      We had our SimpliSafe system installed on Friday. We were very happy with the technician. He was very respectful of us and our home. Great suggestions on camera locations etc. Unfortunately our WiFi was glitchy so he had a hard time with certain cameras. Suggestion was to add a mesh system, no pressure to buy, just a recommendation. I have heard of such a thing but am not techie so we never pursued one, but boy are we pleased. Helping with our drop spots in our home already. We definitely are pleased with the service received from *****.

      This is the second time I have used On Tech services. Both times I had a different technician. Both were friendly and knowledgeable. The only complaint is that I did have a technician scheduled to come on a certain day in the 10am-12pm window. They called later in the day to say they would be there between 12-1pm. At 1:30 they still had not arrived. Looked online and it said he would be there at 2pm. I had to call and reschedule.

From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free.Ease of Installation:The installation process incredibly easy. He was well-prepared, and completed the installation efficiently. His expertise was evident, and he ensured that everything was set up perfectly.User Guidance:What stood out the most was his dedication to customer service. He patiently walked us through how to use both the app and the actual device, making sure we felt comfortable with all the features and functions. His clear and concise explanations were incredibly helpful.Additional Tips:As an added bonus, he shared valuable tips about our HVAC system, which were insightful and much appreciated. His advice has already proven beneficial in optimizing our homes comfort and efficiency.Overall, I highly recommend for anyone needing a ****** Nest installation. His professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service made the experience enjoyable and informative.

      The technician called and asked if he could arrange an earlier SimpliSafe video doorbell appointment. I agreed, and he promptly arrived at the new scheduled time. He removed the old video doorbell, installed the new video doorbell, and configured it to my home wife in less than 15 minutes. The technician was very knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I highly recommend OnTech Smart Services for any audio-visual installation needs. AAA +++

      I had the greatest experience!!! My technician, *****, shared options and showed me best products. We purchased and he installed. He was so professional during the process. Everything was very timely.
