PRRS is a licensed collection agency in the ***************** and we maintain a B rating with the BBB. Any violation amount is not determined by our office but by the owner/operator of the parking lot. All of our lots have pay stations and/or app or QR codes to enable each ****** to pay for their parking session. All lots also have excellent signage. Your email should not have been rejected. Please feel free to call the phone number on your notice.

I am not sure what the deal with this company is, I parked at ***************************************************** which is a paid parking lot, I was charged $15 by the parking lot staff directing people on where to park.Yesterday I got a parking notice from this company to pay $87.I don't know if its a scam, I don't know who is PRRS.All I know is that I don't owe the parking lot any amount because I paid when I parked and they even gave me a paper to put on my dash...

These people are LEACHES. How dare you attempt to charge me an $82 dollar fee when I already paid for parking. You send a letter saying that "Payment was made after grace ******* when there was no grace ****** or any stipulation posted! I will never pay you this fee and If it's convenient I will still continue to use the lot(s) and pay accordingly and if my car is booted, towed or touched in any way by this company you WILL be ***d. The worst part of this poorly presented threatening letter is that the pictures that you sent me only show my vehicle leaving the lot and not parked. If we go to court this will be easy for me and I will also *** for any fees associated with the court appearance (filing fees, gas, lost wages, etc.). How about you guys attempt to run an ethical business and post all stipulations to using your lot(s).

All of our parking lots have excellent signage. there are bright red signs with white writing on all of our pay stations stating there is a grace ****** where you need to pay for your parking session or you could be ticketed. You parked your vehicle on a private parking lot and in doing so you are required to read all posted signage and follow all posted rules.

They say that their signs indicate a grace ****** but that is a lie. I still have a picture of the sign in my phone and nowhere does it state a grace ******. The ONLY potential penalty on the sign reads NO FREE PARKING AT ANYTIME VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED. I wish i could post the picture you liars. Ill find a way, dont worry.

This company is a piece of work. I haven't parked in a downtown open-air parking-lot in years. I recently unfortunately parked in one of their lots, got out, walked to the parking work station, entered my card, made my selection, THEN, I had to take a picture of a QR code off of a beat-up, paint-pealing sign, go to some site, enter some stuff, only to discover that you can't manually enter your credit card info (which I've already done at the kiosk, in case you forgot). The site wanted a prefill from the phone. Had to add the credit card info so that it could appear in a drop-down. Terrible experience. Pretty sure all of that took a little more than 10 minutes, which they should have just deducted from the selected time-range, if they wanted to be picky about it. I think it's fair for the company to get paid for the time my vehicle sits in their parking-lot, so they consider that time it took for me to pay my bill part of my TOTAL time. Instead, they chose the sucker-punch route with a $87 fee. I will never use one of their lots again. No human to talk to, of course. Will they reasonably respond to the emailed dispute? Who knows??

This company is an absolute scam. I am a student and there's a parking lot right across from my school in downtown ******. Some of ** sit in our cars before class if we make it there early. I have never seen a sign that says there's a ***** ******* Only signs I see are of where to text, to pay. I just got a letter from a law firm about a $80 fine for paying after the ***** ******* Some day I didn't pay at all and that's on me. But the crazy thing is I haven't been receiving bills from them until my husbands dad just brought us this one from the law firm. Apparently he's been receiving the bills but thought they were a scam, which they are. I have never seen a sign saying there's a ***** ****** and they have at least 5 of the little signs telling you how to pay. My father in law trashed them so I don't even know how many I have. I'm sure it's plenty because most of us sit in this parking lot on Monday's and Friday's before class. How terrible of this company to scam us students like this.

First of all, we are not a scam. If you parked in one of our parking lots, every one has at least one sign stating there is a grace ******* We also have signage everywhere stating there is no free parking at any time. In our process you would have only received up to two letter from our office unless you have parked more than one day and didn't pay. Our communication is sent to whomever is the registered owner of the vehicle and probably, you are not that if your father in law is receiving our letters. Please stay off our client's lot if you aren't going to pay for services.

