      This company replaced NuLink, a poor company replaced by one even worse. When one turns on TV a logo spins for several minutes enter dark screen then requests modem password without explaining how that works. They charge plenty and now want $4; to render a bill. To escape that ripoff you surrender your bank account to these dolts. As if? WOW means worst of world. One is too many stars. Little wonderBBB wont rate them.

      If you are seeing this its because you are also trying to figure out how to get in contact with anyone at this company that isnt overseas customer service.WOW is a scam. Its all flash and mirrors up front but overall, go anywhere else. The customer service is all overseas. Not one person who speaks English and isn't named ***** or ****. When requesting cancellation I got told it was delayed. WHAT? Additionally, they never sent a box to collect their routers so I had to package them myself and return them. Last, after drilling into my house to install their modem they are now saying I need to remove it and send it back. So Im supposed to just have a hole through my house now?All in all this company seems fly by night. Avoid. Quick installation, awful customer services, and special "fees" once you try and cancel.

      I'm not currently a customer, and at this rate I never will be. I purchased a home and discovered a tree in the backyard had a branch that had 100% grown around a wire. That wire belongs to WOW. It would be dangerous for me to cut the branch, because there's literally a wire going through it. They have supposedly sent people out to look at it and they don't see a problem. I have put in 5 separate work tickets over the past few weeks, and still nothing has been done. I have asked to be called prior to someone coming so I can show them the problem, one woman straight up said 'we don't do that for people who aren't customers.' Every person who is not a customer is a potential customer, so I can't even imagine how they treat their actual customers. One woman I talked to said oh you can cut the branch, it's not a live wire. THEN she asked for my address. If you don't even know where this wire is there's no way for you to know if it's live or not! This is absolutely the least helpful company I have ever encountered, and I will tell everyone I meet. Oh and if it is a live wire, I'm sure it being 100% encased in wood is probably a fire hazard.

      This is the biggest scam of a company I recently moved from *********** ******** to south ******* I returned all of my equipment through the ************* postal service I mailed it all back in a box they had previously sent to me. Now I get a notice from a collections agency telling me that this scam company sent my bill to collections! I have called them for months since this issue came up always to be told that Ill get a call back which never ever happens and now they send me to collections for equipment I returned! Do not ever do business with these people

      I think this company needs to train the employees . They are so hard up to get service they call and even before you say anything they will schedule you for an appointment when you have not confirmed any service . The sales person *** who works in the ********** area was sneaky and had my service cut off without me confirming anything and did not even tell me it was going to happen and I have not confirmed anything, Trying to get anyone was a nightmare and when i finally did it was some guy who spoke with a heavy heavy accented refused to hear me out. I had to yell and be rude and the same with *** the sales guy when all they wanted to do was turn it around and justify why they disconnected your service and dropped a box at my door. again when I did not confirm this. I had to jump threw hoops to have my service restored and yell at him because he was not understanding or did not want to hear me out. If he were present. I would be in jail right now. be ware he is sneaking and this company prides itself on scamming people to get the service and you are on your own. no help no customer service. and did I mention **** and condescending? be warmed never ever will have anything to do with this company. I rather send out smoke signals,

      We had you, and we paid 200 dollars and we weren't even at 100 but we were paying 200 for upload download speed. We repeatedly called them and told them, they never did anything, so **** fiber came in and went with them. We told wow why we were leaving because of poor service, we always had our own modem. After we left, we get a bill of them trying to charge us for a month again, we told them no because we got rid of them a while ago, so that same month we got the same bill back that we have there equipment but it even shows on the invoice that we have our own equipment. We made a complaint to the utility commission and after a couple weeks they finally called. seeking to my father, getting him all upset saying "Oh yes we did have the equipment" DO not trust them and when the guy was putting in our system, he asked us if wanted HBO, or cable tv, and when we told him no, he told us that he has IPTV that he owns and that we can pay to use that. The bottom line is do not trust WOW at all. The poorest service, and slowest service ever. Customer service is non-existing and when you be honest about them having poor service they make up bogus accounts to try and get more money from you, now I am seeing what legal action I can get for lying. BEWARE

      My internet was not working properly for weeks, A tech came out, was WOW's fault, added an extender, costing additional $. WOW cut off my tv, tech had to come back the next day to have it turned back on. Several weeks later, no DVR, and no programming on the guide. I used online chat to troubleshoot these issues and to remove HBO and my landline. This dropped my bill $13, which is still $29 more than my bill was 6 months ago. I questioned this, was told I was getting a promotion of some sort. Online chat disconnected by WOW. Following day, I call to talk to a human (not in America) because now I have no TV at all. After a 35 minutes conversation, I was told I have no service, it was cancelled yesterday when I requested HBO be canceled. Due to wow not having the same package I had I was offered *********** I declined, indicated I wanted the employee named ****, who was the online chat person fired and if I was unable to have the package I had, I was canceling the service. The woman I spoke with apologized and again offered ***********I believe the employee canceled my service on purpose, and this is completely unfair and improper. They're doing away with programming and order to have *********** I will be canceling my service on Monday.The amount of fees and surcharges on my bill are ridiculous, and I can't even understand what they all are for.If I was able to leave zero stars I would, one star is the lowest I am able to give.

      WOW Is the worst, my cable only worked part of the time, when you call it takes FOREVER, *** (female) at customer service ***** and can't ever talk to a manager. DON'T use WOW for your cable, talk, wifi, unless you like intermittent service. I give them a score of minus 100. I only gave them one star, because I couldn't leave a 0.

      I've been using ************ Internet for almost 10 years now. After a 5-year contract, my company moved, and when I called WOW to cancel, they told me that a new 1-year contract would be automatically renewed every year. So, they say I have to pay for 6 months' worth of service to cancel.How can such an unscrupulous company exist? After a 5-year contract, shouldn't you be able to cancel at any time? I'm really disappointed, and I definitely won't be using WOW Internet again.
