    On March 10th, I canceled a reservation through this company. I have called 8 times with the promise of 7-10 business days for the credit to return. One agent told me that she would put in a complaint and I would receive a call back, I have received nothing and it is now May 30th. Booking #********

    At the end of March 2024 I purchased a ticket from Arizona to Michigan. I also purchased the full refund guarantee. I canceled my plans because they never sent the confirmation and eticket and told me the price went up by 500 after the ticket was purchased. I was told to look for the refund in the next 20 days at most. Never got the refund. I have called 3 times and got disconnected twice. I have been told that the billing team is out until the first week of June and to call back at that time. This company is definitely a scam! Travel Reimagined is a scam and will take your money without following through on purchases and refunds.

    On 3/7/24 I went online and ordered plane tickets from a place called Travel Reimagine and $535.96 was charged to my Discover card ending in ****. I never received any tickets or e-tickets. The website stated free cancellation. After trying to reach Travel Reimagine many times I finally spoke to a team member on the phone on 3/11/24 and cancelled the transaction. I was sent an email stating that the $535.95 would be refunded "back to your original form of payment". That was never done and I've been unable to reach Travel Reimagine for a settlement. My Discover card account has been charged 3 times and removed twice, because I disputed the charge. Travel Reimagine wrote Discover a letter stating that I never contacted them to cancel my transaction. Now it has been reposted back onto my Discover credit card and I am responsible for the $535.96. The mailing address of Travel Reimagine is *** ******* ****** ******* *** **********. The phone number is **************. The email provided was ************************  The Cancellation Request for Booking Number *********. My Discover card stated there is "not enough evidence" in the cancellation email because "Discover card ending in ****" was not listed as my original form of payment in the email from Travel Reimagine.

    I called Travel Reimagine twice on May 26th.

    First time - I called asking for a flight confirmation code for an upcoming flight. The employee said “we tried to call you several times saying that your flight was canceled.” I informed him that my friends were booked for the same flight and it was in fact not canceled. He put me on hold and came back saying “actually, at the very moment you booked, the last seat for basic economy was taken, so you’ll need to upgrade your seat for $225. We tried contacting you several times and you never responded.” I asked him to send the call log and email log because I had received no communication, and he put me on hold and then hung up.

    The second time I called, I asked to speak to management and the employee asked if he could hear my situation first. I started to explain and he sounded like he was breaking out. I looked at my phone and had multiple bars.

    I had to rebook my flight directly through the airline and lost the money I paid to Travel Reimagine.

    I booked a flight they declined my flight their self after they took my money and then they was supposed to refund my money they never did refund my money and they stopped answering my emails and my calls I would just like for my refund to be back to me it's $190.10

    I booked a flight with a specific date needed. I didn’t notice that this company had changed my flight date (and that date wouldn’t work given it was a very short trip). I immediately requested a refund and was told I would receive it since the request was made within an hour of booking. I still have not received my refund after they agreed.

    On April 26th I had a flight when I got to the airport I was not in the manifest so I called *************** and they wanted to charge me another $700 besides the $470 I had gotten a month ahead. So I told him I did not have that money to be doing that I had already placed my flight way ahead of time so I told him I wanted my refund so I emailed them asking for my refund they said on their email that they would refund me in 21 days that was 27 days ago I haven't received anything I've been calling them leaving the messages cuz all they say is leave your number in a message and I haven't gotten a call back I've been emailing them they said I should received my money in a few days I haven't gotten nothing back yet. All I want is to get my refund for my $470 I'm a retired 75-year-old woman I don't have money to be stolen like that. So please try to help me get my money back thank you my name is ****** ********. I have the email that they sent me with the amount of money that I paid I can send you that just let me know if you want it okay thank you

    I booked a plane ticket through this company and never received my ticket on line. I contacted them the next day and smelled a rat so asked for a refund. They sent me an email that said they would issue a refund. NUMEROUS phone calls made since late March to get my refund and have talked to no fewer than five people. Usually, they hang up on me and I am quite polite. I was again told on May 21st by ***** that my refund would be posted to the bank within 24 hours. No chance. I contacted them yet again today only to be told their system is down and to call back in three hours. I was hung up on twice and then three other calls today when to "dead space." I pity folks who have spent alot of money through this "company." I would like my refund as promised.

    I booked air lines tickets from them, they didn't have the booked airline tickets available its been over a month and they have not refunded my money back, every time I call and ask, they hang up on me.

    Hello,

    I need your help to resolve an issue with a business that is holding my money. I gave my senior citizen mother my credit card to book a couple of airline tickets for us to fly to Colorado on 3/31/24. She called a few days later to confirm everything and see when we would receive the tickets. At this time, they told my mother the tickets were going up an additional 500 dollars. Obviously, it was some kind of scam, and she requested the money be returned on to my credit card. The order was cancelled on 4/19/24 and they told her the money would be returned by Friday 5/10/24 on the credit card. It is now Monday 5/13/24 and no money has been returned.
    After, looking at their email they were supposed to send e-tickets a few hours later after paying and never did. I noticed this company has several complaints already through BBB.