It obvious that you have no class and are absolutely a scam artist just by how you wrote your reply. But FIRST OF ALL, I never stated that your parking was free and I clearly stated that on days that I forgot to pay that was on me. NOW, like I said I have never seen a sign that says there a grace ****** and neither have any of my other class mates after discussing it with them who have also received you Scam bills. SECOND OF ALL, you are correct my I am not the owner, my husband is and because he has the same name as my father in law, I guess you idiots just chose any of the name. THIRD OF ALL, I will go on that lot any day I chose.

I parked in a frequented parking lot, where weekends are always free. Upon returning to my vehicle I had a $60 fine. Tried to call, nobody available. Looked online and pictures of my vehicle are posted everywhere, front back, sides.... thought this was kind of odd. Decided to email them since I know this lot is 100% free. They responded "no private lot payment is requires ASAP ***". So, I checked with parking enforcement as well as our local police department and they said it is 100% a scam. I emailed "***" back and let her know this is totally fraud & she might want to try spell checking her emails next time to make it a little more believable.

We are not a scam. None of the parking lots we work with provide free parking at any time. You parked in a private parking lot, it is not related to the city or local police *****

Ridiculous company! Gave me only two options, 1 hour or all day and I was there for a lunch meeting. Selected one hour hoping I would be offered the ability to extend if needed, I wasn't. Lunch lasted 1 hour and 20 minutes, came out looking to see if I could pay the overage, I couldn't. 1 week later I get a $82 "parking revenue recovery services" notification. They purposefully don't give options between 1 hour and 24 hours so that they can send out parking notices and get revenue there (probably their largest source of revenue seeing all the other angry reviews). They gauge people - horrible company. I would give a negative rating if I could.

You were presented the options for parking to park and if they weren't to your satisfaction, you should have left the parking lot and found somewhere else to park.

Today August 13, 2022 I also received a notice that I owed $80 for a parking violation. I have never parked downtown ******. The only time I have parked in a pay lot was months ago in Littleton and I used my card info and license plate number to pay the $5 fee. It appears old ***** boy is still at it. I do not plan to respond to this notice as it is indeed a scam. They payment is documented on my bank statement. Don't fall for this predator tactic. When you ****** the name Daniel B Kelley his firm looks legit but it is not.

Anybody else reading this, did you guys pay the fine in the notice you guys got in the mail? I dont know if to even pay it because I paid when I got there and had all the same issues as everybody else and wasnt even there for half hour and I still got a notice saying no payment trying to charge me $82 like WHY?! I just want to know if anything happens for not paying that because it seems like a total scam.

I am very disappointed in this company, I feel like they are only out seeking extra money. I received a notice in the mail dated 07/08/22, I parked in their lot 07/04/22 and thought for sure this was a mistake. I call and was told I do in fact owe $85.00 and if I do not agree with this I need to email an appeal online. I sent the email to them 07/14/22 and advised that I had paid the $10 the day I parked, I finally got a response back advising me that I can pay $40 if paid within a few days. I responding advising that I had no idea why I was being charged. I finally had to call into the line listed on my notice where I was advised I waited more than 10 mins to make this payment. I am very disturbed by this issue as they have people waiting in line to pay and there is no way people can always pay within 10 mins and probably are charging people an extra $85 every time. I made the payment within 16 mins and never walked off the lot prior to paying. This sounds like a huge scam and being I paid the fee it asked for I do not believe I should have to pay an extra $85. I noticed others are also complaining on here for this same reason. I have my receipt, I sent it to them. I have not heard back from them at all anymore. I went back to the parking lot downtown near the civic center and nowhere does it say you would be fined should you not pay in 10 mins, that needs to be listed much more clear and something needs to be done of this. I have emailed two more times with no response, it's passed the 14 days and today I called the phone line and no one answered. Please help, this needs to be investigated or if I need to do something more I'd like to know what that should be. Thank you, ******

The posted signage on this parking lot states each ****** is given a 10 minute grace ****** to pay for their parking session. We actually give 15 minutes. This requirement is stated on red signs with white writing on each parking lot. There is no scam, you entered private property and are required to read *********** all pay and follow all the rules of the parking lot.
