I received a notice in the mail 4 months later saying I owe $87.00. I guess I went over my time that I paid for, just over 10 minutes! This is ridiculous! I am very upset. Why am I receiving this notice so many months later?! I also tried paying online and scanning the ** code and it says I do not have a notice. So, it doesnt make sense to me. I had to call; there were 40 callers ahead of me. So I just had them call me back, and they were so rude. Anyway, Im upset! GOODBYE!

Would give 0 stars if I could for this absolutely predatory company. We park in one of their lots for work everyday and pay for the full time, everyday. This week we got 10 different notices in the mail (all at once) for $104 each because we are anywhere from 3 to 10 minutes passed our time leaving each afternoon. The letters threaten to send us to collections or boot our car. We will NEVER park in any lot associated with this company again and ensure my entire company does the same. Currently, my whole office parks there and after hearing about this they have all sworn to park elsewhere.

I received a $92 ticket. I made several attempts to pay the meter using different credit cards, and each time the machine showed an error message. I even recorded a video as evidence. The machine also refused to accept coins. I disputed the ticket, and they offered to reduce the fine by $20, which acknowledges there was an issue. Since there's no clear indication that parking is prohibited when the meter malfunctions, how to do proposes it is okay to charge a fee?

On Monday, March 3, 2025, a friend and I called Parking Revenue Recovery Services because I was trying to use my debit card to help him pay a $99 parking ticket he received in ******. We spoke on the phone with a customer service representative named *****, and I explained that the online payment method was rejecting my card information even though I had sufficient funds. When I mentioned that my apartment number, *****, had a dash between the building and the apartment, he told me to not use dashes. When I tried to ask how I should write the number in without dashes and explained that the system might see it as incorrect, ***** became all condescending with me on the phone and talking to me like I didnt know my own address or something. After I told him it wasnt my fault that their system wouldnt allow me to type in my actual address, ***** **** up on me. I then sent my friend $110 through Cash App, and he was able to pay the ticket with his own debit card. I called back to speak to a supervisor about Tommys behavior, and the supervisor was immediately dismissive. After listening to a recording of the call with *****, she wouldnt even let me get a word in edgewise to explain my perspective. I would advise never parking in any of this companys lots. Their customer service team on the phone is incredibly rude and condescending.

Absolute predatory company. Was issued a $97 parking ticket for leaving a lot 8 minutes after my time had expired. I was sitting in my car, mapping how to get home. These people are the absolute scum of the earth.

I am a Turo host located in ****** who gets PRRS notices on behalf of guests an at least a quarterly basis per vehicle that fall afoul of PRRS-managed lots. Several have been the ********** Hotel-affiliated lot in the **** neighborhood. The latest was a guest in *****************, who exceeded the 10-minute ***** period for the ski parking lot between when the vehicle entered and when they paid in full, for their parking session. It is not un-reasonable to assume that it may take more than 10 minutes to find a spot in a crowded ski parking lot, unpack gear and get dressed before able to find a payment kiosk. The camera-based, automated parking enforcement technology that this company uses does not account for delays, confusion, poor signage etc. Usage of this technology is primarily for increased revenue, and not improved customer service. Beware of any ********************** lot using this technology, and be vigilant for the small print on signage to avoid falling victim to extra fees. To be fair, some drivers do not pay attention and park illegally. But in my experience the majority of notices are from drivers who either did not understand the signage or paid the requested fees in full, but either took "too long" to exit or waiting too long to make the payment. This latest citation was dismissed after calling customer service, but the issues remain, and I would strongly encourage any business owners to avoid contracting with this company for their parking services.

I prepaid for two hours parking. The total was $12.99. I was about 20 minutes late in leaving the lot. I received a notice in the mail for a late fee of $87. The late rate was about 30 times the normal rate. Called the number provided on the notice, to no avail. Clearly a scam. How does the city and state allow scammers like this to operate?

Parking Revenue Recovery Services sent me a ticket for $82 for remaining in the parking lot for a few minutes past the hour. The cost to park was $24 so this charge is a complete rip off. I am not disputing the time that I left the lot, as there are cameras, but the large bill is ridiculous in comparison to the price to park. When I called to dispute this big bill, I was told if I did not pay the fine, it would be sent to collections. There was no appeal process and the manager told me the bill could have been as high as $150 so I should be happy with the lesser charge for not purchasing an additional hour. ***** this company and do not park in their lots.

I paid to park for 2 hours, but stayed about 15 min over. Received a notice for an $87 fine (10x the hourly rate). I tried to dispute (because I had already paid to park) and was offered a reduction in price to $67. Absolutely predatory and insane.

The ******** of this company to not only call at 7:30 in the morning (when legally they cant call until 8 AM). Then to tell me because I was 28 minutes past my time for the car to be moved they want $87. Yeah no. I was wiping my car off from snow and it took that long because it was that freaking cold outside! I am happy to pay the cost from the kiosks for an hour. But I refuse to pay this much money to freaking Parking companies. You all get enough money as it is. If I hadnt wiped off my car and just left and immediately got on an accident would you be paying me for damages? Probably not. The phone *** thought he was funny when I said Im not paying that much to park for 28 minutes. That he thought lets offer her $67 dollar fee instead. He knew that was not even an offer I would take so why the heck he thought that was appropriate to even offer was beyond me. I ended up hanging up on him because that was such an unprofessional thing to do. Filed my dispute online and will NEVER park here again. Conscience of not. Ill walk
