night (about 11pm-12am) October 8th 2022 my vehicle was towed from my friends apartment complex parking (not on the street) there is no assigned parking and the few signs that are posted are small and only at the entrance to the lot. No signs at the actual parking spots indicating that towing is the penalty for parking there. No notice was given, they towed it and I had to go Sunday morning (October 9th 2022) right when they opened to pay $445 to retrieve it. Upon inspecting my vehicle they damaged the driver front fender liner by not carefully lifting it. The damage destroyed most of the s**** mounts in the bumper that hold the fender liner so now I need a new front bumper and new driver front fender liner. I paid almost $500 and now I would have to spend even more to replace those parts. I have pictures that I took right when I walked up to my vehicle in their lot before I left. I also have photos of where they have signs posted. One more point is, they have permit parking only, will tow if violated signs on the street parking about every *****ft but not a single one of those is found in the actual parking lots. *** parked at this friends apartment before with no issues. This is careless and now I have to pay for it. (One picture shows the damaged fender liner on the driver side and the other is the passenger side for comparison of what it should look like)

Parking permit has been expired since July. Months have gone by since and never been towed. They decide to tow the day before a holiday "Columbus Day" and then they upcharge their after hour fees even though they are open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. Woman in the front said to listen to the phone recording. And it states vehicles can be picked up Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm. Vehicles picked up between the hours of 5pm to 8am will be assessed an after hour fee of $89.24 on weekends or on federal holidays. Meaning if I go in at 7pm on Columbus day they can charge me the ***** fee because it's after hours on a federal holiday.

Please review the following information submitted in connection with towing violations committed by Wyatts Towing on September 23rd, 2022. Our office, ******************, was present at **************** LLC located at *******************************************************, for a work event. At the behest of **************** some of the members of our office parked in the adjacent lot connected to Touchstone Medical Imaging located at **********************************************************. The vehicles parked within that lot were subsequently towed by Wyatts Towing North located at *********************************************************. ***************************** was the owner of one of the vehicles towed. The lot located at **** ********* has one sign that states that unauthorized or illegally parked vehicles would be towed at the owners expense. This sign does not refer to a requirement that the vehicles have permits. There was no indication that these vehicles parked in the lot were unauthorized. The reason given for towing each vehicle on September 23rd, 2022, was stated as no permit. The cars were not parked in a lot that required permits. This action is a violation of towing requirements under *************************** Regulation 4-CCR 6508(b) and 4-CCR ****. Here, the lawful owner of the parking area did not give authority to ***** towing to seize vehicles due to lack of a parking permit. There is no evidence that any of the businesses bordering the parking lot as they are businesses open to the public. There was no evidence given by Wyatts towing that there were signs posted in plain sight or that there were signs for required permitting. There was not notice given for any required permitting. The tow company gave no evidence of authorization to tow. The tow company also could not account for ******************** car for period of time. A representative associated with the tow company also gave ******************** a scam ticket. This situation cost ******************** emotionally and monetarily.
