    I paid 127.10 on my visa for a plane ticket. They were unable to secure the flight and told me the amount would be refunded to my visa. Five phone calls later and still no refund since my purchase in February

    I booked a flight with travelreimagine.com for ****** ******** on March6,2024@ 5:02 departure Tuesday, March 12, 2024 and return Thursday, March 14, 2024. Travel Relmagine set me a email on march 11,2024 @ 11:36 saying that my flight has been canceled and I will get a refund within 21 days from the date. I have called this company several times and every time I called they put me on hold and then eventually the phone get disconnect. I need help with getting my $187 back and this company is ripping hard-working people off very unprofessional company.

    On 2/21/2024 I went online to get a ticket to travel on ******** ********. I was not paying attention when I accidentally clicked "********************************" and, unknowingly, booked with an organization called ****** *******. My Booking number was ********. I was charged 284.77 which was withdrawn from my credit card. On 2/28/2024 I wanted to be sure they had my TSA precheck number attached to my ticket. I contacted ******** and was able to reach them directly. They informed me that my ticket was cancelled by the organization where I booked it. I was then discovering that I did not book with ********. ****** ******* did not contact me to inform me they cancelled my ticket nor did they refund my account for the 284.77 they withdrew. I contacted ****** ******* with the number I had for them (866 600 0056) at least 8 times. I was hung up on numerous times. Once person even stayed on the line for a few minutes, not talking to me before he hung up. I knew he was there because I could hear him breathing (creepy). With other people I was able to actually chat with, I was told that my check was being processed and should be in my account in a week (this was told numerous times). Someone even went as far as to say that there were technical issues holding up my refund (this was even after they claimed it had been processed). I don't want anyone else being scammed like this AND I do want my refund.

    I went through Frontier Airlines website to purchase two tickets on 2/15/24 and apparently the ticket purchase was rerouted through the third party ***************. This was not clear to me. I never received my ticket and called the phone number associated with my bank charge. I was told I would receive my tickets within 24 hours. I called back when I did not and was told the tickets were never issued because there was an increase in price during the processing time. However, my card was charged anyway. I was told I would need to purchase these tickets again at the increased price and that I would receive a refund for the previous charge of $326.20 and that it could take up to two billing cycles to be refunded. It has now been 75 days and I still have not received my refund. I have called the customer service number multiple times and have continuously received different answers, or no one answers, or I am told they will have to have the refund department call me back. My phone call today resulted in them saying a complaint would be filed, but I will not receive a confirmation email of this and will have to just wait for them to contact me. based on the way they have handled this so far. I doubt I will hear from them. NEVER purchase tickets through them. It is a scam.

    I booked an airline ticket on February 6th for $179 through this “travel agency” and it got double booked. Therefore charging me $358 total. I called to have the second booking cancelled and refunded, seeing as I chose the ticket coverage option, and turns out both “tickets” were cancelled. I arrived at the airport and there wasn’t even a record of me even having a spot on the plane to begin with. Needless to say that was the most stressful attempt to travel I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been waiting just about 3 months for this refund and nobody is giving me answers. They keep prolonging the “refund date”. I absolutely need my money back and their fraudulent site should be shut down.

    Booked flight on April 16th with ****** ********* and it said the tickets would be following in a few hours. Next day still did not have the tickets. Called them and he said that we would need to pay more money as the ticket prices went up. I felt like it was a scam and told him that I felt something was not right and to cancel my flight. He said he would cancel. I received the cancellation email. The website said cancellation would get refund in 24 hours but then the cancellation email said it could take 1-2 billing cycles. Still didn't receive refund and when I called back I received the same guy which made me think it was definitely a scam and he hung up on me. I tried to call today and it puts me on hold for next representative and then sends me to a voicemail to leave my number. We need this money back to book a flight with a legit company as I need to fly out from Michigan to Colorado to see my son graduate.

    I booked my flight to ********** *** ****** November 2023. I had to cancel my flight due to a death in the Family in December 2023. I was told by TravelReImagine that I needed to contact WestJet for a refund. I did that and WestJet approved my cancellation and issued me and Travel Reimagine a Ticket Number ************* and a Waiver Code ***-******** so that Travel Reimagine could process my refund. This approval came January 25, 2024 and I forwarded the information to ************************ as they requested. WestJet has since emailed them requesting them to refund my Ticket. I have made several attempts to contact TravelReImagine with no success. The first time I called they said I would receive a call back, but I never did. Since then, they put me on hold and then I get hung up on. I will continue to try and contact them, but am looking for assistance from you to resolve this matter. I wish I had seen the reviews prior to booking my ticket. This is the first time I have used a Ticket Agency and the first time I have had to cancel a flight. Normally, I would book through WestJet and am not sure why I didn't for this trip, price I guess, that's usually the issue. Please let me know if there is anything that you can do. I am sending you the correspondence from both TravelReImagine and WestJet. Please advise if you need further information.

    On Feb 15 2024 I booked a flight from Halifax Nova Scotia to Toronto Ontario, to be booked with Porter airlines. The cost was $336.22 US. Shortly after booking I discovered my trip had been cancelled. The information on the website stated if you cancelled within 24hrs you would receive a full refund. I E-mailed them within the 24hrs and requested a refund, they said i should receive a conformation within 2hrs. When I did not receive a conformation I telephoned them still within the 24hr window requesting a refund. They agreed and sent a E-mail confirming. It is now April 17 2024 and I have still not received my refund. When I call I am put on hold and then the line is disconnected. This is not a reputable company.

    On March 15, I booked a flight with Travel Reimagine booking agency, I put all my information in for that flight (date, return date) however when I submitted my credit card information for that flight I noticed the booking agency changed the flight from my original reservation. I immediately contacted the agency for a refund (which I added in my package refundable) keep in mind this all took place in one day. The agency informed me I should receive my money in one to two billing cycles (that has came and gone) i tried reaching out regarding my refund the company doesn’t answer or return my calls.     On 2/11/2024 I booked an airline ticket for ******** Airlines through them and my credit card was charged. When I tried to book my seat, I received an email from ******** saying they cancelled it and gave no reason. I have sent emails to TravelReImagine and have had no response. I have been calling them from 2/20 and I have been told by different representatives that my credit card would be credit in 7-10 days and they were having problems with their computer program. So I wait and no credit and call again and keep getting the same answer. Today I called again and still got the same answer. This time it was 10-14 days. I have been more than patient with them. I has been over 6 weeks. I would not recommend this agency. I called about 10 times and recorded dates, times and who I spoke to.

    I want to let you know that the travel company finally credit my card yesterday after 10 weeks for the full refund. It is one company I would never recommend.
