    I closed my Sling account on 2/22/2025. I realized on 7/12/2025.Sling continued to bill my bank account. I've tried calling the company. There is no customer contact number available. I went through their website and used the customer chat. At first the Customer *** stated ********************** hasn't billed me. i supplied the banking information. Then the *** told me to contact my bank. He would not address the billing situation and made to effort to resolve the issue

    I signed up and after finding out they did not give me access to the the channel I wanted to watch (even though they listed it) I canceled within hours. They charged my credit card, but refused to refund the full amount. They are only giving a partial refund. Do not use Sling!

    There is no telephone number to contact SLING TV because they ****. Also, even the chat is a fake bot; not live customer service. ********************** is airing vile anti-abortion ads without even providing the organization who is responsible for the ad, which makes one wonder, are their programmers up to shenanigans to horrify viewers randomly or are these vile ads being pushed on customers who irritate them for voicing their discontent with their programming methods? I checked with the network I was watching, ***** doesn't buy anti-abortion ads. They told me that the ad had to be placed by the provider, which in this case, was SLING TV. Like I said, they are abhorrent.

    Signed up for service and could never access it even though we've had it and used it in the past. **************** was unable to provide a resolution for the issue. We requested a refund. It was refused. Instead we were advised to cancel future service and use the service for the remaining billing cycle. But we can not access the service at all. We contacted customer service twice and were given the same answer. Requests for escalation were refused. Request for a live phone call were refused. It is impossible to find a working phone number. Only chat customer service is offered. The chat was discontinued even though I communicated my issue was not resolved.

    We tried the service to look for a service comparable to ********** at a lower price. After trying for a week it was clear the service was considerable substandard. Tried to cancel subscription on the Sling website. Interestingly enough they won't allow you to cancel...they request to you pause instead and "gray out" the cancel button. It forces you to call or chat with their terrible customer service who will not prorate unused days. Stay away from Sling!!!

    Buyers beware you cannot reach them directly but through the app and when they get in contact with you they tell you they don't see what you're saying on their end. Buyer beware sling TV is not the way to go they're not consistent not professional not reliable.

    I recently took advantage of a discounted, limited time, subscription offer from this company. I was seeking access to watch the *** playoffs and their services offered this opportunity. I paid for a combo service which included **** coverage. When I attempted to access the *** playoffs, the channel asked me to subscribe to the combo service at the regular price. To resolve this issue, I went to the website which did not provide a way to contact support by email. It only offered and AI chat bot which only allowed a multiple choice option which did not allow me to address the issue I was dealing with. I went round and round texting to this AI chat bot and got nowhere. The SLING TV website provide no options or choices that allowed me to resolve this issue through customer service. I attempted to find an email to send my complaing/problem directly to support but there is no email support. I wound up spending money for a service that did not provide what was promised to me when I chose the dual option (orange/blue combo) which should have included **** coverage of my local *** team. As far as I am concerned it has been a waste of my money to take advantage of even the discounted trial service because the original intent to use the service did not result in me being able to watch the coverage I originally paid the service for.

    I signed up for orange and blue today on the sling app on my phone. I was charged for a month of service immediately but when I tried to access the content on the app or on my tv it said I didnt have a subscription. I logged out and back in on both platforms and nothing. The only way to communicate is through chat. They offered no help whatsoever. Would not look into anything Im just stuck with paying for something I cant use. I was charged ***** plus tax.
