ZERO STARS!!! I received a notice with an $82 fine stating my vehicle was illegally parked. My son was picking up a friend not parking just picking someone up so they could go out. I don't feel $82 is warranted for picking someone up which I did send an email discussing this with them. They told me $62 is the best they could do....again my son was there to pick up a friend and didn't even get out of the vehicle. If he had parked there overnight I could understand but not for just picking up a friend. Seems to me parking lot owners / this company are just trying to make money off of people and it looks like the ********* them get away with these ridiculous charges.

If I could add no stars, that is what I would do. My son lives in ****** and attends **. He parked and paid for parking on ************ through their text service. He later received a citation for paying after the grace ****** for an additional charge of $87! He has proof of payment, yet the customer service of this organization denied any wrongdoing. They later sent a $40 fee charge saying they would forgive the other amount. I contacted them by email and over the phone. This is a scam of a business and must be investigated. We received in the mail this week a form letter made to look like we would be turned over for legal recovery of their bogus charge. I am furious!

We attended a concert at ********** on October 11 and used Parkwhiz for our parking. We paid our $25 and was given a voucher with an address on Market street. We are rural folks so we input the address on ****** and drove into ******. Upon arriving at our destination (as ****** put it) we parked in the lot that had all of the descriptions included in our voucher. About 5 days after the concert, we received a ticket ($82 + convenience fee of $5) from Parking Revenue Recovery Services, **** I spoke to a young man named ***** at Parkwhiz. Sent him a photo of the ticket and a scanned copy of the same ticket and sent that to him as well. He said that his "team" would be looking into it. The following Monday, I contacted ***** again and was sent an e-mail from ******** saying "You parked in the wrong lot. You are responsible for the ticket". I believe this is a scam. I think that ******** is actually Parking Revenue Recovery Services and they work hand-in-hand to bilk money from unsuspecting victims. I want to warn anyone thinking about using Parkwhiz. You will end up paying a LOT more that you bargained for.

Scam alert!I parked at ABM parking located on ********., ********** on 9/25/22. I paid $15 on my credit card in the Kiosk. I placed the ticket in my window. Two weeks later, I received a letter from PRRS, stating that I did not pay. The picture that they included of my license plate was a front view of my car. The balance due was $82.00. Assuming it was simply a mistake, I sent the company a copy of the Paid receipt from my credit card, confirming the parking lot, address, and payment. Within another 2 weeks, I received a 2nd notice indicating that their office had read my appeal. Then, and I quote, "At the time the notice was issued, the automated license plate recognition system, was unable to verify prepayment for parking for this vehicle. " (I have returned to this ABM lot and taken pictures. There is an overhead camera that would have been directly over my car in the lot. Certainly not capable of taking a picture of the front of my car license plate. There were no other cameras on the lot.) *********** also stated, and I quote, "the receipt provided is valid for a different parking lot, not associated with parking at PCA parking. " (What? I parked at ABM parking and the receipt verifies this.) *********** is now willing to settle the notice for $40. I have called the company at the number provided, but I receive no response. MK

I parked in a parking lot, paid the electronic meter for the time my car was there. Had my ticket on the dashboard the entire time my car was there. Received a notice in the mail several weeks later from this company stating that I didn't pay for parking while I was there. I emailed the email address provided and they requested my credit card statement showing them that I had paid. I guess I have to pay and then later prove that I paid, just to not be further harassed and charged an additional, ridiculous amount. Why are they making this my problem? Review your own records before messing with your customers. I received no response and they sent this unwarranted fee to a debt collector. This company and process is extremely corrupt.

Parked in a lot and paid for 3 hours, cost was $6. Tried to add more time but machine was down so we ended up being ***** min over the initial 3 hours. Was sent a bill for $72 dollars; that's like a ****% markup...Called phone number and sat on hold forever. Finally was able to leave a voicemail. That was 5 days ago and we haven't heard back. Sending email today. This is worse than a scam, it's shake down.

I received a bill from this company stating that my vehicle was parked on private property and was in breach of posted rules. I was out of town on that day and asked my son. He showed me his bank account where he paid this company to park yet they are trying to milk him for more! Disgusting. He said he followed the instructions and paid and has proof of it yet they still send me a parking notice for $87. I have sent them proof that parking was paid.

The threats that accompany their Parking Notice are excessive and offensive. Threatening people with towing booting, and/or referral to a debt collector are just plain obnoxious.

I googled free parking in ******, i pulled into a parking lot next to the ***************. Suppose to be free, but still received a ticket in the amount of $87. No explanation was given to me on the ticket. I was informed by not paying it will go on !y credit report, and they would tow my car.I can not believe this company is still in business. I know people get scared and pay those tremendously high tickets. It truly is a shame.

This should be illegal. I received a threatening letter saying I owed $82. The Tag number is not mine, The car is not mine, and on the date on the citation I was 20 miles away at work. How can you get my name and address from a License Plate that I do not own??What about my rights!!! What about my lost wages for the time I have to fight this charge. If I do not pay then I will be turned over to a collection service. Maybe they should have a phone number that you can talk to a person!!!
