If I could give zero stars, I would. Customer service is NONEXISTENT. I am currently 693rd in line to speak to a customer service representative because none of my 4 lines have service since last night. There are widely reported outages throughout the country and Boost has not made a single comment acknowledging this fact. I was in ****** last month with ZERO service as soon as I crossed over the border - no GPS to navigate, no text or cell to call, NOTHING despite paying an additional $10 for international service which is what I was told to add. I have been a customer for nearly 10 years and had never had problems until recently I have had it with this latest service interruption. The *** ***************************** should be ashamed.

I will NEVER go back to boost mobile again. I have been a customer of ****************** while they were under Sprint network. I brought my unlock phone to boost mobile for cellular service family plan and now that Dish network is their provider I want to leave boost mobile. The problem with me leaving boost mobile is the company locked my **** number to boost mobile (Dish wireless). I cant use my unlock cell phone that I paid for because boost mobile locked my phone without my consent. I was not under any obligation or contract with boost mobile. I did all the necessary steps including making sure all devices were unlocked prior to porting out all my numbers. However when I ported out the main number on the boost mobile account the **** number to that phone is now locked. This is an unethical practice to lock a phones **** number that never was purchased under boost mobile. On Sunday 4/23/2023 I talked to Mr. ****** a manager that promised my phone will be unlocked by Monday 6 PM and that didnt happen. On Monday 4/24/2023 6:30 pm I talked to another manager, ************** and he promised that my phone will be unlocked Tuesday at 6 am after the full 72 hours has passed. Today Tuesday 4/25/2023 10:30 am my cell phones **** number is still network locked to boost mobile. I have been on the phone since 8:30 am trying to speak to a manager; the first agent I talked to somehow disconnected our call. I called back and spoke to another agent, requesting a manager, and again my call was disconnected. Now I have been on the phone for over an hour and 24 minutes waiting for a manager just to get on the line. Again I will Never go back to boost mobile. A cell phone company should not be able to hold your unlocked phones **** number hostage. I just want my **** number that they locked without my consent unlocked. Also, no one ever informed me that my unlock phone would have to be locked to Boost mobile in order to receive cellular service. Unlock my phone or pay me for it.

Do not sign up for their automatic bill payment. I did and 2 months after my phone was broken they predatorily took 50 dollars from my bank account 2 weeks after my last payment date (meaning they repeatedly hit my bank account until I put money on it). I immediately called them attempting to get a refund and they never did **** s**t. So I paid 50 bucks for a phone I didn't have. Thanks Boost I will NEVER EVER use your services again.

Employees lied to get me to buy a phone. Lied again to get me to keep it past their 7 day return window. Refuse to do anything but give a fake apology. Very dishonest and shady.

I have been a Boost Mobile customer for many years. Every month of every year they have had permission to charge my credit card and they always got their money. I signed my mom up with them too, also on auto-pay. This month two days after the bill was due, my service is suspended for non-payment! They didn't pay themselves?!? I called and was told that they 'took the auto-pay down for maintenance' and if I paid it would be restored. I was very upset because I felt that I was being treated badly for their problem. There was no apology. What if I had an emergency? Why didn't Boost Mobile send an email to their current, auto-pay customers and give a heads-up??? Instead, they suspend people's accounts and make them go to the trouble of calling and making a payment. I did get a text first with a link to pay, but it looked like it could've been a scam. I looked up to see if Boost Mobile had been hacked. There is no excuse for how Boost Mobile conducted themselves when they were doing whatever it was to their auto-pay system. They inconvenienced customers, made no apology, and it was their purposeful doing. Boost Mobile has never heard of best practices in business and customer service. And their app to earn points for money off the bill is trashy! They're making $ by getting customers to download games. PS. I am switching to MINT or some other service provider ASAP

I am still trying to remove my device insurance. This whole process has taken over 6 weeks. Initially ** said the problem was their system was updating and they were not even able to take my request and have it processed. Finally, I have a processed request in and they said it would take about 48 hours to process this, but nearly one week later, still waiting. In the meantime, I have already had to pay my bill including for device insurance that I wanted to remove. They are stealing money and should be held accountable. DO NOT USE

I recently decide to try Boost. I purchased the *** card and plan from their website. The trouble started in getting the *** card itself. Boost website said the *** card will be delivered in 2 business days but they di not create the shipping label for 4 days. I called them several time to check the status but no one gave me proper information. After few days, I got my *** card and my next nightmare started. Activating *** on boost mobile take lot of your time . There is no way to activate it online. You have to talk to an agent and that are super slow and incompetent. I have spoken to 3 agents on the phone and chatted with another agent. Still no activation. WARNING!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO BOOST!!

I have been a Boost cust for many years. Since January when they switched over to Boost One it's been one problem after another! First it was everybody's voicemail went out for 1 1/2 weeks! I couldn't access my voicemails for almost 2 wks! Then w/the Boost One App you can do different things to earn credits on your bill & get free wifi. The app gives you an option to transfer the earned credits to your bill. So I did a day before my due date. It showed my pymt went from $50 down to 32! Theres an option to "Pay amount this now" at $32 so I did. But Boost Mobile still took the FULL $50! They told me it doesn't apply to people on auto pay! So I got off of auto pay so I.could apply future credits. They will NEVER give money back when they overcharg! They offered to credit my next bill. I wanted to change carriers at that time but wanted to get my money back so I was stuck for 2 more months in order to get credits owed! This is how they get you! And they are doing it again! I was going to switch to Spectrum for $29 but then Boost came out w/a new $25/mo plan. I called cust serv & was told in order to switch plans I need to be set up on auto pay. The rep told me I could go to Boostmobile.com and sign in and make the changes there. But to do it before my next due date. My due date is today. I went into my acct yesterday & switched to ************ plan to the $25.plan. It didn't change anything right away di I thought it need to process. I checked it at 3pm & thr plan went through but my payment amount to be taken out in 6 hours was still $50! So I called cust serv several time's& spoke to 7 reps all w/different answes. The last 2 told me I have to wait for it to got through. I changed yesterday & no one could answer. Also, a rep.took me off.of autopay bc it had to come off for it to go through! I didnt know he did that until I alled back. Now the $25 plan wont go through! I'm stuck paying $50! I was switching to the $50 plan to add my daughter bc she needs a phone.
