  We had a positive experience with Elkstone. *****, our project manager, communicated well with us and we are very happy with the quality of the work. We did experience issues with our water heater because of all the dust caused by the basement construction but we're able to have it cleaned / repaired on our own dime and avoid a larger headache. Elkstone did provide a small credit for the situation too.

  We can't recommend Elkstone any moreour basement was finished on time, right in our budget, and the communication was top notch. Working with contractors can sometimes be a nightmare with lackluster communication and surprises costs. With EIlkstone, you get an online portal so you can track everything week to week and every change order is made transparently with your input. Our PM ***** was very communicative and always put our needs first. We are loving our new basementit was exactly what we wanted!

  I highly recommend Elkstone for basement remodels and basement finishing. *****, our project manager, lead us through the entire process from day one. Everyone was friendly, clean, on time, and the results are incredible.

  We recommend Elkstone to everyone!! We just had an inspector come thru our NoCo/******* home for a new build warranty inspection and he specifically called out the high quality and craftsmanship of the work done in the basement. Elkstone is the best!! They custom designed our basement to fit each and every one of our needs and finished the work right on time. There were absolutely no discrepancies or secrets in billing or costs thanks to constant communication and their user friendly dashboard. We take pride in our beautiful, finished basement AND Elkstone for making it happen & being a company that we could trust. The whole team was amazing from start to finish. We really feel blessed in finding Elkstone and the team we were able to work with.

  Our basement was finished by Elkstone and it is beyond wonderful. Our Project Manager, ***** and all the people who made this possible were wonderful to work with. The project was completed on time and we couldn't be happier. If you are thinking about finishing your basement, we highly recommend contacting Elkstone. You will not be diappointed.

  Elkstone *** was doing my neighbors house and accessing the home by walking on my rock pathway between our 2 properties without asking for my permission and broke some of my pathway When I complained and showed Elkstone customer service the broken stone and video of their workers walking on my pathway they said they were using my property because it was easier to access my neighbors house and they would not pay for the repair because they saw other issues with my pathway that were not part of where their people were walking even though they were trespassing I cannot believe that this companies attitude is so cavalier that they can be on my property and not pay for damages

  We came out and reviewed the damage and found it to be pre-existing along with other cracks and impairments. The damage reported does not appear to be recent, nor does it seem like something that would happen as a result of simply walking on the driveway. This homeownersproperty line is exceptionally close to the only access into our clients basement. We would have gone around through our clients backyard, but access to the window is blocked by a large tree. Given the close proximity of the homes and the only plausible access, we assumed permission had been obtained by our client with his neighbor, as there was little option for ** to gain access otherwise. Typically, especially in early spring, our contractors avoid walking on grass when there is a better option, as it is more likely for ** to cause damage to a lawn. We apologized to ******************** and made signs to point our contractors to access the basement window up and through our clients built up flower bed, rather than use ********************** sidewalk and driveway. The damages include a repair bill for resealing with super seal Epoxy over 242 ** of driveway borders and patching all areas needed. Had there been a chance that the damage was caused or made worse by us; the response would have been much different.Walking on a driveway simply does not cause the kind of damage reported.

  Elkstone was such a wonderful team to work with. ************* was our sales associate and from the beginning he made us feel so comfortable and like all of our ideas were heard. He had such great input and suggestions that helped bring our vision to life. He was so responsive and would communicate with ** even on his days off just to ensure our project was moving along. *********************** was our project manager and was also wonderful to work with. She was timely with her communication and helped answer any questions we had along the way. The entire experience was well organized and well communicated. The entire timeline of the project was provided to ** through a customer portal and all expectations both of ** as the customer and or all contractors involved in the project, were also clearly presented at the start and throughout the project. Our basement turned out BEAUTIFUL and far exceeded anything we could have dreamt. The project was completed quickly and professionally. We would recommend Elkstone to anyone looking to have a beautiful new space in their home! Thank you Elkstone!

  I would recommend ElkStone to anyone who is looking for the focus on service and ease. Construction is always challenging, but ElkStone kept the schedule on track, worked with any issue I had (all minor), and managed the subcontractors. ***** was my Project Manager, and she was 100% responsive to anything I needed, including on the weekends. ElkStone is extremely well-organized and follows through on commitments. They are straightforward with expectations right from the start and even have you watch a couple videos on the expectations. Their online dashboard provides you with everything you need to track progress, find documents, and pay your bill.

  Our experience with Elkstone was exceptional. The subcontractors for the * ******** region were top-notch, and when the occasional issue did arise, the general contractor made sure to take care of it quickly. We felt that our project was closely monitored and completed to a high standard. The project was completed in the timeline quoted, and for the price given. Highly recommend.

  We are very happy we chose Elkstone for our basement finishing project. From the start of the project, Elkstone was very responsive and detailed in their communications. During the initial walkthrough and design with ***, he explained the process, expectations and listened to how we wanted the space to look and work for us. He provided design details that we didn't even consider and listened to our feedback and made changes to the design as needed. He treated us as partners and always made sure we understood any design changes and impacts to the pricing. Upon going under contract, the Elkstone team moved quickly to get things going. Our project manager, *****, was in constant communication with what was going on with the project. She kept in touch with daily status updates and addressed any concerns we had right away. She made sure we knew when tasks were being completed and let us know of any risks that came up and addressed them right away. She performed many walkthroughs and check ins with us throughout the project to ensure things were being completed to our satisfaction and quickly addressed any issues found.The project came in on budget and was completed in an acceptable time frame. We are pleased with the quality of work, value and the attention to detail by the Elkstone team. We are so happy to have our basement finished and that Elkstone made the process so smooth and painless for us. Thank you to the Elkstone team for a great experience!
