Boost recently forcefully migrated my family plan to "new" multiline plan. The only "new" on this plan is smaller amount of hotspot data - it is 12Gb instead of 30Gb my family plan had before. I was customer of ********************** for long time and was with Virgin Mobile before it was acquired by Boost. I was trying to check with Boost support if that maybe a mistake - but not it is what new plan for me will looks like.I am seriously considering to move all my cell services to T-Mobile now - Boost seems also has troubles with all systems, it barely operational and sometimes their app also not working. It is such a shame to what Boost turned into.

They are the worst cell phone company ever they advertise UNLIMITED plans but yet they put a limit/cap to how much high speed data you can use per month.

I usually make a payment with a gift card but last month I paid with my card for the first time in years with no problem. This time I made a payment and it gave the option to save my card and enroll in autopay which I deselected. Once I submitted the payment I got a text saying they enrolled in autopay anyway without my permission. I tried to remove my card from being saved and had to call customer service. They said that they had to have a card on file which I've never done before and have never received a notification of this. If I never used a credit card in the past and can still pay by gift card, why is there a need to have a card on file? When I asked for a supervisor, none was available. This must be a known problem because I was able to unenroll in autopay using the automated system but I was not able to remove my card. I had to still ask for a representative to find out THEY WON'T REMOVE MY CARD AND WON'T LET YOU SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF THE OPTION WAS AVAILABLE.

Horrible customer service. They refuse to let you talk to supervisor. They "updated" my phone and it hasn't worked correctly since that day. I got a message saying I wasn't on plan anymore after paying the monthly fee three days before.

I have had boost mobile for several years. Never a problem until the last three months. Dish Network owns Boost now. They say their systems have been hacked since February. No one can get into their online account. They want you to download a new Boost One App. The App is no good. It has alot of reviews mostly bad ratings. Saying they can't get into their account with the new Boost one app. This is so frustrating. When you can't get into your account to see your bill or to pay your bill is pretty bad. No reason for this to be still going on. All I keep getting when I call Boost is you have to download the new app. But the new app doesn't work. I hope somebody can get this mess straighten out. Boost isn't interested in getting it fixed.

I was a happy Republic Wireless customer for 7 years. Several months ago, the telephone service became terrible--calls cutting out constantly and people could not hear me even though nothing else had changed on my end. I finally got sick of people not being able to hear me, so I opened an account with another carrier and they submitted a request to Republic Wireless to transfer my number to the new carrier. Instead, without my authorization and without contacting me to confirm, Republic abruptly cancelled my service and transferred my number to a totally different carrier that I had never even heard of before. Once I found out about this, I contacted Republic Wireless and the agent told me that they would contact the third party carrier that they had erroneously transferred my number to and get my number back. I was to call back in 48 hours. When I called back, I was told that no action had been taken, no ticket was open and that they could not put me in touch with anyone else at Republic that could help. Finally, after I ranted and raved, the agent agreed to open a ticket and asked me to call back in 3 days. I am not at all hopeful--it seems Republic's strategy is to just ignore you and hope that you will go away. I will not go away because that number is tied to so many accounts that it is not a simple matter of just texting some friends and family and giving them a new number. There is a major cost in terms of my time to create new security profiles with every web site and account that use my old number for two-factor authentication, and I have significant concerns that a fraud could be perpetuated by someone who wrongfully obtained my number.
