    I am filing this complaint because of an injustice that ******** has done to me. I was misled by a Refi customer service rep when refinancing my **** The maintenance plan that I requested to purchase was not sold to me. Instead, he sold me some sort of engine coverage. I realized this after taking my car for maintenance. During the refinance process ******* overlooked that my husband was on the title. He then informed me that we should remove my husband from the title or else I could risk losing the interest rate I had at that time. He shared that interest rates were increasing and that removing him from the title would be the easiest option. He said they would handle everything. They would send me forms and I only needed to sign and return. I trusted him and did as he directed me to. I was concerned a higher interest rate would increasing my payment. He was very nice and convincing over the phone. I trusted that he was advising me well. When the papers arrived, I signed and sent them back. When it came time to renew my DMV tags, I was shocked to see it was $700. The prior year it was $466. I thought there must be some mistake. The *** requested a paper title correction on year 1st sold because when my husband name was taken off the title the year 1st sold changed as if I had just purchased the vehicle. I spoke with ************ at Refri Jet on 3/22/24 and she was rude, short and basically said that I had agreed to it. I disagree with her and request an investigation. She said she would request the audio files to review the conversation. I spoke to her again on 4/1/24 hoping for some answers and she said that basically there was nothing she can do other than refinancing my car again. She had not received the audio files. The position Refi Jet has put me in is unacceptable. I trusted them and they misled me. I am requesting they correct the mess they caused. I have owed my BMV since 2019. I have always been very responsible with my loan. Please help me.

    I originally refinanced through refijet december of 2023. The process itself was fairly lengthy and took a total of one and half months. I want to say how grateful I am for ****, who is the agent that helped and talked me through the process, and continued to reach out for any concerns. All was well. What left a bitter taste was customer service AFTER you have already done business with these folks. I reached out in mid January about asking to cancel my extended service contract ($2500 of contract) the worker who helped me at the time was knowledgeable and sent a couple E-docs for me to sign, perfect. She let me know I would be waiting about 4-8 weeks for the rebate, no big deal. Week 8 comes around and Im finding myself calling the line to ask about the status of my cancelation the first woman (after waiting about 15mins on the line) to answer said exactly this, noooo sorry I cant help you with that and I asked what do you mean you cant help me with that. I even asked to get transferred to a different department. She didnt offer an explanation or any sort of alternative. Pathetic.Anyway, it is now week 9 and I call again and get a different agent this time, his name is ****. He is willing to help and redirects me to ***** at ********************** ***** called one time and left a message BUT when I tried to return the call, no one picked up the phone. I have called ***** a total of 5 times this week and NOTHING. **** called me back, it was almost pretending to be be concerned about my issue and as if theyre doing anything about it. It is $2500 of my car contract that I want back. I have screenshots and paperwork to show for it and will be proceeding with legal actions if they do not get it figured out soon. Do not go to these people if you want genuine customer service after the fact youve already given them your money.

    Working with ******, I signed a refinance agreement on Jan 4. The current loan would be paid off on Feb 3 with new payments beginning Mar 3. The loan was with my granddaughter, ****. Additional documentation was needed and provided. Later I received an urgent email asking me to contact him immediately which I did. He said additional documentation was needed, but later his supervisor called and said all was fine. We heard nothing for about 2 weeks. I called ****** a number of times each time getting voicemail and left messages. I received no return call. I did contact ***** in Feb and was told that everything was fine and I would receive new loan info shortly. About mid-February, **** was told there was some mistake and she needed to submit a copy of her drivers license. She followed through. I tried to call ****** 5 times only to receive voicemail. No calls were returned. On Feb 27 I received an email saying my new loan was approved. On March 2, I received a letter the terms of the new loan and a Mar 4 payment date. I phoned and was told that I needed to pay interest dating back to Jan 3. I finally reached ****** on Ma r5 and explained my concern, that I have been charged interest on both loans for ******* and February and that I had to make double payment for March. She basically said that I had agreed to these terms and that that was the way it works. I called ********* and was told that the previous loan was never paid off.As a remedy I am asking the following:RefiJet immediately transmit $12,961.31 (original payoff amount) plus interest from Mar1 to date of receipt at the rate of 9.7%, which was the interest rate of the previous loan RefiJet reimburse me for the double interest I paid for ******* and February, approximately $95/month.I believe this is a fair request. The request is not meant to blame anyone, rather that in the end, I end up paying interest for ******* and February and am not responsible for any interest charges from ********* after March 1.

