      Absolutely the worst customer service in the industry. You can't cancel your service without jumping through the multitude of hoops, which is a policy some bonehead in corporate thought was a great idea. Who in their right mind decided a "payment date" is an authentication method?! I would have cancelled the service via the website, but the website was designed by an incompetent intern. I would have never been a customer if there was an other option in my area, but I got stuck with a less than superior service. It took 4 different personnel before they would even process my request. The 4th person ("manager") miraculously was able to disconnect the service. Their policies are garbage and their "team" of customer service members are inadequately trained to process claims or requests. Rating this company and service with anything above ZERO is being generous. Their trash service is a direct reflection of their trash customer service staff, aside from the technicians.I will not use WOW in any future homes if there are alternative options available. I will avoid neighborhoods if that is the service "suggested" and/or contracted just to avoid this awful service.

      I waited nearly 2 weeks for WOW to send me the prepaid shipping label and a box to send their equipment back to them. I canceled service with them. Upon receiving the box, I shipped the equipment out the following day at ********** They accepted ***** packages. It is now over a month later and I am receiving a bill for $687.70 for unreturned equipment and other charges. There should be no charges at all. I paid my last bill. I should be clean from any obligation from WOW. I called today 2/20/24 after receiving this bill and got the tracking number for the return label. It shows no history. I am no longer in possession of the package and it lies on ***** and or ********** I am not responsible for another person or company losing the package!! WOW will not discuss solutions with me until their investigation is complete. I AM NOT PAYING THIS BILL FOR EQUIPMENT I DID NOT LOSE, THAT I INDEED DROPPED OFF TO BE SHIPPED!

      since i am a poor person with no income and dissabled got price down to $30 a month from like $100 ever since they disconnect me many times an hour cant completely read news weather anything the modem they provided me has given unreliable service and gets very hot and threw sparks a few times now they want to charge me a modem warranty service for more money and wont send me a new one this company *****

      Their service is spotty and slow even though they say it's faster. Their customer service is horrible and they probably aren't the only ones as they outsource it to another country. I get the run around and they give different numbers to contact. Just horrible.

      Do not use! Worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. I closed my account in June and I have still been getting billed for service past when I closed my account after moving out of my house. They are also claiming there is outstanding equipment that I am being charged for. After calling customer service I was told to wait for a final updated bill as there was a delay in equipment returns and it may not have been updated. After being told that I received a collection notice in the mail for the unpaid total I called customer service and explained the issue. After being on the phone for an hour and being transferred to a supervisor I was finally told that all of my equipment had in fact been received and there was an error for my final bill. I paid the corrected amount and asked that they contact the collection agency and explain that it was a mistake on Wows end. I was told this could take several business days and therefore I asked to be called with an update to receive a phone call with an update. Never got a call back from them and now I have a collection filed on my credit report. This should be considered a fraudulent business. Looked online and found several stories where other people reported being billed for equipment they had returned after closing their account.

      I would give them less than ZERO if possible. And I will never use their service anymore and will try my best to convince others to not to either. I was trying to cancel my service. I chatted with 5 online agents and called 5 times. The only answer I could get was (online agent) "sorry we cannot do that, you have to contact the hotline". ( on the phone): "we have a promotion that can save your money. And sorry you have reached solution center , we are not service provider ". Looks like this is their new strategy to annoying the customer enough so that the customer just give up. This is the worst customer service, and I don't understand why there is no laws to punish them. Stay away from WOW internet/TV/phone service!

      Had a horrible time getting WOW to accept our equipment so we could get a refund. The WOW card refund had $5 on it. Should have been close to $200.

      worst internet connection ever. on top of that they lose your equipment at the drop off box then without warning send you to collections. no investigation, records, documentation or supervisor present in regard to the situation. i been a loyal customer, made my payments on time and they s**** me over.

      WOW has eliminated their coaxle cable business, without prior notification to their customers. AND are not reducing your monthly bill for cable services. I spent 2.5 hours on the phone Thur, only to be told i could switch to streaming services. However, I cannot rely on WOW internet in my area, as it goes in/out consistently which is crucial to streaming and work from home. We were locked into only Nulink/Wow in our neighborhood until recently. Guess i will be switching to Spectrum. Stay away from WOW, their techs will tell you the same. Not reliable and customer service does not care. Note - this outage has affected a lot of homes and businesses in the ****** area, without any prior written notification.
