I would not recommend. I work from home and the internets goes out for hours, all day, or all afternoon through the night. Again, I work from home! If I call they say something about a tower and they have no clue when it will be fixed. What?! How do you have no clue? It is sunny as can be so I know the weather near me isnt a factor. I hate Rise and am looking to take my families service elsewhere as soon as possible. Unless Rise can pay me for the days of work I miss bc of them.Rise Broadband

I just had Rise Broadband installed and it seems to be doing good. The installer was fast, efficient and very pleasant. He explained how everything works and is a definite professional. So far I would recommend this company, time will tell.Rise Broadband

The tech that did the installation was very pleasant and did a great job getting everything setup. The whole home wifi is lower in cost and gives you excellent service compared to mediacom and imon. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for internet service.Rise Broadband

1 starNever pro rated for 5 days of service, I was charged for an entire month because my cancellation date fell 5 days after the billing cycle. I gave the company 34 days notice of my cancellation date and I was never informed I would be charged for the entire month. I feel this company failed to communicate their policy because I was never given legal papers for this policy. I will never do business with this company and dont feel valued.Review fromSeth G
