    Absolutely horrible customer service! We purchased ********************** in a 3-4 step signup online and purchased the blue package that has the *** network. Upon trying to watch our local sports team play it was only playing commercials. We called sling and they told us that there are "random" blackout dates. When we signed up there was no indication of this matter. If we knew we would not have wasted our time. The lady I spoke to said it states it on their website which I stated should be on the signup page. When you sign up for something and there is even the slightest possibility that something on any of those channels could be blacked out it should state that upon sign up. I should not have to go to a separate website to see that. This was an extremely inconvenient waste of time and I ask for my sign up money back.

    Channel fails to load. Shows set to DVR sometimes don't record. Tried to contact the company and got no response. No way to retain customers.

    Cancelled subscription and received email confirmation, but Sling continues to **** us and refuses to refund or acknowledge that they sent email confirmation that our service was cancelled. We pay for subscription we dont have and customer service is no help! ********************** will steal your money by tricking customers! Despite cancellation, if you click on the app, then Sling will automatically turn on the account again and **** you again! What a deceitfully run business! Do not trust!! Shame on you!

    Terrible service. It shuts down and freezes with no help from customer service. They said that they are a prepaid service and they do not have to do refunds. Its like you are paying a service to take your money and do nothing for you. This business should be shut down!
