      Parking Revenue Recovery Services, Inc is a scam company and is looking to take money from the public. I did park at the location. No one was there to check vehicles in or out. No sign was posted to say you could not park here. There was no meter or ticket dispenser. The place was in our school campus, and I have our campus parking permit. However, at Jaunary 20, the martin luther king Jr day, the day of Doland Trump inauguration, and it was freezing cold. It was my first time parked near my friend's appartment for about 2 hours. Then they chareged me $92 dollars. If I knew that was a charging space, I would never parked there, and would park at the school's garage, which is about 100 meters away. I even do not know what this parking company is supposed to do. They just seduce you to pay money.

      This company will say you are in violation in their rules, but you will never get a physical ticket, never a mailed ticket, your first notice will be when a debt collector comes after you. This place is an absolute horror, they have no way to contact, no customer service, and lie about their address online. An absolute scam - do not use their lots.

      I parked for 1 hour without knowing that it was a private property parking, they sent me a bill for $87 and a picture of my car. I was not indication or a person in charge of the parking

      Predatory business practices ALERT! I parked and paid for 2 hours in ****** at an hourly rate of $11. The app did not allow me to adjust the time after initiation and I was 8 minutes late to my car. I received a "ticket" for $87. Absolutely unacceptable and unethical. I will also be reaching out to the landlord and businesses in this building. This will hurt their business long-term.

      We paid to park. We have the receipt. But still received a "Notice of non-compliance." This appears to be a scam and I want to report it as such. We parked in the lot on 12/27/2024 at 9:05 am We received ticket #******** from the machine We still have that receipt

      Notice LAZIND-****** I Received on *******. I am wdting to contest the ILLEGAL PARKING NOTICE FROM Parking Recovery Services,lnc from LAZIND at ****************************************************** at 6:09am. . I received. when I parked at the **********************. All members receive free parking for 3 hours while at the ********** See attached articles with proof,I have been parking there to swim at the * many mornings .( document enclosed and we have 3 hour free parking).Document show I swam there manymorning in September with no notice until I received this one day ticket from an attorney from **********, ******** indicating that payment was required, nor was there no citation in the *MCA parking lot.Both gates were open as always. I have been swimming there since 2019 and HAVE BEEN lndlanapolis Member SINCE ******* attempts to contact customer support resulted in an automated email denying my dispute without any reason Attached.I sent PDF and the days I swam there in September and I responded to the ************************* came a few DA*S ago said I was denied . My phone calls went unanswered for extended periods, and when I finally spoke to a representative, their response was unhelpful.Additionally, I have read articles about a settlement with the Colorado Attorney General regarding illegal charges and fines imposed on numerous consumers, indicating a pattern of these practices on old seniors like me( 79yrs old)

      This company is charging outrageous fees for errors with their parking apps. I paid to park in one of their lots, which was a $14 tee. My parking expired and the app wouldnt allow me to extend. I was in the lot for ***************************************************** $87.

      I went into this lot to look at directions on my phone and left. A week later I get a bill for $110 claiming its a private lot. I drove back to the lot and took a picture of the sign where no where on the sign does it state its private it states any rules. It is a public use lot. I looked up this company and they have owed fines due to being investigated by the attorney general and they are all over the news for scamming people. I will not pay $110 for checking my phone in a lot. I would encourage everyone to go file a complain on the attorney generals website as they are watching and about to take them to court again. Notice number FPDEN-******

      This company is a scammer. I parked at the ********************** and overstayed by an hour plus. My fault. They sent me a bill for $92.$92.00!!!!That is ridiculous, rivaling the usurious rates charged to poor people for credit card late payments. I would be more amenable to settling this issue, but I tried to call three times and I was 37th in line (waited for more than 25 minutes), 26th in line, and 30th in line. I tried to Email at https:****************************** and the Email address was rejected. I tried to Email their website, and again the address was rejected. I tried the appeal form on line but the code to complete the transaction was rejected three times.I simply refuse to pay. I canceled my membership at the **********************, and I am not going to renew my membership at the **************** or the Zoo--I think you are responsible for collection for them as well.I do not wish to be nasty or combative, but I tried to call and you have made that difficult.*** *******

      Absolute scam. Paid for 2 hours of parking and went over by not even an hour. They sent a bill for over 4x the original payment as a fee for the overage time. This is highway robbery.
