5 starsThe tech guy came out and used a mounting bracket that was already attached the front of the house. That saved time, and got the job done even faster. It hasn't been that long, but so far the connection has been very good.

1 starHorrible service and reception. Installer showed up and immediately said that we were not going to get 50mbps internet speed, even though that's what we ordered. Install was poor and they installed a pre-owned satellite. After the install, I averaged about 2.5mbps. In the evenings my internet speed was a crawl and we were unable to stream or download. Very annoying. We constantly lost signal during clear weather and storms. Once I tried calling rise broadband tech support, and they stated a repair technician would be out in 10-14 days because of covid. I waited for the tech with no internet for 2 weeks. Once my repair appointment was confirmed, the tech did not show up but instead fixed it remotely. Super annoying because I had to wait 2 weeks for something that was fixed remotely. I had to switch to tmobile hotspot internet since we are in a rural area with no starlink. I get faster internet with tmobile hotspot service. Rise broadband was a waste of time and space.
