      The OnTech Smart Services was recomended to me by a very capable Dish Network technician to address audio-visual issues I had from poor service I had received from another installation vendor. On 1/19/2025, the OnTech Smart Services technician provided absolutely the best service I could have hoped for. He was punctual and very knowledgeable, I requested OnTech to send this same technician to return and install the components I ordered on his recommendation. However, the first technician was not available, so a different OnTech technician returned on 2/15/2025 to install them. This technician was a clone of the first: punctual, knowledgeable, and dove right in to complete the installation. Outstanding service from OnTech Smart Services!

      My experience with them was excellent! I had no issues with work done, nor with the Tech they sent to do it. Very professional company! Very good at communication also. ******* was my tech and knew his stuff very well. He answered all my questions, took his time going over my security system with me from start to finish!

      OnTech did a fabulous job. Their employer, ********, was also excellent. He was very attentive to details, professional, and respectful. He explained what we would be doing step by step and how to use the system. I highly recommend *******, who is an excellent asset to the company.

      I had two SimpliSafe cameras and 1 solar panel fall done that was installed by OnTech. SimpliSafe will only honor faulty parts, and their "3rd party" installer OnTech will charge me because it is past 60 days. Like I told the ***, I had a lot of work done around my house and I have not seen installed items hat are 18 months old just falling from my house other than the OnTech installed SimpliSafe products. Neither company will take ownership of trying to correct the problem without asking for more money. I had other security systems in the past and their equipment and installs did not have these types of problems after many years of use by the competitor products and services. The people are nice that work there, but I need the companies to stand behind their products and services.

      Excellent and timely service. Technician was cordial, knowledgeable and professional. Explained how to use the system being installed in an understandable manner and was careful not to soil our carpet on a day when there was salt, snow and ice at our door. Thanks!
