      On August 15, 2022, we received your review, dated August 3, 2022, filed with the Better Business Bureau.You stated that your calls were disconnected each time you attempted to cancel your service.Our records indicate that your account was disconnected on August 3, 2022. Your account is at a zero balance.We will send you a box and shipping label to return the leased equipment (receivers and remotes only). Please return the equipment within 30 days to avoid unreturned equipment fees.We strive to provide excellent service and regret that your experience was unfavorable.

      Fraudulent activity. Called sales to ask for Welcome Pack. Was told only available for previous or current customers. I was a previous customer but told not in system because had been a few years. Salesperson told me to establish new service with a higher cost package and then once service set up to call customer service and they would change to Welcome Pack. She even said she confirmed this could be done with person over her because she didnt know price or how many channels included. He gave her price of ***** a month with 97 channels. I did as she instructed and set up Top 120 package then called customer service to change to Welcome Pack. All of a sudden, wouldnt you know it, they cant give me Welcome Pack, but tell me what a great deal I have paying double what I wanted for Top 120 plan. And of course, there are no notes that can be seen from sales person who promised this. Im sure at this point of sham, they are assuming people will keep higher priced service. Not me! Wasted whole morning from work for setup and now have to unhook and take time to package up and mail everything back, but worth it not to do business with a dishonest company.

You indicated you called back after installation and you were informed you could not have the Welcome Pack. You also expressed concern with the customer service you experienced. When we spoke, I confirmed with you that your account was disconnected on August 3, 2022, and is at a zero balance. I offered to restart your account with the Welcome Pack. You said you will consult with your husband and contact me back if you wish to restart your account. We strive to provide excellent service and we regret that your experience was unfavorable.       Pleasantly surprised when I was contacted by DISH and offered an acceptable resolution to issue. Previously assumed they did not care about losing 1 customer. Was very satisfied with final encounter I had with DISH representative.

      Dish network did an install on a brand new trailer for a lady I bought the trailer from. She had ordered Dish for install. Instead of finding out about the possibility this camper had, the installer reefed out existing system and did a simple house install) with cable from antenna in to camper between door and jamb And on the wall took out a factory installed selector switch (which consists of two antenna receptacle, one for cable one for satellite)And put in a simple one line wall plate as you would in a house. Destroyed the design that already was pushed existing cables in between inner walls.This is costing me money and headache. They (the installers are not supposed to touch stuff they are not trained on. Essentially ruined my first camping trip as nothing on my entertainment system works.Contacted Dish Network and in good fashion they brushed me off as if I was a f****** idiot.they screwed up and wont cop to it. Shame on Dish, SHAME ON DISH NETWORK. Train your employees or get out of business for people that will do it right.Ought to *** your company and still might. Shame

You also expressed concern with the customer service you experienced. My attempts to contact you on August 17 and 18, 2022, by phone were unsuccessful, but I left a message each time. I also sent an email to ********************* with a request that you contact me. As I was unable to speak with you, I did not take any action regarding your account.

      Dish is the most incompetent company that i have EVER dealt with. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. The schedulers are so scripted to lie to you every time. They have no idea what the technicians are doing. The office will tell you anything just to have you increase your programming or rent more unnecessary equipment. We have wasted 3 days over a months time trying to have our Dish problem fixed. They do not keep promised appointments; people must be present and miss work; people pay their **** without getting service. Our problem has gone on for a month without resolution!

You also expressed frustration that you were required to be home for your service visit.Please be advised that your service visit on July 15, 2022, was canceled due to an expired Dig Safe ticket. In order to provide the service you had requested, we were required to obtain a new, valid ticket before we could proceed.We request that someone over the age of 18 be home during your appointment so that we can ensure the service is provided to the account holders satisfaction and so that they can sign off on the installation.       We had Dish installed in April of 2022, and we have had nothing but trouble with it since it was installed. The receiver in the living would cut off. or jump to a channel that we were not even wanting. We have had a technician out to work on this receiver ever since we've had it and it is still giving us problems and they are not interested in fixing it.We can not afford to pay for something that is not working. Please help me in getting this fixed

You requested that we resolve these issues.When we spoke by phone on August 12, 2022, I offered to send out an additional technician to attempt to solve these issues. Otherwise, as you have already had several technicians attempt to solve this issue, I informed you I would be willing to waive your early termination fee and equipment return fee, allowing you to pursue alternatives at no penalty.You advised me that you would call back with a decision after you had a chance to consult with your husband.

