      This used to be a good company, but now they just don't care. Virtually no meaningful customer service here. Just empty promises, delays, and excuses. Go somewhere else.

      Been a Republic Wireless member for 7 years. Liked the service, liked the product and App Then taken over by Dish Network. Disastrous. Continued paying, but towards the end of June my cell service was cut off with absolutely no warning whatsoever, stranding me at the airport. I know their carrier halted CDMA but my phone was a GSM Pixel 4a Tried calling their customer service and using their web chat line multiple times but have never encountered a more badly trained group of people anywhere, ever. None even attempted to listen to or resolve my complaint, just kept reading from a script. The only difference between them and a chatbot was that I had to wait ***** minutes to connect.Now cancelled and switched to another operator at half the price for identical service on same carrier plus international calls on WiFi

      Republic wireless was great until DISH got ahold of it. Do yourself a favor and find another cheap carrier . After 8 years my recent experience was so bad,I had to cancel. Hoping *********** wii do the job.

      Brought phone online, returned it due to wrong color. Boost received the return never refunded my money.

      I was a customer for years and recently left due to problems with customer service for **********************. I purchased a galaxy a13 5g and had problems two months later. They tried to push me towards their warranty option which I would have to pay more money for. After I complained about that situation, then they told me about ******* warranty. That amoung a few other bad experiences I left. I called trying to get my phone unlocked. They told me the wouldn't because the phone had not been activated for 12 months. I could continue with them for another 10 months then have my phone unlocked but wouldn't unless I did. I paid for the phone and had been a long time customer and their response I'd to hold my phone ******. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

      Boost mobile is a horrible phone service. I have come to find that Boost mobile is hiding the payment history of customers. Boost mobile is stealing money from me and have forced me to pay double in my payments a month. I have contacted several reps from Boost mobile to see if this situation could be resolved. Has not happened. Three reps from Boost mobile have waived my payments due to the face, I had already paid for the month and had extra left over to cover my next month(s) ****(s). However, Boost mobile has taken my money for years and I wasn't aware, until I had started going online to check my account information. Everything shows up online except the payment history. That allows Boost mobile to not only take my money, but other customer's money as well. THIS IS A HORRIBLE PHONE SERVICE!!!!

      On April 8,2002 I paid $103.00 for 12 months. Yesterday it stopped working after 2 months.They told me that they have upgraded to 5G and my 4G phone will not work anymore that I need to buy another phone. I told him no my phone has two SIM cards one for my business and one for personal. I told him that I want my money back. The guy just hung up on me. So I went to there store and talk to the salesperson about my problem and she told me that she was sorry but she cannot do anything about it that I would need to call their home office. I called again and told the her my problem and she hung up on me.

      BEWARE!! I canceled my order on the same day I paid over the phone and was talking an agent in somewhere ********* and she said she will send a confirmation email. I believed what she said, but guess what. I'm still fighting with them to get my money, $103.26 back for over 3 months now. She did NOT cancel on purpose and NEVER sent a confirmation email and whenever I ask them, they just keep sending me a new sim card!I got other mobile service provider on the same day so there's no need to keep two services on my phone. They refuse the refund. This company is just a scammer!!

      I called Friday to get my phones unlocked after telling me it would take 2 days to do it wait 2 days nothing call back they tell me it's unlocked come to find out its not and they want me to wait two more days.....on top off s***** service and changing extra just to pay in store they cut my phone off every month two days early which doesn't get service most days anyway at this point SAVE YOUR MONEY BOOST MOBILE DEFINITELY NOT WORTH TIME OR MONEY JUST MONEY HUNGRY LIARS
