      The tech did a great job but the company quoted me a price and then the day of installation I had to pay 130 more. They hadnt added on 2 cameras in the original price. Beware!

      We had a great experience with OnTech for our smart lock installation. Everything went well, from scheduling through the install and app setup process. Our installer, ******, was great! Would definitely use OnTech again.

      OnTech did a fabulous job installing our new electric Mantle Mount bracket above the fireplace mantle for our tv. It looks great and works great. We couldnt be happier.

      Very professional and they did a GREAT job installing our security system. They have an employee named ******* who was extremely professional and respectful. They were ontime and did a great job installing our system. I cannot recommend this company enough. So often I worry about someone coming into my home and this guy was great and worked very hard even in the pouring rain to install cameras and he knew what he was doing and that was quite obvious from what a great job he did.

      December 9, 2024. I recently purchased a SimpliSafe alarm system for my home both inside and outside. Two outdoor cameras and two doorbell cameras. Along with numerous sensors and smoke and ** detectors. All items were installed by OnTech technician Waldo. He did an excellent job with the equipment installation. Not only installing it correctly but explaining how to use the system. And it was completed at a very fair cost. I highly recommend both Waldo and OnTech.

      ******* from OnTech arrived on time to install a SimpliSafe security system. He reviewed my plan for the installation locations and sensor selections and convinced me of the merits of different locations and sensor selections. I feel that his input was valuable and that the final system will better serve my needs. ******* was professional yet pleasant to work with. He recognized my concerns and made sure that we fully understood his answers to our questions.
