I have had nothing but issues since I had to submit a phone for an insurance claim. I paid $50 for a used phone, I could not get it to work, they tried to get me to purchase another SIM card because their service changed. I had to argue with them and wait over an hour in the store to get it resolved. Then my daughter broke her phone again and I had to submit another claim. I paid the $50 and after two days of receiving the phone it stopped working. I called the ***************** and was told they couldn't help me because after two claims my insurance is cancelled with Boost. I explained it stopped working and I was told I only had 24 hours to report it. I was sent to deal with ******* directly and they couldn't help because the phone was too old. I have been attempting to contact to cancel my plan and get my money back for two month now. During this time I was charged for another month of service for a phone that doesn't work! And that is the short version of my story!

Services purchased we're not provided. Refund was refused. My phone stopped working 5 months before my prepaid service just stopped. I was told that the only way I would get service back was to buy another month of service as a forced upgrade, to also buy a new phone, and the 5 months service I already paid for would be now worth just over 3 months of service. They cut off my phone service, but the only way to get ahold of them was by phone or FB, where they could not connect me to a manager. I'm heartbroken that dealing with RW by Dish ifeels like an extortion racket. I only wanted the services paid for without having to pay more. BBB complaint was not met with any reasonable solutions.

On 6/12/22 I ordered a Boost Mobile ATT BYOD *** Kit for Web/care and the *** card arrive within a week, but didn't work. Boost Mobile said the it wasn't the right *** and would send another one but have been a week and they haven't. It may eventually resolve but they are very slow and difficult to communicate with. Their phone tree is very complicated.

If I can give 0 stars I would. Boost mobile charges you for a full month of service when you don't get to use a full month of service. Their service lags. You will lose connection for hours and the only thing boost mobile can do is offer an apology. But will make sure they turn your phone off when your **** is due.

I purchased a sim on May 31. The following day, Boost Mobile sent me a shipment confirmation email without tracking information. Two weeks passed, but it never arrived. I called BM, and talked to several agents. The last one (claimed to be a supervisor) guaranteed me to receive it within 3-4 days. He also gave me a claim number and promised to send me a confirmation email. As I suspected, it didn't happen. I called BM again and realized the claim number was useless since I had to explain to each agent every time they transferred me to different departments. During the process, two agents (supposed to be supervisors) hung up on me. The third one gave me another claim number. He sounded sincere, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but again he failed. Boost Mobile is SCAM. They shouldn't stay in business.

Republic first had a change to 5G notifying me at the beginning of June, which I understand, however this must be completed by June 30th because our phones will completely shut off and they don't work now. I must have a phone for my summer teaching position. I ordered phones which include sim card, June 4th after the notification of the change. Order went through my credit company with no hassle, then within a day the order was canceled by Republic Wireless. No phones or sim cards being sent. I saw this because I was doing a regular check of my credit card. My card company said the order was accepted and complete. I call Republic they don't know what happened. So we set up a reorder in which Republic said we already had sim cards. We didn't receive anything. Then we tried to reorder. We couldn't because the first order blocked out a reorder and needed to wait a day. I called a day and a half and called again, explaining everything again and trying to reorder, same problem and to call back in 48 hours. I received a message to contact a certain person who was given my case and they would help. I called couldn't get this person, because Republic said they don't have the capability to connect with a particular person. So I went through the same issue again. The person said we can't make a reorder, because it is blocked. We are now two weeks into June. I called the next day and a different service personnel was having problems, so she said let's set up a new account. We did two phones were sent and received 7 days later. I began to set up the two phones only one sim card was with the package, so I called and stated the problem and indicated my unhappiness that we cannot complete setting up our phones because we didn't have two ****. The service asked for the sim card ICC number. The card was not correct. We have two unusable phones and we are unable to use our old phones except to call Republic. This new person sending two correct **** hopefully.

The liars that work for them is what's bothering me . I was told the kns was great and better then other companies and I'm paying **************************** brand new NOt the 50 I was quoted. When I had upgraded originally and bought a new 5g I made calls that showed as **** [*****. I'm female and no Hispanic origin.I guess it works we all believed the lies but now one jobs gona pay for s new phone. My grandkids got stuck in a rip current and I would still drown my phone gathering them up. Its just a shame I finally use insurance and its costing me more then if I switched phone carriers so eventually they'll lose business but rhey won't care anyway

Ordered a phone through customer service, canceled the next day since I found it same price in store, never received the refund, contacted customer service about the refund and got misinformation from multiple reps, even told refund was sent to bank which was a blatant lie as my bank confirmed nothing was sent, after that I spoke to a supervisor which gave me another different answer and when I asked for corporate contact info they hung up on me and never contacted me bank. After that I had no choice to call my bank to resolve the issue. I have a lot of patience and that went all out the window when boost mobile decided to lie to their customer.