    I was quoted a rate of 8.75% on Lending Tree website. But, then when I went on the phone with their people, it was at close to 19%. This is bait and switch fraud. Plain and simple. I am requesting that the company honor the rate quoted.

    I am rejecting this response because: You are engaging in bait & switch fraud. You have access to a wealth of information about me, my credit score, payment history, etc. when the application is made. There is no reason why an interested rate would become 3X higher than the one quoted. The rate quoted was reasonable. The final rate given was usury. Saying, it is "just a quote" is not acceptable. You have massive databases of consumer information. You should use one that enables you to give accurate quotes.

    *** tried to pull my credit on 1.25.24. I am not shopping for a car. I called YGG and was told I would be called back and this would be addressed. No call back was ever received. I would like to know who has access to my SS # and what YGG can do to ensure that my data is safe. I take my credit very seriously and need to make sure it is protected at all costs. Thank you, CS

    I was contacted by an employee of Refijet (******) who asked me to send all these different documents over a secure portal to refinance my vehicle. we tried one lender who stated they could not fund me. so I decided to try two other Lenders. I received an email about ****** having great news to tell me and to call her I called her last Thursday 01/25/2024 on the same day she called me about the great news and it went straight to voicemail I left a message and sent text messages and haven't heard from her. I called Friday and Today to no avail. Have the stolen my personal information and sold it? why isnt anyone trying to get in contact with me?

    I requested a quote for auto loan refinancing on a couple of websites. CapitolOne, PenFed, and Lending Tree. I don't remember agreeing to being contacted by RefiJet. I've gotten 2 calls a day or more since asking for a quote. Each voicemail is 2 seconds with no audio. The numbers I've been called from are as follows:************** ************** **************

    I am rejecting this response because: RefiJet had only stopped calling me after a complaint on the BBB. They offered no way for which me to decline the phone numbers through their company or to even identify themselves when leaving a voicemail. They have not acknowledged if they are indeed the company using one or all of the phone numbers that have been calling me with similar behavior. Their solution addresses my immediate concern but does not address why they have called me in such a persistent, harassing, and cloaked way.

    I have been receiving multiple calls a day from RefiJet. First, they left a robo-voicemail. Now, they just call repeatedly. Their robo-VM said I submitted an application online, which I never did. Ive blocked each number theyve called on, yet every day I get a new call from a different number. THIS IS HARASSMENT.

    Broke up with my boyfriend after purchasing a car together. Both our names were on the title. The ex-boyfriend secured a new vehicle loan, in his name only. His loan funded Dec 4, 2023 and paid off the loan that was in my name. His company, Yield Solutions, filed for a new title with the *** listing themselves as legal owner, and ex-boyfriend's AND MY NAME both still on the title. I know this only because *** mailed registration paperwork to me at my address. Yield will not talk to me because I did not secure the new loan. They never sent the paperwork they promised when the loan funded, which would release me from all liability in case he has an accident. I did not authorize Yield to add my name to the new title. I can't fix it, have no paperwork, and can't get any information to help fix it! I had to file a complaint with the CA ***.

    I am rejecting this response because: how is it that my name is on the title of the vehicle? If its not on the loan? You have put me in a catch 22 situation where my name is on the title of the vehicle and I could be held responsible if the owner was in an accident. Id never authorize my name on the loan or the vehicle. Maybe you can ask ****** your employee who would not respond to me or send me the paperwork you promised me once my loan *********** financial funded and closed. The name with the loan and the vehicle is **************. And it should be the only name on the loan and the vehicle

    Whats unbelievable is that my name is on the title of a car that yield solutions provided loan for, but I did not authorize. The *** investigations told me to file some form to relieve me of any liability, but I need the paperwork which I dont have, which the company promised me Yet I never received. Im stuck in a catch 22 with this company and they have refused to talk to me or give me information. Thank you for backing them.

    I refinanced my vehicle through RefiJet and they talked me into taking their extended warranty. I was told that it was a warranty that could be canceled at any time.I only had my loan with them for about 6 months and decided to trade in my vehicle. They told me that I would get most of the money back. I was told it would *********** to 8 weeks. I waited well past that time frame and decided to reach back out to them to see the status.They are claiming that AUL denied the cancellation. Then procedded to tell me that they can't investigage it any further once it has been denied. I called AUL and was informed that it was dendied due to they were never given the full amount that RefiJet was in possession of the money.RefiJet is holding on to my extended warranty money and telling me that AUL denied the cancellation. Upon reaching back out to RefiJet they said they would call AUL and now won't return my call or answer email.
