2 starsI've had Rise Broadband for two years. It's gotten slower and spotty for some time now. I'm pretty remote, so I've decided to change to ********. I have not been succesful in cancelling my service. If I do manage to get through to a person when I call they transfer me and eventually I get disconnected. There is no way to cancel online. This is a very poor customer service approach.Review fromMark T
