    I had signed up myself and my mom for Sling but she wasn't using hers so I cancelled it on 2/8/22. We received the cancellation confirmation which took effect for a couple months but then on 5/26 they started charging my CC again. I didn't notice it right away because I still used Sling on my tv. They charged my CC for 5 months and refuse to refund me my money. They stated they would send me an email stating they have removed my CC from their records but that hasn't happened. They are a horrible company to deal with and won't do anything to help you, even when you speak to the manager, ***. Make sure you delete the app from your tv because even if you accidently open the app they will start charging your card again.

    Gift card sham. Buyers beware. Easy to download gift card, but difficult to swallow the bitter pill that is the money is gone, but service not added. Despite logins on numerous occasions, still shows free tv only. In the future, it would be prudent for myself, along with anyone around when the subject comes up, to simply save the money, or get with streaming service with integrity.Thanks for the rip-off Sling! One less future customer here.JM

    Charged on 9/28 for sling orange plus a sports extra package (subscribed to watch college football). On 9/30 espn and sec network were removed from their service with no communication to customers. You have to go to their website to see the issue. Was told I am out of th **** 24 hour refund window, yet they cant provide the service. They refuse to issue a refund after waiting 2 hours to speak to someone because they are a "prepaid service" which apparently means you pay regardless of whether they can actually provide the service. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!

    This is such a fraudulent business. We signed up to watch the Olympics July 2021 and received email confirmation of having signed up for the free offer. We got behind reviewing our credit card purchases in detail so we didnt realize we were paying $36/month for this service we maybe used once 14 months ago. Today I received the first email since signing up. I immediately cancelled. Given the reviews here, now Im worried that Im going to continue to be billed we tried to reach customer service, but of course there is NO OPTION for how to reach someone to discuss or dispute your bill. I havent been scammed in a while. This is a big one. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT SLING TV HAS AN A+ rating when it is so shamelessly deceitful and predatory?!?!

    Sling TV charged us for months of service without notifying us they were activating our account. We were customers a few years ago and considered reactivating our account but given their business practice of charging us when they KNOW we did not use their service will cause us to never use them again. We will also encourage anyone we know to not use them and/or cancel the service if they're current customers. I'm hoping the two hundred dollars they took from us will result in a loss of thousands, (if not tens of thousands) in the future.

    Slingtv has some rude employees when it come to customer service.I was charged $46 for Slingtv I didn’t subscribe too.I was trying to explain this to the supervisor and she was rude as can be and then close the chat as I was typing.She tried telling me I was charged through Amazon Apple Pay no ma’am I was charged on my personal bank account.She told me contact Amazon so I contact Amazon and they have no record of charges on Apple Pay so they tell me contact Slingtv so I contact Slingtv again and again rudely I was told I couldn’t get my $46 back as the supervisor Close the chat.I went back to my personal bank account I was charged again days later $25 for Slingtv.I was back and forth from Slingtv to Amazon and I got no where on refunding my money as I was told Slingtv is prepaid and they don’t do refunds.I just want my $46 + $25 back into my account.I told the supervisor as you can see I haven’t had Slingtv in over a year she proceed to tell me it was charged on a Apple TV I don’t own a Apple TV then another employee said it was charged on a android device I don’t own a android device. She started sending these long messages and closed out the chat why I was typing.Slingtv please refund my money! Thank you!

    i've changed my credit card two times now and they continue to somehow illegally charge my new credit cards with service i dont want. Theres no way to unsubscribe from the service so theres alot of illegal s*** going on behind the curtains in this business.

    I guess Im not the first to complain about how we paid for the sports extras and got every channel they offer but tee cant even watch local games talking about the networks block them but they are making a profit off of their channels that we cant even watch. So definitely a waste of time and money just to watch football.
