Reports wrong information to employers, companies that use samba safety get wrong information when checking background, lyft has blocked me because of samba background system, while i had no driving violations for the past 18 months, and CHECKR (another background checking company WHICH IS DELIVERING RIGHT INFO) unlike samba, CHECKR says my driving record is clean and my employer sees that, and it is very weird how one company says its clean and other smaller and less reliable and bad company says its not clean, also it is impossible to get in touch with samba or dispute the mistakes they add onto your driving record or background record, you are making me go through h*** right now, i hope your company goes to court and shuts down, you are hurting people and wasting time! No one at sambasafety company answers the phone or emails or takes the time to deal with disputes uber eats submitted the wrong drivers license information everything is incorrect I've filed a dispute with samba company multiple times and even requested a copy of the information found, without any response and I've resubmitted my current drivers license multiple times directly with uber eats and samba their 3rd party contractor can someone resolve this issue my license has never been suspended, revoked or expired just uber eats made a mistake, I'm uploading the original ******* license that uber submitted along with my current ************ license so maybe someone at samba can get this all corrected it shouldn't have taken this longBusiness Response

Safety holding is reporting invalid information on MVR the improper equipment violation is a non moving violation and shouldnt be reported because they do not make this distinction to Lyft in order for information to be reported on an MVR it has to 100% accurate and clear. Lyft takes your report and doesnt discern what actually is wrong. By flagging non moving violations as something like a speeding ticket or running a red light this causes a flagged report which resulted in my account being deactivated and a substantial loss of income. There was a court ruling that in order for anything to be reported to a DMV it has to be concerning driving points and stated fault in an accident. Reporting these things vaguely does nothing but cause problems for the driver workforce.Business Response

First let me state that I'm well aware that SambaSafety does not make decisions for Lyft. But Lyft makes decisions based on the information that SambaSafety provides, even when that information is inaccurate. I've addressed this very same issue time and time again for the last two years with SambaSafety and Lyft.**** says my license is invalid based on my driving record they obtained from you. Yet when I requested and received a copy of my driving record from you, my driving record shows nothing wrong and clearly states that my driver's license is indeed valid. I was literally standing in the ******** DMV office which shows my driver's license is valid! I even sent you a copy. Did anyone bother to read it?Yet almost every month, my Lyft driving account is literally being deactivated because my driver's license is supposedly invalid according to the information Lyft received from you.How can that be? How can my driver's license be valid one month, invalid the next, valid again the next, invalid again the following month, valid again? Do you see the insanity of this pattern? Doesn't that send a red flag that there's an error being made at SafetySamba. Please fix it!Business Response