      This dish network is full of fraud and not trustworthy. They don't keep their word therefore intergriry is zero.. So every customer should be aware of them before you ever sign up with them . I have been with them for 2 years and I had to switch to a different network. When they send me my final **** that was due on the 26 of July,2022 . I specifically called and spoke to a customer service rep to debit my account on the 30th or 31st of July. He said it was not a problem and that he had it set up to come out on the 31. I just checked my account today 7/27/2022 and they had debited my account contrary to what the representative told me . I called to talk to them about it and I told them that I was going to report them to the BBB and the lady was not nice and told me that was fine for me to do. And I said I will report it to the BBB.So please I will never advise anyone to sign up with DISH network because they don't keep their words and their integrity is zero. So please don't ever make a mistake to sign up with them. I will be filing an official complaint because you can't treat people like this simply because you have access to their debit or checking account .

You said you called to speak with an agent to discuss this issue, but you were not provided with any assistance.When we spoke by phone, I informed you that a review of your call from July 19, 2022, confirmed that you were misinformed as to the date in which your payment would be processed. Because your account was still enrolled in automatic payments, your payment was processed on the regular due date.We appreciate your feedback and your concerns will be shared internally with the appropriate personnel.We strive to provide excellent service, and we regret your experience was unfavorable.

      I have had dish for 6 years. They want to charge for everything. Service is negative sub par..........First is a robot asking for all info, then ************* asking the problem, then again a robot to clarify the problem. A human finally answered and they needed to transfer my call. I ended up talking to 6 people. Still no fix. So I cancelled and they immediately call asking how to get us back as customers. They want to charge for returning their equipment. Very sad to see how customer service is not service anymore.

      On July 28, 2022, we received your review, dated July 25, 2022, filed with the Better Business Bureau.You said you had DISH Network service for over six years. You stated that you called in with technical issues and had to go through multiple automated prompts before being transferred six times with no resolution. You canceled your service and DISH Network wanted to charge you to return the equipment.My attempts to contact you by phone on August 11 and 12, 2022, were unsuccessful, but I left a voice message with my contact information.A review of your account indicated that you called in reporting signal issues, and our agents determined that a technician visit was necessary to resolve the issue. It was explained that a technician visit has a $95.00 charge associated with it unless you have our DISH *************** on your account. Our agents offered a free, three-month promotion for DISH Protect to set up a no-charge technician visit, and you declined, requesting the cancellation of your service. You were then transferred to our loyalty department to complete your request.In the original Digital Home Advantage contract you signed with DISH Network, it is stated that we charge a $15.00 box return fee to facilitate the return of the leased equipment to our return warehouse. This fee was waived when you closed your account.We regret any frustration you experienced with our automated phone system.

      I have been a loyal, on-time paying customer on Autopay for 3 years to DISH.. Today, all I did was change my method of payment as I changed banks. I did nothing else but somehow the payment was made early. I called, going to 3 different levels, to try and find what happened. They said their business has no way to stop payment. They were rude, uncaring and told me I could only go through my bank. My bank has a ***** fee for stop payment. They have caused me great problems as I am a disabled person with a fixed income on disability. Above all, no one gave me an answer as to how this happened except one person who said it must be a glitch. The senior rep was doing everything she could to blame me. I am so upset at their lack of care and not being able to tell me how this happened. I did nothing wrong but I am paying for this and no one can tell me why. This should be criminal.

      On July 28, 2022, we received your review, dated July 25, 2022, filed with the Better Business Bureau.You said that on July 25, 2022 you changed your method of payment because you switched banks and, although you did nothing else, a payment was made to your account without your authorization. You claim that when you spoke to DISH Network representatives they were rude, made every effort to place the blame on you and there were no options available to stop the payment.I attempted to contact you at the phone number and email address we have on file on August 9 and 10, 2022, but I did not receive a reply to either message I left. Our records show that on the same day you changed AutoPay, a payment was made online. The updating of your bank information and the payment occurred within three seconds of one another. When updating such information, there is an option to make a payment and it appears to have been selected inadvertently.Because DISH Network is not a joint owner on your personal bank account, we have no authority to request a stop payment or make any type of changes or modifications. Only you, as the account owner, can make such requests. However, if you believe your personal information has been compromised, I recommend that you change your passwords and all other security access information.I listened to the recorded calls in question and the agents you spoke with were professional and courteous, and we regret that you claim otherwise.

      Can't trust the **************** at ********************. I called the tech support for help when our receiver failed. The customer rep informed me that they can reduce our monthly rate by $20 per month plus get a new receiver to replace the defective one. I just need to call back after the new receiver was installed to receive the credit on our account. I called and my monthly **** increased instead of decreased. I will file an official complaint to get this resolved. Thanks *********************************

The modification to the work order caused the previous offer to be removed. When you called on July 29, 2022, you were re-enrolled into the Preferred Customer Offer.       A have been a customer of Dosh for 6 years. I have decided to discontinue !y service with Dish and called them to notify them. I was informed that my account was paid through August 5, 2022. When connected to the agent for my ending my service with them, the agent tried to get me to keep !u account, when that did not work, he became hostile threatening !e with the charges that I would get in returning their equipment. This agent was so rude.
